You can ask 3 pieces from people who doesn’t have FV installed, it is like a “come and play” invitation, you can ask 1 piece from specific people who can gift that specific item, you need to go item by item asking for it.

I think this botanical garden that farmville is asking for people to build is just way too big to put on the farm! …especially if you want to maximise your crop yield! >_<
..I'm now protesting by refusing to send and receive parts for this ridiculous contraption.. so meh =P …just send me doggy treats/kibbles.. ^_^

I think it is a good idea for the garden but imo they are releasing to may things at once. I have a husband that is still working on his stable and now there is a garden to create. Then on top all this we have to have friends send us kibble. Imo there are to many things friends have to send to get things done on your farm. I like the idea that they have new things, and trying to make the fv experience a better one. But could they give little more time on getting the other buildings done first before starting a new one. I am all for new items. I am all for better things. Just thanking out loud about the fact there are to many times that need to be gifted at the time and there may be a limit on how long we can get each item needed for each building too. I am just worry about the fact like my husband and others they will have alot of incomplete buildings on there farm and can’t complete them cuz the item is no longer a “gifting” item anymore or they can do it with farm cash for one reason or another

The botanical garden has a purpose, but don’t know what. If you go to the storage expansion page, you’ll see it can be expanded.

Does the Botanical Garden actually do anything? I’d have to move a lot of stuff around to fit it on the farm and there’s no point if the thing just sits there taking up space.

I think the botanical garden is the ugliest building they have released yet… and if it serves no purpose, why clutter my already cramped farm. Will it have a purpose and what???? So far I refuse to place it on my farm, it’s too big, 9 plots??? FarmVille We Need Bigger Farms!!! :O)

why do u ppl complin so much about it being fc? stop being cheap or just make a dupe acccount and goft it to urself take dvantage of the free 3 fc u noobs all it takes is 10 minutes about 10 adobtable animals from feed n u have 18 fc in minutes whats so hard? i mean s**t your already on ur own farm why not another at the same time? n stop comoplaining i have evry animal n i nevr used real money !!

They keep giving us all of this stuff for our farms(thats great) but..where to put it?? How about some more levels????? Myself and ALOT of my neighbors are on level 70…how about adding more levels!!!! Now that would be a nice surprise!

Stop complaining!!! Your asking for too much.. They have several million users updating things is hard. I am level 70 and i am PATIENTLY waiting for them to make more levels. They are slowly adding more crops like everybody has been asking for, they added dogs. Just give them time it all can’t be done at once. Sorry the game is a bigger hit than they thought it’d be. I personally LOVE the botanical garden. I find it alot more nicer than the stupid Maison.

i ****ing hate that i have to send gifts to get things for my farm. i dont care about other peoples farms it takes way to much time and effort. all i wanna do is farm on my own farm and not worry about my neighbors.

Comments After Reading This Page/Thread:
1. My Botanical Garden parts are not all the same: I’ve “WHITE TRELLIS” instead of “Steel Beam” … and “GREEN BEAM” in lieu of your listed “Green Pillar.” (What’s that about?)
2. Purposes: While Zynga.com stated that the Botanical Garden is for decoration, if you have one on your property and look in your other storage systems (ie. barn, shed, coop, dairy farm) under Expansion… you will note that there is a Botanical Garden there as well. With a “Coming Soon” for expansion.
I thus suggest that it is far more likely that we will be able to put botanical items (trees etc.) in it, thus making it useful… than it simply remaining a decoration. (If all expanding does is make it look more plush, that would be pathetic. I bet it holds trees and other plants.)
3. To those complaining that Zynga is releasing too many things at the same time:
Better to have too many options than too few! Come ON! With as many players as Farmville has? Aren’t you GLAD that Zynga is providing different options?
I assume that Zynga assumes ;-D that anyone smart enough to play this game is also smart enough to simply prioritize, as we do in every other area of our lives.
I decided to wait on the puppy stuff and see how it panned out first. Some folks take ten steps back and decide they really could care less about horses altogether! Others want to focus on mastering crops and opt out of decorating their farms much.
But it’s important, IMO, to look at the donut and not the hole. For perspective ~ Some of these projects will be around permanently; others are temporary or seasonal. Many of them have initial glitches that get ironed out if you start the project later. With situations like the Botanical Garden, it’s only available for three weeks… and the way the freebees go, it’s wisest to build with your neighbors cos it’s easiest to get parts that way.
But it’s all up to you. Bottom line? Enjoy your decisions and focus on what you have. Be glad for the variety makes more people happy.

An important note: like unlike the Horse Stables, the Botanical Garden is not a functional building. You won’t be able to harvest extra plants or anything of that ilk after its complete. It’s a bit of a bummer, but maybe the powers that be will change their minds at a later date.

If you don’t have your stable finished if you click on a wandering stallion to give it shelter for the night it will give you 1 each of the items for the stable, I half built my stable this way.

I am also thinking there are way too many things at one time. I am also wishing they would put the extras back up that go along with the maison. We no sooner got it built and a chance to see what we thought about the house and they took away the chance to buy the additional items. I would love to see them come back.

been trying fro about half an hour to finish my botanical garden and you wouldn’t let me. need 5 floral brackets and every time i click to use my fv cash keeps telling me game out of sync with server….. for a half hour of refreshing come on now time zone or not ….. i gonna be really pissed if i don’t finish it but ……… still like the game. going back to try again

MY friend was unable to finish his Botanical Garden. He bought his frame late an didn’t have enough time to finish. I hope they give us a way to get it done. He bought the mansion and didn’t get to finish it either he deleted it.

The botanical garden has a coming soon title in storage which means that it can be expanded and it will give you something special to do with your crops and trees in the near future this is all i can give out.Happy Farming!

Why didn’t FV post with the new botanical garden that there was a time limit building it? I am almost done but now it will not be finished because when I came here to ask friends to send part this transfers me back to my farm. What a bunch of BS. I’m ready to quit this waste of time crap if this is going to continue.
