The Farmville Dairy Farm can be purchased with 10,000 coins or 20 FV$. I must say that 10,000 coins is a bargain and I’m excited about having options (coins or FV$). I just bought one and all you do is place 20 cows inside, clear up some space in the meantime and wait for them to collect. Some of your cows will be lucky enough to get a window to peek out of!

As soon as I saw this the one thing that came to mind was a CHICKEN COOP! I have too many chickens and they’re annoying to keep around. OH and I adopted a turtle tonight, badass

Cool, I’m buying one for the fun of it.
Here’s what I just calculated:
Using 20 pink cows, daily profit is 360.
Dairy Farms are 5×6, so they take up 30 blocks.
(1 Crop takes 16 blocks)
So the Daily Lot Profit equivalent is 360 x 16/30 = 192,
and Weekly Lot Profit is 1344.
As an animal, a pink cow dairy farm makes more per lot than a sheep (1195) but less per lot than a pig (1568), which is great for a cow I suppose.. Keep in mind that the best crop, Peas, makes 1286 per lot, but the best normal tree, Olive, makes 3136 per lot.

i just turned level 35 and i bot an igloo and i just adopted my fourth PENGUIN!! yay , i also adopted a snake ohhh even more bad ass , but i never saw a turtle TILL NOW !

I bought a dairy farm and loaded my cows from the gift box. If you refresh the farm the cows are back in the gift box but also still in the new building. Do this for unlimited cows. I accepted 34 cows this way from the original 3. Obviously this is a glitch that will be fixed soon.
Want extra cows try this.

AMAZING!!!! and the best part is… u pay 10k gold.. and get 20 free cows!!! i bought 5!!!
all u have to do is… buy the structure… than go check a friend farm or whatever… back to ur farm.. u will have 20 cows in ur gift box… after the 4• time.. u cant buy it anymore… =/
i got 5 cuz i bought all 5 at same time… and got 100 free cows ^^
so i sugest u guys to buy it ALL at same time… so u can have more than 4 ^^

there is a bug..
when you get a cow in the gift box.. pick it up and put it right ONTO the building..
when you reload the application, the gifts are still there and the cows are still in the dairy farm.. so you can essentially have unlimited cows… if only they were worth more…

Warning, though: moving cows into the dairy farm resets their growth/milk – i moved a bunch in that were at 65% and now the “house” is only at 3%…..a small sacrifice for being able to consolidate into a new building tho…..now if only they can give us an EXPANSION!!!!

Dairy Farm Limit at 4 buildings!
I put out 5 Dairy Farms in fear that they might raise the price later. Well it now tells me in the market that the limit is 4 and I can’t buy more. Anyone else with this issue?

As Hapz says, there is a bug. 80 pink cows! Just save them up in your gift box till you have a few then keep reloading farmville. I’ve been clearing the history in between but not sure if it matters….

Well, bought a dairy farm, moved in my cows. Harvested the whole barn and then the server went out of sync and i lost all my milk money AND my cows are back to 0%!!! They better fix this glitch soon. It happened to my wife too, and my daughter!

Found a major exploit!

Fill Your Dairy Farms using ONLY 1 COW from your Gifts!!
This exploit surely won’t last long after Zynga catches wind. Take advantage now. Thanks to Glen for finding this gem.
Note: You MUST have a Cow in your gifts. If you don’t have one, have a friend send you one ASAP.
1. Buy / place Dairy Farms on your farm (10,000 coins each).
2. Open your Gifts panel, select Cow.
3. Place the Cow DIRECTLY into a Dairy Farm (DO NOT place on the ground or in another area). If you have more than one cow place the rest until you run out.
4. Go up to the “PLAY” button on the top left of your FarmVille screen. This will refresh your farm.
5. WA-LA! Open your Gift panel again – your cows are still there!
Repeat steps 2-5 until your Dairy Farms are plump full!
Pass this on to all your Farmville friends!

I thought I’d share an unknown glitch I have on my Farmville. Every time I start Farmvill eup, there’s always 3 cows. Even if I place the cows in my farm, th enext time I log in there are 3 more cows! So far, I have 80 cows with this glitch. I have no idea how long this will last, but so far it’s pretty cool!

I’ve thought they definitely need a chicken coop. It’s the next logical step…I’m surprised they didn’t do a chicken coop first, before a dairy barn.

My brother built 3 of these before the latest update and every two cows he put in, it gave him another building so he filled up 3 dairy’s, which gave him 30 buildings. So I thought ‘oh I should do that to get my Blue Ribbon’ so after the update came I tried it, and it only gave me a building for each dairy. Why did they change it? I ended up wasting all that money on cows for no reason.

what to do? my chicken croop is empty (only one chicken inside) and i want to put more chicken (that i removed earlier today) inside the croop. but everytime i try there comes a message: the dairy farm is full! ???????? yesterday there were 20 chicken inside!!!

Hi,
The dairy farm buying page does not indicate any limit, though, when I buy a 6th dairy farm and start to fill it up, the game always says “the game stated out of sync with the server”. I’ve tried to add a 6th one through facebook and through farmville.com, in both cases, the dairy farm vanishes after the game page reloads …. Any suggestion ? THANKS !!

Calves are not always born. Its a random occurrence like mystery eggs in coops. The more cows in your dairy better the chances of getting an occasional calf. But you can’t keep it. You need to publish it for your friends to adopt

Apparently, the cow hack does not work. You can’t get free cows if you visit your neighbors farms. But it is possible to have more than one bull in the dairy farm. It requires an upgrade.

I used to have two bulls in one dairy but after they fixed the glitch in early July I lost that dairy with the bulls. I now have 4 dairies, but FarmVille gave me another coop. I’m still waiting for FarmVille to replace my missing Stallion.
