Having fun collecting your Valentines?
If you want the prizes to be a surprise, please do not read this post. After collecting enough Valentines in your Valentine Box, you can then trade them in for a special limited edition Valentines themed prize that you will not be able to purchase elsewhere.
Here are the Confirmed Valentines Trade-In Prizes:
- 10 Valentines = Love Ewe (animal)
- 20 Valentines = Giant Teddy (decoration)
- 30 Valentines = Pigs in Love (balloon)
- 40 Valentines = Pecking Ducks (bench)

I was opening some old Mystery Gifts, and I got a Hot Pink Hay, and a Heart Teddy. I can get you the cap of the Teddy if you want. Didn’t know if this was old news or not..

Do you only put on your feed the Love Ewes? As in if I were to save for the Eiffel Tower, I wouldn’t put out a feed saying, “Finks just turned in 150 valentines for his very own Eiffel Tower. Click to collect your own” Or whatever…

I redeemed 10 of my valentines to get the Love Ewe. My amount available to redeem went down to zero, so yes, you start over. The Love Ewe is very cute. And you can post it and share it with several friends.

Along with JacksonJawbreaker’s comment I was also opening old mystery boxes and I got a wise bear. It is like all of the bears that were in the christmas gifts, only it is light gray color. I also got an almond tree out of another one of the gift boxes.

@ Michelle, the Valentines includes your TOTAL amount of prizes. So if you trade in the first 10 Valentines for the first prize a Love Ewe, then you will only need to get another 10 Prizes for the next prize.

I would really like to know how did Crystal (the one from the picture) Got her Eiffel Tower sooo fast!! OMG she should really have nice neighbors… I wish I can have some like hers, I always send everything to the ones that played the most (about 25) and only 6 return my gifts, I so need good neighbors, or a forum to place my link so people can send me and I can send back

Some of your neighbors may have run out of gift requests for the day… I sent out a request to several active neighbors & ran out of gifts to send at 2:30 this afternoon & can’t send out more stuff till tomorrow. They need to raise the limits or have a separate tally for events like this IMO.

When do we stop sending the Valentine’s day gifts? We stopped 2 weeks after x-mas? Are we only given a week to collect 150 valentines? If so, that sucks for me since i have about 30 neighbors and only 3 really play all the time.

I think it’s safe to assume that we have 2 weeks to collect all the Valentines we can. I say this because the 5 Valentines that you can buy for 5 FV is expiring in 14 days.

This is just a general question, but is anyone having difficulty seeing only Farmville updates on the Facebook newsfeed? I tried to just see the farmville updates only instead of status updates, but its not letting me. If I click the Farmville icon it just takes me directing to Farmville. Any suggestions?

I know you answered this,but if we get a love ewe,and want to get giant teddy next,do we need to start over and get 20 gifts,or is it just 10 more(the other 10 are counted from the redeemed gifts for love ewe) .

It’s important to note (so that people are aware) but when you get 150 Valentine’s in your Valentine’s Box, and you redeem for the Eiffel Tower, whoever the lucky farmville friend that get’s to share in your redemption when you post it to the main feed on facebook only get’s a miniature Eiffel Tower.

To see the Farmville posts only in the new FB feed, click on Friends on the left side and it will pop up a list. Click Farmville on that list (you may need to click more first)

The only way I’ve been able to sort of separate the FV posts is to go to Friends and create a new list of people that play FV. Then I can look at that list and see only those friends’ posts. I see their regular non-FV posts too, but at least I don’t have to wade through my non-FV-playing friends posts to find them.
The other suggestions people have posted here don’t work for me. The new Facebook sucks!

Click the filter icon at the bottom of the column
Select “Source” then type “farmville”
You can also have Tweetdeck notify you…I just check it every half hour or so.

The only bad thing I don’t like is that if you get something for 10 valentines and then earn 10 more you can only buy the 10 valentine one.. like even if you have 20 valentines but you already bought the love ewe then you cant get the next one until you get 30. if that makes sense to anyone else? =]

i bought a love ewe last night. then a couple hours ago i got a heart teddy in a mystery box and i was happy because i didn’t have the buy the giant teddy with 20 presents. Finally i caved in and i bought the giant teddy bear. I reliazed that these r two different giant bears. the heart bear has 3 hearts on its shirt and the giant bear shirt says I <3 u. just 2 let u guys know

you can keep collecting valentines after the 150, i have 202 now, i have redeemed the love ewe, teddy, peckiong ducks, and piggie balloons, they r all cute. =)
i am working toward the tower now jus to have one, it is pretty, but it will prollysit in storage most of the time. you can send more than pne gift day to the saem person if you send a ‘thankyou gift’ to them as you receive gifts , and then send gifts the reg way. also if you do it from farmville.com instead of facebook it runs quicker.

The Eiffel Tower is looking weird in my farm because i have a normal farm that includes plots,trees,animals,barn , tool shed etc. I dont have a villa even though i have the money, i’ll just sell it for 2000 coins. This is FARMVILLE and FARMTOWN so i don;t need anything non-farmer like

If we save up for the Eifel tower can we sell it? what would the return be if we can sell any of these items. I sold the large teddy bear when I won it but don’t remeber how much I got. A listing of the return value would be nice to see. I don’t think the eifel tower goes with my farm…can’t imagine what to do with that. I already have 85 valentines and don’t want any of the items. i am so frustrated with my home page…i am not getting any of the fv bonus to show up …..you can continue to collect valentines my #1 neighbor has over 300 valentines…i have the fountain, BIG teddy bear, ducks on a bench, and two ewes…they are all so cute….eiffell tower looks really big….i am still getting xmas gifts from people still opening them and posting them….HAPPY VALENTINES DAY…AND HAPPY FARMING…..

Is anyone else having trouble accepting “mystery boxes”? Everytime I click on one in my notifications..my farm loads and I lose the gift.
I am NOT in faor of this new Facebook at all. I was missing out on alot of Farmville posts. Thank God I came here and saw the posts. Thank you all for posting helpful tips!
Now, if I could just be able to accept my gifts.

I don’t get why some have posted that it isn’t fair that when you REDEEM your valentines for an item you lose your valentines. First, look up the word redeem and see what it says. Second, that’s the same logic as if you went to a gas station filled up, then when you went to McDonald’s expecting them to use the money you just gave for gas. Sometimes I wonder why these things seems so difficult to understand for people, but I might just be a dick…

when u use your valentines to purchase either the fountain or the the tower do u get any xp for it because if not im thinking of buying ewes with the valentines just so can harvest from them make money from the promotion lol

I know someone posted that we will be getting 121 Valentines from the love ewe BUT..doesn’t seem right.
Has anyone harvested from them yet and what did you get?
I dont think it would be Valentines considering..what would happen after the 14th?
Mine is at 50% and anxious to know what we will get.

Will they add another gift above Eiffel Tower? may be? like expanded the holiday tree capacity. So bit worried abt redeeming to Eiffel Tower.

Am I the only one who is unable to redeem anything after the large bear? I have just over 40 valentines and can see the Pigs in Love and the Pecking Ducks but the “Redeem” button is grayed out, as if I had already redeemed it. I tried asking on Zynga’s forum, but have not gotten any feedback.
I’m not losing sleep over these silly things, but was curious.

Well I just got the “support gay duck marriage” bench. Verrrry cute and I think I will let it stay OUT year round…..hehehe. Near the tower if i get one of those…..LOL. Wonder if that was an intended subtle statement or if they really didn’t see two boy ducks kissing as Not so subtle……Love it.

Can anyone give an estimate of how many plots a tower will use up? Like 9 for the large and 4 for the small maybe? I am trying to plan where to put it and will have to delete farm plots for the space. Thank you!

If you look inside your valentines box, and look in the top left corner you will see two different numbers if you have already redeemed something with your valentines. It says “valentines to redeem” and “total received”. The total received is for the comparison chart. Once you have received 40 valentines you can see the pecking ducks, but you can’t redeem it if you have less than 40 to redeem. I hope this makes sense, there seems to be a lot of confusion about this.

Got the eiffel tower, its huge, shared one, my sister got a mini eiffel tower, lol. luv ewe isnt that great, but can be sold for 300 coins, not bad, pecking duck is cute too. Dont like the pig and bear, so no valentines needed anymore, lol.

Hey help please? I`ve got 65 valentines, and I could already redeem the love ewes, giant teddy, pigs in love, pecking ducks, and the 3 hearts fountain. Can I redeem them all at once? or They should be redeemed like when I get the fountain, I should save up more valentines to get the pecking ducks?

As a gay man, i was, at first, a little disappointed that the Pecking Ducks (unlike all the other ducks) were wearing bows. The “male” duck wearing a bow tie and the “female” duck wearing a bow in her hair. I thought that was a little unnecessary and heterosexist. But then I thought about it for a while and realized that the ducks are clearly mallard ducks. And only the MALE mallard duck has a greenish-blue head. The female is all brown. Now collected 300 valentines gifts .
I redeemed the Eiffel tower (awesome), 2 love ewes (cute), and fountain (but not enough animation). Claimed the peking ducks. Got the teddy bear in mystery gift. I don’t want the pigs balloon . So now what I am I to do with the remaining valentine gifts? Can Zynga add more gifts to redeem?.

I have 187 valentines, and I have everything available. I’ve been lucky enough to snag it all from neighbors. So I’m wondering – what happens if I don’t trade mine in? Can we open them like the Christmas gifts, maybe? When I go to “send love” it shows gift options under the different valentine options – XP points, coins, pink cows, etc. – so it makes me think remaining valentines could be opened as gifts? If so, I’m hoarding mine.
Can anyone confirm or deny?

is there any xp for eiffel tower? its not worth 150 gifts if theres no xp ..i would rather get love eews..atleast they yeild money if not xp..eiffel tower in a farm in an awkward image
