According to FarmVille Freak James FarmVille may soon be adding an interesting new crop- Nachos! Yes, Nachos.
FarmVille Unreleased Nachos
How? Why? Does it make any sense? No, this is not Cafe World, but it’s the Super Bowl and perfect food to watch the big game. Besides, if Pink and Alien Cows can exist or Referee Cows for that matter, then Nachos can too.
FarmVille Unreleased Tailgate Party Announcement
It’s rumored that Nachos will work something like “perfect bunches” and the Garden Shed. You will store your Nachos in the Tailgate Tent that many of you saw in a video released by FarmVille. Remember? The Tailgate Tent is red. You will also have the ability to share your plates of Nachos with your neighbors.

The Nachos will also help you to earn some of the new Super Bowl themed ribbons.
Nachos are UNRELEASED and may possibly debut very soon in FarmVille.

I don’t know about the nacho crops but i’d stick with my farm with realistic crops so I just hope that FV will make the new variety of roses to stay in the market forever like the normal crops. FV Freaks please add me as your neighbor – I am LEVEL 47 now and I want more neighbors with nice farms too.

I’m guessing that since the player base is: #1 mostly women #2 international — it’s not that many. So why do they make items for such a small segment of the player base?

Stop complaining about it being “American Football” Farmville/Zynga is based in the US and is a US company. There is no reason at all it needs to cater to other countries if it does not chose to. If you don’t like how they run, the solution is simple, Don’t play it! Play another game that is based in your country so it can meet all your dreams and expectations. The creators of FV try to accomodate other countries through flags, crops etc. But the Superbowl is a big day and this is AMERICAN made game. Don’t like it? Don’t Play!

I could care less about the Superbowl, or any professional sports for that matter. The structure looks ok, could make a better rest tent.
Each of us plays the way we want to, some like hay bale art, others masteries, ribbons, buildings, some like mystery boxes and others have no money to spend etc. There’s no right or wrong. Enjoy the game your way.
I appreciate having FarmvilleFreak for providing information on upcoming features and on fraud. I don’t cheat, BTW.

I’m with MooMoo. It’s true that growing nachos borders on retarded but how hard is it to just… not participate? I thought the county fair thing was lame, so guess what I did. I refrained from buying cotton candy machines!
Despite being an American male, I have no interest in the Super Bowl at all. I think paying farm cash for a horse with a hat on its head is absolutely ludicrous and a poor decision… but it’s just my opinion. Calm down, people. I think you’re all being spoiled with how much they update this game with new stuff. You just look ungrateful.
P.S. The flowers are gorgeous. I wish they’d stay…

it will probably only last a week, if that. and nobody says you have to plant “nachos” or participate in any of the football stuff. why do all of you get so bent out of shape about this stuff? just make your farm the way you want it. you don’t have to have ref cows, or even the pink ones if you deem them too silly. zynga updates this game weekly, some weeks will be better than others. it would be impossible to keep everybody happy. why not be happy that they keep us guessing with what will come next. i say the crazier, the better…the game will get stale otherwise.

I like realistic things on my farm,so I find the nacho crop silly,but since I don’t have to buy it ,why complain about it ?…same thing with football stuff.Let the fans enjoy it but you don’t have to buy it if you don,t like it ! .I got a referee cow as a present ,well she’s in the barn where I get the milk money but nobody see her. Just enjoy the game and stop complaining. Have fun farming.

Ha ha, strange crop! I’m very interested to know what the seeds look like! Will they be mini plates?! How does a growing plate of nachos look! And what about a fertilised plot? I suppose super sized portions! It’s very fanciful but should be fun, I think I’ll plant some out of curiosity just to have a look at it. I like the look of the tailgate tent thing, if I can squeeze it in somewhere I’ll get it I think. I like having food things on my farm in case my farmer needs a snack. I loved getting the outdoor grill.

i would love to get a gray horse and i dont think id buy nacho’s as farm crops and i am so excided to get a tailgate party. And id also like to say that i love the new horse stable and i hope i will get it built soon…. And i also would like if they relese dogs as pets …….. and i have two dogs (gorden setter and basset hound) named Misty(Gorden Setter) and sophie (Basset Hound)…..Thats all ihave to say.

To each his own. If Zynga wants to release items that celebrate the Super Bowl and appeal to a small demographic than that is very much their prerogative.

Zynga is an American company and therefore promotes mainly American past times. The superbowl is a pretty big deal here and to the person who said that most farmville users are females and don’t care about the superbowl… well I’m a girl and I LOVE football. Don’t care about the superbowl? Then don’t watch it! And don’t buy the items! It’s not like they took other items out of the market… they are just temporary additions that will go away, like all the other limited edition stuff. The football stuff is silly but if people want to buy stupid decorations and ducks with hats on – great!! More money for Zynga.
The only reason it bugs me is they could be spending more time and effort on improving the game like giving us dogs and expanding the chicken coop!
As for the nachos. That is stupid. I won’t be planting them.
What are nachos made of any way , corn?
Why not have it so if you plant corn you can make nachos, tomatoes chillis etc for salsa dip and then get cheese from the cows ??

It is almost Saturday, the game is Sunday, so if they wanted to release, they would have already. How can one accomplish these ribbons if they only bring it for a day! and for people interested in such themes, they would be watching the game and having a party not playing farmville during superbowl, so I don’t think it would be released, they have probably thought about it and then decided to much work to make it in time.

Not American, not an American football fan, but hey it’s been fun watching all the new stuff come out, and if I didn’t want it, I didn’t buy it. If I can I will watch the game .. don’t know which side I should be supporting tho … lol..
For those from other countries who are whining a bit ( or loads) FV is an American game, emmm , read it and weep … I have learned to live with the fact the when new things come out I always seem to be hours behind getting them.

This would be cool if it is actually real. However as we haven’t seen it yet, and the Super Bowl is tonight, it would be rather silly to release it this upcoming Tuesday. Maybe it was to be part of a Thursday/Friday update this past week that never was? Who knows. It could also be a fake, but if so – a very good one as those pictures look pretty real, and it would be a rather elaborate hoax – kudos to James if this is a fake and he pulled off fooling everyone!!
