In honor of St. Patrick’s Day FarmVille released a special limited edition Kelly Green Cow with Shamrocks print.
The Kelly Green Cow can be purchased in the FarmVille Market for the next 7 days and costs 14 FV$ or farm cash. It is also a sendable item that you can purchase and send to your lucky FarmVille neighbors.
The Kelly Green Cow can be placed in the Dairy Farm, meaning there is an opportunity to yield a Kelly Green Calf and share it with your FarmVille neighbors to give them a chance to adopt. If you yield a Kelly Green Calf from your Dairy Farm, you cannot keep it for yourself.
The Kelly Green Cow yields Shamrock Milk in 1 day for 80 coins.

oh bah humbug @ Jai…the cats don’t produce kittens but the cows produce calfs who are so cute. Once I got my blue ribbon for cat lady I sold a lot of my cats but the calfs are soooo adorable…

@ J Light…initially it wouldn’t let me put my new cows in with the pink patch ones as that was the only dairy with space free, however, after clearing some space in another dairy they would go in there. I’ve waited a little while longer and now I can finally put them in with my pink patch cows so hopefully i’ll be producing ppc’s or these lil green kelly ones more regularly yayyyy!

Just to update you i’ve just seen through a group on facebook a picture of the 1st kelly green calf being born so yes they do produce calfs
but it’s hard to get them if you only buy one…trust me i’ve only produced one pink patch calf so far….so i’ve bought 10!!! lol

I just bought one. I try to get one of every animal. 14 FV$ really isn’t all that much, it’s only about $3.00. Just make your coffee at home tomorrow instead of going to Starbucks, and you too can afford one! It’s funny how much people complain that everything good costs FV$!

It’s funny how people with money say “Oh, just don’t buy ___ tomorrow and you’ll have enough”. No, I don’t buy Starbucks, or anything right now. Trying to save up to be able to afford paying off my college fees when college ends next sem, unable to get a job because literally no one in this city is hiring right now so doing odd jobs for neighbors- really doesn’t leave room for expensive coffee, or expensive pixels. Yes, I can live without the expensive pixels, but it’s disgusting when you think back to times when good things actually went for coins (or fewer Cash) and realize prices just keep going up and people are silly enough to keep paying for them. What is the point of playing Farmville on a daily basis, harvesting things for COINS, when you can’t buy anything else with coins? Once the new items for gold come out and are purchased, the daily players with no cash only have masteries to work for. I’d love to have money to blow on cash items, and have to actually work for things on FV.
It would be amazing if they would add a few more good items for a hundred thousand or more, something to make effort worth it to get all those useless coins.
Cute cow, though- I’ll be looking out for a calf.

Honestly, the Kelly Green Cow compliments both the Bovine-09 and the Pink Patch. I have both B-09 and PP and I produce one calf from either almost everyday. I also have several PP calves, so they’re not hard to produce… they come when you least expect them

At least a $100 game is a $100 game, period. It’s a full, complete game, a finished product that works 99.9% of the time. With fv one could theoretically spend thousands and thousands of dollars just to have the complete game, not to mention all the glitches the game has had.
You should be happy people complain, in the end that could eventually mean lower prices and more stuff for YOU. But I guess you couldn’t figure that out, and then YOU call US morons, LOL.

That’s not true. What about during Chinese New Year? or most of the other recent events? Mystery Person………all of the “limited items” thus far have been Farm Cash. The chinese tiger statue, lanterns, and archs were not “limited edition” items…they were just decorations. Limited Edition items and just plain old decorations are 2 different things.

I have a Kelly Green Cow and have already produced 1 calf from her. These calfs are not easy to produce (at least not for me anyway, I only have 1 cow). I HATED giving it away because none of my neighbors have a Kelly Green Cow and I know I will never get one, this is truly UNFAIR. I bought a dairy barn just for her and the bull, I collect milk everyday and for the last 3 days nothing , the 1 time I got a Kelly calf all my cows was in the barn together, so I put the pink cows back in the barn so maybe….I would love to have a Pink Splash Cow ever sense I heard that Farmville was putting in an option for they to grow up. I would really like a neighbor who has a Kelly Green or Pink Splash to trade with. I also have my stable completed and have a Pinto and Percheron mare in with a stallion, hoping for the Pinto, Percheron. I would be very happy to trade a Percheron foal for a Clydesdale foal when one appears of course. I would also be will to trade foals for calves or foals or vise versa of the same breeds. If you send me an invitation to add you just so you can get these babies, I will reject it, I’m sorry but I believe in fair is fair I want these animals and have the same animals to trade for them.
