FarmVille Adds Stat Button for Improved Neighbor Competition!
For those of you farmers that like to compete with your neighbors, you will like this new upgraded feature, what we like to call the FarmVille Neighbor “Spy Button”.
You can now view your FarmVille neihgbors’ stats by simply hovering over their icon on your Neighbors’ list. To help you keep track or for comparison purposes you will be able to see their number of Ribbon Achievements, Masteries, Level among other stats.

I know I am OTD, but the stats are way, way to small for me. Then I realized one of them was a magnifier. Maybe I better go check and see if it will make the stats bigger for seeing. LOL
Posted on September 15th, 2010 at 11:53 pm
The magnifier is the Collections symbol.

Yeah its good Farmville done that but do you see the XP of the neighbors.
They are just cheaters cant play FAIR.

I’ve been waiting for these sort of updates since Farmville launched. They’re finally starting to up there tech level a bit and refine the game and I’m loving it.
I look forward to what the Zynga guys add in next!

Dear FarmvilleFreak.com,
today I opened a mystery gift and guess what I got… a brown squirrel!
) maybe there are some new items in the mystery gifts

Nonsense – who cares?
Posted on September 16th, 2010 at 6:22 am
I like to know what that symbols mean
I think they are : Level, Ribbon, Masteries, Completed Co-op jobs, Collections – and the last one : I DON’T KNOW!!!
BUT
I have completed many collections – it shows that i have done only SEVEN in my friends list
and does the mastery includes the Bakery Mastery too?
And what is the LAST ICON FOR?
Posted on September 16th, 2010 at 7:07 am
the last button is number of “constructed” buildings… i.e., the ones that you had to get help from your neighbors to build.
And I think that a lot of peoples “collections” number is off… mine says six, and I’ve turned in way more than that…
Posted on September 16th, 2010 at 7:30 am
I don’t care what others are doing and I don’t consider Farmville a competition. It’s a place to share with FB friends and be creative. The “spy” thing turns me off. As usual there are glitches anyway. The stats are not correct. What’s the point.
Posted on September 16th, 2010 at 11:11 am
The stats are correct, as I suspect the collections’ number is the number of Limited Edition collections you have traded. My stats show 5, I have so far traded 4 Gemstone and 1 Toy.
Posted on September 16th, 2010 at 12:32 pm
i have the most masteries HAHA !!!
Posted on September 16th, 2010 at 12:34 pm
@ la finca , mine says 2 collections and i do have 2 coll i haven’t traded in yet
Posted on September 16th, 2010 at 1:32 pm
Are those stats even possible?
That’s nearly 9 million XP
I’ve played constantly for over a year and have only just hit 1.5 mil
Posted on September 16th, 2010 at 2:10 pm
@ Anthropolite
I question if they are correct as well.
Actually it has to be fake because at 8.8M points they would be level 173, that states the person is level 10? (can’t actually read the last number).
Even at 1.79M points the level would be 102, we can’t read the full level for that person but it is not a 2, looks to be a 0 instead.
Posted on September 16th, 2010 at 2:36 pm
@ Anthropolite
@ Jacobk
I have three neighbors that are higher than me and I am at 103 ~ 1.8 M xp’s. The top one is at 17. 5 M xp’s, and it shows them at level 260.
The person that the photo above depicts shows them in the new window at level 174 (upper left of box). The number you see that is cutoff (different spot) shows 100 for everyone over 100 as they have not changed the graphic yet as it was obviously designed for up to 99 levels..
My co-op numbers are correct, but the collectibles are not, unless it is for a certain period of time
Hope that helps.

9 million points??? The game is one a year old (and some months)…HOW MUCH $$$ did they spend???? HOLY COW!!!!!! Ridiculous
Posted on September 16th, 2010 at 4:59 pm
I could care a less who has what ribbons and have never thought of this as a “competition” I find it almost rude that you can post you have more “red” blue” “yellow” ribbons than someone else so you can click to give them fuel. I never post those, I always cancel.

i have been playing continuously since february and i am still level 85 with almost 700.000 xp… my farm is 26 x 26 and i can plant 624 seeds…. based on this fact, i currently earn 150.000 xp every month so even if i play it for 3-4 years it is not possible for me to reach 7-8 million xp…. so how can you do it and what is the secret???????????????????????????????????

There are many possibilities to gain XPs with tricks. All these tricks are described on many pages but I think the most understandable how-to is on farmville.com. There is one trick where you can “buy” 1 XP for 10 coins. That means that an important question is how many coins players have. We could all “convert” coins to XPs dividing them with 10 and add this to our XPs to see what we would have. But of course we spent many coins on other things too where the rate is 100. Others probably didn’t.
I don’t see XPs as a target in the game. My target is to make all ribbons, to make all masteries (I have to do only two more: Square Melon and Carnival Squash, i have 78) and maybe to make all masteries for all three craftings but I am pretty sure that I won’t play the game that long anymore. I’ve calculated that I would need about one year to get all masteries for one crafting.
There is a bug at ribbons. It counts the removed photo ribbon where i can’t reach the blue one anymore. Otherwise it is interesting for me to see what others do/have. Maybe they have more XPs, but they don’t have as many ribbons (i need 5 more Horse Powers to get the last blue ribbon), medals or masteries as me.
The picture above is only symbolic. It’s not realistic
The one with 17,5M XPs was definitely “cheating” with one of the tricks. I think levels XPs up to 2M are realistic for normal players.
I have 18 collections and I completed only 3 limited collections. I have no idea what this number tries to tell us
And I have completed 584 collections.

Tuqrul, they are all cheaters. Plain and simple. You hack the game. Google it sometime…
Posted on September 17th, 2010 at 2:21 am
They can do it with Charles… you can easily get 4 million XP in a matter in a few weeks. You basically endlessly get hella money and buy hella buildings and sell them, (ex: mansions) 50000xp each. so its easy to be a high level
Posted on September 17th, 2010 at 2:32 am
I like it but my stats are WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!
Posted on September 17th, 2010 at 10:18 am
I love it when people call others cheaters just to reveal they don’t understand something.
Which reminds me: show me your birth certificate!
*eyeroll*
It even says how much XP you’ll get when you buy an item in the market. You get 1 XP for every 100 Coins you spend for instance. 9 Million XP equals 900.000.000 Coins spent. And since you can BUY coins and cash to buy items in the market you can get to ANY amount of XP in the game by simply pouring hundreds of dollars into it.

Why is zynga trying so hard to make this game a competition? And in such a grade school way — Oh Noes! Johnny has more stars on his homework than me!!! Waaaaah!!
Why can’t they just shut up and let me farm, and visit my actual friends farms. Since January, it seems to me that zynga doesn’t actually want US to play the game – they want to tell us what to do, and when to do it, and how to do it, and how often…. just get a robot to push the buttons then.
At least Farmville isn’t yet as bad as Frontierville where they want to tell you when to wipe your butt…

What’s with that stupid blue diamond above visitor’s head ??? Are the harvestable now ??? Also, 10x fertilizers are not working since the ‘improvement’
Posted on September 18th, 2010 at 5:05 am
I understand it quite well Sebastian, because I use the program myself.
Posted on September 20th, 2010 at 1:12 am
first off your a tool sebastian, u probably pour hundreds of dollars in urself….and 9 mil xp is cheating????haha…..been playing regularly for 1.5 years and only have 700,000xp….its a HACK moron.
Posted on September 23rd, 2010 at 7:55 am
i think the people with many millions of xp are either hacking or are spending a lot of money. the quickest way to get lots of xp is to buy the expensive buildings. if you were to just get the money from crops and animals, without buying lots of farmville cash, it would take far longer
Posted on September 26th, 2010 at 11:10 pm
You can get a ton of XP by purchasing high priced items with coins or FVcash. I have a FV neighbor that has over 7 million XP. I asked what they did to get that many XP, they said from buying only high priced items in the market then selling them back to the game…for 1/20 th of the original cost. It shows how many XP you get when you purchase items, example…10,000 XP when you buy the 1 million coin villa and 50,000 XP when you buy the 5 million coin mansion…LOL
The normal XP is 1 percent of the cost of the item.
Most of the zynga games are nothing but ripoffs…most items are cash these days (which I will never do)…I’m pretty sure they have some kind of subliminal message in the games to make them so addictive…LOL…oh well…back to farming!

this disappeared today with the new costumes option.

i really dont know how you all play the game …. played for 1.5 yr and still at 700,000 xp? …. i also played 1.5 yr and xp almost triple of that … and i never use fv cash … i just spend every coin (everyday balance less than 50,000 coins) on production type item (animal, trees that pay high price) … the principle is ” the more you spend, the more you earn” ….

We all want to expand capacity for bushels in market stalls. Just 100 is not enough to keep for our crafting. If you can do, please do it for us all. Thank you so much. We love farmville. ^ ^
