A new FarmVille adoptable animal, the Black Pony, is lost, lonely, and roaming around a farm near you!
Make sure to adopt your very own Black Pony via the FaceBook newsfeed from one of your FarmVille neighbors.
Remember, if you find a Black Pony on your own farm you cannot keep it for yourself, but may share it with your FarmVille neighbors and give them the opportunity to adopt.
Black Ponies cannot be purchased in the FarmVille Market and are available by adoption only.

Would be more excited by this if you could still filter the newsfeed. Also you can no longer click on these types of links in facebook iPhone application. Maybe an in-app news feed is needed?

This is great. I adopted about 5 within a couple of hours. Now all I need is to look out for their foals. Hopefully there will be lots going around seeing as most ppl will be able to get these!
