FarmVille Swimming Pond Arrives!

The Swimming Pond has arrived in FarmVille! Last week we told you about the new animal habitat that we referred to as the Swimming Hole, it’s now called the Swimming Pond.
The Swimming Pond serves as an animal habitat/breeding pen for your FarmVille water animals on your FarmVille farms. Before now, there was no home for water animals on Home Farm, English Countryside, and Lighthouse Cove. In addition to being an animal breeding pen and animal storage, you can also “find” Mystery Babies when harvesting this building with purpose.
The Swimming Pond frame can be found in the FarmVille Market for 5 Farm Coins. If you are having difficulty locating it, try keyword searching “Swimming Pond”. Once you purchase the frame and place it on your FarmVille farm, you can then begin construction to complete it. The required building materials to complete it include the following:

- Skimmer x 15
- Leaf Net x 15
- Water Bucket x 15
Expansion for the Swimming Pond is also available. There are several ways to gather supplies for your Swimming Pond. You also have the option of purchasing a completed Swimming Pond using Farm Cash via the FarmVille Market at the cost of 45 Farm Cash. If you aren’t down for using Farm Cash, a little begging and gifting goes a long way.

- 2. Use “Ask For Part” button
- 3. Find free materials via Facebook News Feed from neighbors’ shares
- 4. Purchase single parts using Farm Cash

Minor problem with it – like the other pens it comes with a free animal, in this case a Big Blue Tang. Unfortunately, since you can’t place this animal on land, there is NO WAY to get rid of it! You can’t take it out of the pen to sell it, you can’t sell it from inside the pen, and you can’t send it to storage from within the pen. Major oversight on Zynga’s part heh.

I finally figured out how to delete animals from the swimming pool. You click to remove the animal, then “place” the animal in the storage celler. You can then delete the animal from storage.
I realize it’s a round-about way of doing it, but at least it gets the job done!

I have looked for my Swimming Pond in the FarmVille Market and nothing shows up. I have the Construction Materials to make one but do not see it anywhere!! What am I supposed to do now?!
