The Bloom Mastery Sign (billboard) works similar to other previous FarmVille Mastery Sign Billboards such as the Crop Mastery Sign billboard. The Bloom Mastery Sign billboard serves as s storage place for all your FarmVille Bloom Mastery Signs.

The Bloom Mastery Billboard has at least 8 stages as shown below. As you complete stages by adding more construction materials, you will gain more storage space for your Bloom Mastery Signs.
