A new FarmVille building hit the FarmVille Market, the FarmVille Estate.
It may make you look twice (like I did) because it’s painfully simliar to the White Manor, just slightly bigger and more expensive.

I agree with Dan. The Estate is the first FV house I like. Totally getting it.
Loving the new 3exp per fertilized plot as well. People who wouldn’t fertilize before, definitely will now! Mwaha

Oh my gosh! I want to see a screenshot of this on someone’s farm! I just spent 800k on the lodge (which I love) but now I’m broke at 50k. I’ve got extra incentive to build it back up so I can get this lovely house which will be a sure bet year round instead of just a winter getaway. Villa can’t even compare to this!

How can they say something that is free (costs coins) is more expensive than something that costs farmcash (real dollars)
The people writing these posts need to come back down to earth.
Most high level players have Mega-coins.

Yes I just bought an Estate (upgrade from a small cottage I had before). I did have to save up for it. I did have 800K in coins available to buy it.

i’m almost embarrassed to admit that I have nearly $5 million coins. Everything I want is $FV.
I don’t want a giant house, since it takes too many spaces and what I really want is all of the mastery signs.

I just wanted to know if the LOGDE and NEW ESTATE HOUSE is going to be available all the time as it doesn’t say limited as I wanted to buy both but don’t have enough money at the moment!!! – I hope it is not just for xmas/winter otherwise that would be unfair as VILLA is getting old and boring now and they need new things so PLEASe KEEO them there for good

They really do need to improve the storage system. It only makes sense – we SHOULD be able to store stuff in houses – the more expensive, the more storage. Manor, Lodge, and Villa would be great for it.
Really hope they make the greenhouse so you can store trees in there because even with snow and lights my date trees don’t look right in a winter wonderland. Plus, harvesting them is a real pain.

responding to Juggalo’s Post…Post number 11, you cannot compare the price of the ESTATE to farm cash….coins are easy to achieve while you only get 1 farm cash every level and telling higher level people to come back down to earth? High level players did the plowing, planting, and harvesting…do that before you tell us to come back down to earth….whats the point of a Game if everything is free?!?!?

it looks like the manor and its better than the manor,i just wanna know is it limited or is it gonna stay forever like the villa,log cabin,cottage etc. because it will take me a little time to earn 600.000 coins

No snow allowed on the Estate – what’s that about?
I have just enough money for the Estate, but saving up for the Lodge (looks more unique) instead. Estate (White Manor) aren’t they basically the same – yes I know they look different. I mean if FV is going to come up with something new, how about a Ranch or Castle (Palace) oooh with a moat!!! Now that would be something to get me excited.

The Estate is very awesome. I can afford it and want it, but it’s so tall that it covers up a large area behind it. I dunno I may buy it, store it, then figure out a way to use it later.
I think towards the end before I get to level 70 I’m going to just scrap the farm idea and create a town with all the homes. I hope they make a church before then!

OMG!!! I just had the greatest idea ever. They should create a CHATEAU. It could be a castle-like compound made of bricks and very elaborate. It would cost more than 2 million most likely, but it would be worth it.

I totally love the lodge! only issue I have with it is….there is snow on it…does the snow come off it? I mean its great for right now cause its winter, but what about in the spring or summer? I am not planning on keeping my snow covered farm all year round! It would be epic if FV would give us the option of being able to take the snow on and off the lodge!!

The Estate gives you 6000XP (used by many to level up faster), looks cool and basically takes up space on your farm that could otherwise be used to earn coins & XP via crops, trees or animals.

I bought a lodge around Christmas, and I loved it! The problem is the snow on it. I removed the snow from the rest of my farm, but since the lodge came with snow, it didn’t come off. Is there going to be a non-winter version of the lodge?

when I log onto farmville, the villa pictured in the farm of the week or whatever is rotated… but I can’t rotate mine. how in samhell did they do that??
