FarmVille Cancels Today’s Podcast & Announces Bi-weekly Podcasts
Today’s September 3rd 2010 FarmVille Podcast has been canceled. There will be no official FarmVille Podcast this week.
However, FarmVillle announced via the official FarmVille Forum that the FarmVille Podcast will now take place biweekly.This seems like a good move on Zynga’s part considering that even though previously the Podcasts were once a week, they were often post-poned or rescheduled.
The decision to move to a bi-weekly basis was made to improve the quality of the information featured in the Podcast.
The next official FarmVille Podcast is scheduled for
SEPTEMBER 10, 2010

The FarmVille Podcasts will now be posted on a Bi-Weekly basis, as opposed to weekly. This decision has been made to improve the quality of the information we are able to provide. Just too bad google is not adding pressure to fv to finally leave beta like it should be. The amount of money given to zynga by google it is very funny zynga can not pull together the 10min audio clip.
I can see if there was video of stuff and editing needed but really one audio only clip a week in this era can not get done and the solution is to make two a week. That mentality there explains to me why so much stuff goes wrong in fv

Can’t you guys do a post on how horrible the game has been running, the set-backs, the disappearing animals, crops etc? Yesterday was a horrible day on FV, I used a farmhand and an arborist just to see that my work was never done, I placed two piglets on my farm to find them missing! I have emailed zynga and asked them to replace my missing animals but i’m really surprised you guys are posting anything about how they roll out the new pigpens and they don’t work right, they roll out the new visit your neighbor and they can do anything on your farm crap, and it doesn’t even work right, and it’s all causing multiple regular game issues? WTH Farmvillefreak?
You’re off your game, I’m not surprised Zynga is off theirs, but you guys are supposed to be talking about this stuff and you’re not? The bi-weekly podcast is a cop-out, they never want to issue problems with the game! I think the communication is broken, and I think it’s a direct result of the constant issues players are having with such a buggy game!

OMG yesterday was horrible day for me also! My stuff that I bought (Wild west tower, Wild west turkey … etc …) are missing!!! I wrote to zynga, but never got an answer! I lost my money…shame on you farmville!
BTW bi-weekly??? WTF

This decision is the corrct one but nce again was done in the wrong way. The podcasts are canceled so often that if they actually keep to the bi-weekly schedule we’ll be better off.
But why announce it by canceling yesterday’s podcast? You should have the poscast and in it announce the changes. That would be much more appropriate. But like Jennfier says, when they are having major probelms with the game, they cancel the podcast so they don’t have to talk about it.
