Chicken Coop Glitches Invading FarmVille…Again!

With Friday’s, 02.19.10 updates, even more Chicken Coop glitches have been happening in FarmVille!
As you already know, lately Zynga has been cracking down on Multiple Chicken Coop farmers by confiscating their multiple coops that violate FarmVille’s one Chicken Coop per farmer rule. Those who own multiple coops can yield more coins and increase the chances of producing Mystery Eggs, which according to Zynga “threatens FarmVille’s economy”.
There have been numerous reports from FarmVille Freaks stating that they’ve attained another excess coop by various glitches. One being Mystery Eggs are hatching Chicken Coops and others are finding extra Chicken Coops appear in their Gift Box. These farmers did not “hack” or “cheat” to get these multiple coops which happens to be a direct result of an in-game glitch.
Zynga will most likely address these various glitches that are allowing multiple coops in the coming days, so farmers who’ve experienced this new glitch should not get too cozy with their extra Chicken Coops!

YES! Just now, I hatched another person’s golden mystery egg right after I finished my 20->40 coop expansion, and it said “Sorry, mystery eggs are only found in chicken coops. Buy one now!” and now there is a second chicken coop in my gift box.
Doh.

I found one as well. I am just wondering if I should keep it or get rid of it before Zynga does. It came as the result of hatching a Golden Mystery egg.

i’ve gotten 3 extra coops (but my game has to “refresh the server” or whatever after i try to place them! haha) from mystery eggs

You can’t use them anyways. You still get out of sync if you try placing them on your farm. Apparently they didn’t code it so that the game recognizes expanded coops, so if you try to open an egg, you can only get coops (like you would if you didn’t have a coop yet).

I got two from gold eggs. They cause my game to go out of sync so just leaving them in my giftbox for now.

I got two, each from a different white mystery egg, but the game keeps goign out of sync when I try to fill it with chickens!

I have two in my gift box. Got them from golden eggs.
When I tried to use them I got out of sync….so I guess I just have to sell them.
At least there is some money in them

happened to me too, twice. I reported it to Zynga, asked them what I should do. They haven’t responded yet. I don’t want to be thought of as a cheater… plus I don’t really have the room on my farm, I’d rather have my 550 planting squares than more coops, especially if they’re illegal.

i’ve got three coops in my gift box. and everytime i place them on my farm, i get the reload prompt too. i don’t understand why we can only have one coop, one stable, and one garden shed when we’re allowed to have as many dairy farms as we can buy. it doesn’t make much sense.

ALL of the eggs are hatching coop no matter what the heck the color. You get some lame message stating that mystery egg only come from chicken in a coop so buy your chickens a home and then when you go to your gift box…..bam a chicken coop…currently on my 6 one. Can’t put them on your farm because your get a game error….Email the Farmville gods about the Glitch but get the normal “we’ll ge back to you within 48hrs”. But, atleast we finally got to upgrade our Coops…so the is a bit of happiness there.

I have 4 now but I can not use them.and I got them all from eggs. it’s not my fault, so if they do not want multiple coops it is better to correct this glitch

I have 2 also, haven’t tried any more eggs and don’t even want to harvest my expanded coop until this is fixed. I could place them down but had the out of synch when I tried to put chickens in one. My first thought was we were going to be allowed a smaller coop but it wouldn’t produce mystery eggs if you had an expanded coop. Just to make harvesting easier. With valentines still going on 3 more days… give it up, this is too long, and saving collectibles, I’ll just sell mine very soon from the gift box.

i keep getting them from gold eggs, but when i place them on my farm, no out of sync. when i refresh, they are back in gift box

I’ve gotten several coops via eggs. However when I’ve tried to plant them it just causes a page refresh and the coops are back in my gift box.

I too got one coop from a golden egg, but can’t be placed in the farm.
Whoever got extra coops, just leave it in your giftbox for few days, hopefully zynga would allow multiple coops

I got one, placed and took out the white chicken and put it in my expanded coop. No out of sinc error. I came back later and the coop was gone, but I had a brown chicken in my gift box.
Overall it was a good deal…

Well I got two additional coops in eggs this afternoon, they went to my gift box and now they are gone. I guess Zynga is actively working on the glitch.

I also got two coops from two golden eggs this afternoon. I tried to place one and got an “out of sync” message. Now that I went back to my gift box they had turned into two brown chickens.

I had the glitch..i expanded my coop today and got to full 60/60 (the original) logged off came back on later got the message about taking the extra coop away..and the fully expanded one was taken instead of the other one

I got a second chicken coop this afternoon from opening a black egg. Every repeated ‘out of sync’ episodes, I finally just turned off FV for a couple of hours. Now, I do not even have the second coop to sell. It is just gone!

I collected two gold eggs that gifted chicken coops but after a few moments they became brown chickens in my gift box.

I ended up with 7 coops from hatching eggs before I knew it was a glitch. The coop we’re able to expand is called the “huge coop” so I assumed the gifts were perhaps smaller coops. I put about 20 in one of the extra coops, got an out of sync message, the coop ended in my gift box without my goldens. About an hour later, my coops were gone replaced with only 7 brown chickens. I know on other games when THEY screw up they make good with the players, but Zynga seems to punish US.

I sold six because I didnt want to be banned for something that I didnt even want! Im so mad I could just spit, because they claim their livelihood depends on it, yet they dont make sure their so-called livelihood is secured so that these things dont happen???! That says they are lying. Why dont they just say, thats the way we want it, end of story. I could get 60 or 100 if I wanted. I tried putting them out and I didnt get out of sync errors. This was a couple of weeks ago. Now, they expand to 60 or 100? Whats different about owning 3 or 5 coops? DUH.

my farm loads, but the cursor wont work and now my crops are going to wither. Is this related to the chicken coop glitch? Rather frustrating.

I find it very annoying that Zynga took my second coop away from me but still see neighbors with six coops! I wouldn’t mind so much if they took everybody’s but it just seems random! I have to say that people with 6 and 10 coops got rather greedy but they are still out there. You’d think Zynga would have hit them first rather than those of us with only one extra!
