Can’t access Mystery Game

• Last Update: 7-31-2011
• Description: Since late 7/30, players have reported that they cannot access and play the Mystery Game.
• Status: This issue has been confirmed by the FarmVille studio. We are investigating solutions and will update this issue to keep you informed.
• Workaround: RESOLVED on 7/31

Coins Switching to a Negative Value

• Last Update: 7-29-2011
• Description: Players who obtain more than 2,147,483,647 coins on their farms switch to a negative value for their coin bank. This prevents them from purchasing any coin item in the game, blocking access to all crops.
• Status: This issue has been confirmed by the FarmVille studio. We are exploring solutions and will update this issue to keep you informed.
• Workaround: Keep your active coin balance lower than 2,147,483,647.

Unable to add Craftshop Helpers

• Last Update: 7-29-2011
• Description: Since 7/28, players are reporting that they are unable to add Craftshop Helpers.
• Status: The FarmVille studio is aware of these reports and is investigating the issue.
• Workaround: N/A

Timers Conflict when Crafting Same Item on Both Farms

OOS when trying to “get” completed crafted goods

• Last Update: 7/27
• Description: Since 7/27, users are reporting that the game goes OOS when trying to “Get” completed crafted goods
• Status: The FarmVille studio is aware of these reports and is investigating the issue.
• Workaround: N/A

Players are not getting the Yellow Racer

• Last Update: 7/27
• Description: Since 7/27, users are not getting the Yellow Racer, but getting a Pink Tractor instead when claiming a reward on a crasftshop post.
• Status: The FarmVille studio is aware of these reports and is investigating the issue.
• Workaround: RESOLVED on 7/27

Water Wheel is giving coins instead of watering cans

• Last Update: 7/27
• Description: Since 7/27, players are reporting that they are receiving coins instead of watering cans after harvesting their Water Wheel.
• Status: The FarmVille studio is aware of these reports and is investigating the issue.
• Workaround: N/A

Shrunken sheep

• Last Update: 7/26
• Description: Since 7/25, players are reporting that some of their sheep have shrank and are smaller compared to other sheep.
• Status: The FarmVille studio is aware of these reports and is investigating the issue.
• Workaround: RESOLVED on 7/26

Merens Pony shrank

• Last Update: 7/26
• Description: Since 7/22, players are reporting that their Merens Pony shrank smaller than the foal.
• Status: The FarmVille studio is aware of these reports and is investigating the issue.

Vehicles not locking on crops

• Last Update: 7/26
• Description: Since 7/25, players are reporting that their farm vehicles are not locking onto crops, which is preventing users to successfully harvest, plow and plant with their machinery.
• Status: The FarmVille studio is aware of these reports and is investigating the issue.

FarmVille Vineyard Goat

The Limited Edition Vineyard Goat entered the FarmVille Market a few days ago, but you may have missed it because its invisible!

The Vineyard Goat, which is part of the Limited Edition Vineyard theme, appears invisibile both on the farm and on its Market icon. Search “Vineyard Goat” in the FarmVille Market and you’ll find it. Instead of the Vineyard Goat, you’ll see a Vineyard Sheep as its image.to

FarmVille Freak TIP: Can’t find the Vineyard Goat in your FarmVille Market? Use the Search Button by searching keywords “Vineyard Goat”. Note, the wrong image is displayed on the market icon, instead of seeing the actual Vineyard Goat you will see the Vineyard Sheep.

When it first entered the FarmVille Market many farmers jumped on the chance at buying this Farm Coin decorative animal thinking that its price was just an accident. After placing the broken goat on your farm, you will only be able to see its green circle or “footprint” along with its text description.

It costs 120,000 Farm Coins and even though you can’t see it (yet) have hope, as the big Z is working on a fix. The Invisible Goat has been added to the list of Zynga’s current FarmVille known issues.

• Description: The Vineyard Goat is available in the Market, and can be purchased and placed on your farm. In every instance, this animal is invisible.

FarmVille French Unicorn

In case you missed it and are wondering what happend to your promised French Unicorn, the Mystery Game has a bug!

As you know the Mystery Game has been updated to include a new free bonus prize after you receive all the regular prizes. If that’s news to you then you might want to check out this post on FarmVille Freak by clicking here.

Many FarmVille Freaks reported that after they played the Mystery Game and received all the six regular prizes, they never received their free bonus French Unicorn.

This is a known issue that Zynga is aware of and they are asking farmers to contact Customer Support so that they can get their free French Unicorn.

There have been some recent issues and bugs invading FarmVille that has a lot of FarmVille Freaks uneasy.

We thought now would be a great time to update you on the current “Known Issues”. This means that Zynga is aware of the problem and diligently working on a fix, so hold tight.

Each of the problems listed below are currently under investigation and on their way to being resolved. You can visit the thread on the official FarmVille Forum by clicking on the title of each issue. If a workaround suggested by Zynga is available it is listed.

Crops Locked to Home or English Countryside Farm

• Description: Crops are locked to their original farms.
• Status: The FarmVille team is aware and working on a fix.
• Workaround: Plant crops you still have available within this lock until the bug is resolved.

Moving Bred Sheep Causing OOS (Out of Sync)

• Description: Since 7/16, Players are reporting that their attempts to move bred sheep between farms (via Storage) causes an OOS and rollback on the progress. No sheep are actually able to be moved.
• Status: The FarmVille team is aware and working on a fix.
• Workaround: Not available.

Unable to Activate Summer Quests

• Description: Since 7/18, players are reporting that the Summer Quests are not appearing on their farm.
• Status: The FarmVille team is aware of these issues and is working on a fix.
• Workaround: “Try visiting the Model farm or traveling to your second farm. Then go back to your favored farm.”

Summer Quest Mission 3 “Buggy”

• Description: Since 7/18, some players are not receiving the 8 turtles to fulfill the third Summer Fun Quest. After 6 turtles are sent, the friends who are trying to send more, receive a message that the event has expired.
• Status: The FarmVille team is aware of these issues and is working on a fix.
• Workaround: Not available.

Craftshop Not Recognizing Field Beans

• Description: Since 7/14, some farmers Craftshop recognizes 0 Field Bean Bushels after harvesting Field Beans.
• Status: The FarmVille team is aware and working on a fix.
• Workaround: Not available.

FarmVille Electric Roses Bushel

Currently, there is an error occurring whenever you try to share Bushels with your neighbors (you’re sucha good neighbor!) from your Farmer’s Market by posting a Facebook News Feed. Specifically, this bug is happening after you make a bushel purchase from a neighbor and when you chose to share back.

What’s happening when the News Feed share is published is that the incorrect text is displayed. Instead of “Get Bushel” the share states, “Send an Order”. Then, whenever one of your neighbor clicks on the share, they will most likely get an error.

FarmVille Giant Gorse Tree

With Sunday night’s FarmVille updates, four new trees entered the FarmVille Market. Many farmers were surprised to see that the Giant Gorse Tree (a Level 1 Tree) was listed for 10 Farm Cash, when it should have been 5 Farm Cash.

This was an unintentional error and the price of the tree was incorrectly listed. Since then, the price of the tree has dropped and is now 5 Farm Cash. However, if you purchased the tree for 10 Farm Cash when it was incorrectly listed, you can get a refund by contacting Zynga Customer Support.

There have been some pestering problems on the farm lately. While some farmers are currently experiencing difficulty harvesting their crops by being unable to harvest, there are some other lingering problems that Zynga is working on or has already addressed so that farmers can get back to work on their farms. Zynga Customer Support has reported these issues below as either addressed or still investigating.

FarmVille Bugs 6.1.2011

The following issues have been addressed:

• Cornflower and Aster Co-op Jobs for Quest Credit : We removed these tasks from the quests so you should be able to progress to the next quest.
• Harvesting Chicken Coop Quest Credit: Issue was fixed on 5/2/11.
• Sheep Breeding :  We have received reports from players indicating that an unusually high amount of White Sheep are being produced when breeding. As white is a color, it is possible to produce white sheep when the feature is operating normally. Additionally, please note that pattern inheritance comes from the father and the offspring have a chance of inheriting the patterns. We are investigating player reports to determine if more white sheep are being produced than anticipated. Please know that this process is not an easy one and will take time for us to address.
• Pig Pattern/Color Inheritance : Similar to Sheep Breeding, players have reported receiving a high number of Plain, Pink Pigs. The feature is currently working as intended and Plain Pigs are a possible result from Pig Breeding. Pig Pattern inheritance is also a chance inheritance from the father. NOTE: If you are breeding color changing Pigs, the offspring will be plain pigs as we have not released this pattern in the Market yet.
• Loading: Some players were unable to load their farm on 5/25/11. We have fixed the root cause of that loading issue. If you are still having issues, please clear your cache as well.
• Love Potions : We understand that some players feel that they have wasted potions on breeding as the result is not what they expected. We have shared this feedback with the FarmVille studio. If you are accepting love potions, please make sure you have room in your Gift Box. The Gift Box limit is 500.
• Royal Wedding Tent issues: We apologize for any troubles experienced with this feature. The Friend invite list not populating has been fixed.
• Friends list not populating when sending free gifts: Issue appeared to mainly affect Internet Explorer 9 users and has been resolved.
• Sheep Pen locked on Home Farms: Issue has been fixed.
• Playing both Home and English Farms: Players can grow crops on both farms simultaneously. Option is provided when you travel from one farm to another

These issues are still under investigation:

• Pig Breeding: Unable to breed Pigs or Limited Edition Pigs, like Pumpkin Pig, on English farms.
• Gift Box: Lambs are locked in the Gift Box.
• Bushels: Bushels received from harvesting are not appearing in Bushel Inventory.
• Out of Sync Issues:  These issues are ongoing and may have different root causes, which we are investigating.

FarmVille Royal Wedding Tent Completed

But the Royals are coming! Weren’t our guests good enough?! The Royal Welcome Party’s FarmVille Welcome Tent was released just a few days ago and many farmers were eager to get their party started as soon as possible so that they could access the redemption prizes- one of which includes the ability to unlock the exclusive Limited Edition crop, Majestic Roses.

You need 32 guests total to attend your Royal Welcome party until it’s thriving and ready for the Royals’ visit to FarmVille (and so that you can also unlock the last redemption prize.) However, there is a glitch affecting some farmers (including myself) that causes their guest list to reset to zero, even after fulfilling the guest requirements. One of the annoying things about this glitch is that it slows your progress in being able to grow and master Majestic Roses on your farm. Even though you may have previously unlocked it, after your guest list is reset you will not be able to purchase these seeds from the market until either you reach 16 guests again or FarmVille fixes the glitch.

We have spoken with Zynga customer support and they are advising to wait it out as the FarmVille team is aware of the issue and working hard on a fix for all farmers that have experienced the guest list invite rollback.

FarmVille Loading Issues March 7, 2011

Is your farm loading slower than usual? Seems like you are not the only one! Over the last few hours, several players have experienced longer loading time on their farms, and FarmVille has just addressed that they are undergoing a few issues during which time they have disabled withering and puppy hunger!

Also, many FarmVille Freaks have reported that items they are purchasing with Farm Cash are disappearing from their farms!

Hi, I was tending my farm when I came across this lil bugger. It’s my Confetti Orchard but MINI, with one regular sized tree it seems. Wonder if this would mean anything or not. After refreshing, and even leaving my farm for the night my orchard is still mini. Kind of funny! I compared it to my other Orchards, normal sized, and it is still smaller than them by a lot.
