Farmville Blind Turtle :(
Farmville adoptable Turtles have been around for awhile now. I’m sure every Farmville Freak has at least one. I myself happen to love them.
Farmville Freak user Lynne’s turtle lost its eyes one day and they have never returned since.
Lynne says of her “blind” turtle,
“This happened quite a while back, one day his eyes were gone. It has been over a month now, and they have never returned. I call him my blind turtle. I have moved him around and added new things to my farm, etc., and his eyes never came back.”
Poor little guy. Check him out below.

Farmville Freak Lynne's "Blind" Turtle
Does anyone else have a “blind” turtle? Or has this happened with any of your other Farmville animals?
FYI: Rotating the turtle may bring his eyes back

I believe they blink, I don’t think they’re blind
Posted on November 24th, 2009 at 7:34 pm
try rotating your turtle
Posted on November 24th, 2009 at 7:37 pm
i don’t see the blind one?? All i see is one rotated.
Posted on November 24th, 2009 at 7:39 pm
Isn’t it just rotated the wrong way?
Posted on November 24th, 2009 at 7:42 pm
No, they are all facing the same way, he is not rotated. Yes, the eyes do blink on the others, but his are completely gone and never reappear. I’ve grown to love him that way, and make sure other turtles are in the lead so he won’t get lost!

Very funny and nice illusion! After a close observation, it is rotated. (Notice the patter on the shell)
Posted on November 24th, 2009 at 7:46 pm
I rotated him FOUR complete turns and they reappeared! Now he is no longer blind. I hadn’t tried that, I had moved him though and that didn’t fix him.

Rotation Fail.
Posted on November 24th, 2009 at 8:15 pm
I had a blind turtle too!!
Posted on November 24th, 2009 at 8:19 pm
The turtles arent rotated the same way. Look at the legs, and neck.
Posted on November 24th, 2009 at 8:26 pm
where is its tail?
Posted on November 24th, 2009 at 8:58 pm
My turtles have half of their heads cut off at the top sometimes :/
Posted on November 24th, 2009 at 8:58 pm
Yes, I do see what you’re saying about the neck and tail. His tail isn’t showing like the others or the neck. Weird. All I know is what I said above, it was just a weird experience. I figured it was a glitch.

Mine do the top of their heads cut off too Tina! Weird!

Lol speaking of deformed animals poor little turkey’s arrow wont go directly above his head! http://tinypic.com/usermedia.php?uo=Y%2FhLISduVV7m6YcMimyqA4h4l5k2TGxc

See, to me that just looks like the back of his head. I think it’s a big improvement over what he looked like for a long time on my farm — head sliced in half. I usually just rotate mine around, and when he’s facing the front, he has eyes…
Posted on November 24th, 2009 at 10:11 pm
I tried rotating my own turtle and that exact thing happend… I guess “Lynn” just was’nt trying hard enough to fix it : ) It is cute though.
Posted on November 24th, 2009 at 10:11 pm
that looks like mine when he blinks, but only for a second
Posted on November 24th, 2009 at 10:17 pm

Posted on November 25th, 2009 at 10:18 am

Posted on November 25th, 2009 at 11:18 am
Its either very clever or very stupid
Posted on November 25th, 2009 at 3:33 pm
Its fake cause its facing a diff way and if u take a picture while its blinking it looks like tht so its a fake
SHAME ON WHOEVER POSTED THIS PIC!!!
Posted on November 25th, 2009 at 5:02 pm
HE IS TOTALLY FACING THE WRONG WAY. girls are so dumb.
Posted on November 25th, 2009 at 6:26 pm
No, I have some half-headless turtles. All my turtles have half of their heads.
Posted on November 25th, 2009 at 7:05 pm
and, it’s not him blinking, because all the turtles blink at the same time, and the others are not blinking. Take a look at Daniel’s pic at http://i48.tinypic.com/2ufvfb8.jpg He has a blind one too!
Posted on November 25th, 2009 at 9:32 pm
Daniel’s is obviously fake.

i have yet to get a turtle even though i have been playing sicne september, know of my framville friends get them or it a is allready taken. i am so said about this i have 7 wild turkey and no turtles. :’(
Posted on November 26th, 2009 at 3:02 am
LOL! Just choose that one turtle and don’t allow it to move… THEN rotate him back to normal position…
Posted on November 26th, 2009 at 3:15 am
Mine is not fake… you can easily get a turtle to blink separately from the others. At least it looks more real than the rotated turtle
Posted on November 26th, 2009 at 3:24 am
It’s spreading!! Only one healthy turtle left. Maybe I should separate it from the others. http://i45.tinypic.com/293f6s8.jpg
Posted on November 26th, 2009 at 6:53 am
she’s not lying, that’s not photoshop, and you can’t just fix it by rotating. My one turtle lost it’s eyes a while back as well. Not sure why, but they never came back.
Posted on November 26th, 2009 at 6:54 am
oh and i didn’t notice that it worked to rotate him for you. I tried it and it didn’t work but maybe it’s just cuz my computer is a bit slower than most computers out there…
Posted on December 5th, 2009 at 6:24 am
i took ve 1 blind turtle
Posted on December 23rd, 2009 at 2:37 am
To me it’s fairly obvious that you just took the screen shot when it was in the middle of blinking.
I don’t think that fact that it is rotated makes too much of a difference…
Look mine does it too!
What a coincidence!!!

The turtles have been blind (possibly). My father’s farm has a blind turtle, too.
