"I can't stop watching my crops!" – FarmVille Freak

FarmVille’s Hawaiian Paradise is coming soon, so prepare yourself by collecting some of the needed supplies to uncover treasure on your Hawaiian farm!

As we mentioned previously, in FarmVille Hawaiian Paradise you will be able to farm on both the land and the sea. To read more about that click here. Likewise, there will also be Sea Treasures for you to uncover in the ocean and Buried Treasure to uncover inland.

Finding Treasure will work similar to uncovering frozen presents in Winter Wonderland. You will need to collect a specific amount of items, Fishing Nets for Sea Treasures and Crowbars for Buried Treasures, to uncover the Treasures and find out what’s inside.

Even though we aren’t in Hawaii just yet, you can start collecting these Treasure supplies using the Gifting Links below. Next to each Treasure you will find the amount of items needed to uncover it. Simply click the item to send your friends gifting requests.

FarmVille Instant Grow

Lots of FarmVille Freaks such as FarmVille Freak Shannon, FarmVille Freak CabbagePatchKid, and many more have noticed that FarmVille has added the option to apply Instant Grow directly on your farms.

Instant Grow has the ability of growing your crops or trees from 0% ready to 100% ready to harvest in just one click of your mouse. For the first time this gives you the option of purchasing Instant Grow for crops or trees. However, this instant gratification will cost you Farm Cash so don’t get too excited!

FarmVille Apply Instant Grow

When you mouseover any planted plot or tree that is not yet ready to harvest, you will see a small text pop-up that says “Click to apply Instant Grow”. After clicking on the seeded plot, you will see another  pop-up bubble that says “Apply Instant Grow”. This triggers another pop-up menu that will let you select exactly what you would like to apply Instant Grow to, you will have the option of choosing crops or trees (or both). At this point you can cancel your Instant Grow purchase or purchase it for Farm Cash. Because there are confirmation pop-ups that follow after you click, there is no need to worry about accidentally purchasing Instant Grow because of it’s in-your-face placement while you are farming.

*Note, the cost of Instant Grow varies. The cost is relevant to how ready your crops or trees are. For example, if your crops are at 0% then it will cost more as opposed to being 50% ready.

This countdown works similar to other countdowns, each day will feature a different item of the day. Why are my credits expiring?
You were given free Facebook Credits as a promotion from Facebook. Facebook Credits are a secure and easy way to buy premium items or power-up in many of your favorite free games and apps.
These free credits were given to you in the middle of last year, but have not been used yet. Any free credits that are not used by February 15, 2011 will expire. These free credits will be available in your account until then and can be used in many games and apps. Any credits that you have purchased will not be affected and will remain in your account.

You may remember sometime last year, that Facebook had introduced a concept of Facebook Credits. These credits could be used on the game apps that Facebook was co-ordinating with, and that included FarmVille.

You may remember how these Facebook Credits could have been used to get either the Alpine Goat, Simmental Cow or the Grey Goose if the Credits were used in exchange for Farm Cash.
