The costumes will not load or work and can’t get the statue either. Why do they always bring things out without testing them first?

yeah…like your pictures above, the costumes are blank and aren’t able to be tried on. i also haven’t rec’d my statue yet.

I took the quiz, got the 3 farmcash, clicked on market to get double master statue or costumes and it wont load . Tryed it 6 time. SUPER BUMMER..N ow what ?????????????? come on Zynga.. fix the problem

when I clicked on the Double Mastery my browser freaked out with 15 capital one pages then it all froze. That’s for starters. After closing it all Firefox wouldn’t load so I had to do a restart.what is with it lately all night (from what I heard it was a;ll day) it’s been one thing after another. Haven’t they learned how to do updates without fouling up the works?They need to slow down smoking their crops and pay attention before they start losing players.

Go into the market & go to the specials tab. its on the right. then you can either place it or leave it in your giftbox.

1. answered the questions…got my 3 Farm Cash
2. got my new avatars visgoth (2) male free
3. but cannot find the statue for double mastery..liked Capital One but nothing happens..not sure if the statue comes from there..seems like a pop window appears

I was able to get both costumes. The first costume prompted a “Share” pop up. When I did share my avatar was turned around int he post…WEIRD! The second outfit did not prompt a “Share” pop up at all.
Now when I log back on the outfits are no where to be found. Not in my inventory or the market. I was able to get my statue.

Mine showed up underneath the game screen but it just showed loading for like 15 minutes. I never got to even attempt to do it because it wouldnt stop loading. i never even made it in at all.

I got the statue when i went to the capital one page on facebook and liked it. I did what someone here told me to do: i typed capital one in the FB search tab and then when i got to the page, i “liked” it. that took me to my farmville farm and then i was in placement mode for the statue. As for the farm cash, i got that this morning. i didnt get the cash and statue in one place. I had to do the survey below my farm to get the 3 farm cash and i had to separately go the capital one fb page to get the statue. as for the avatar, that was there automatically last nite before i did anything.

no statue , no double mastery, I’m so worn out with the constant “it’s broke” crap. Oh, and in 18 hours I’ll get a reply meaning I lose 1 day of double mastery. It STINKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

go to the market and you will get the statue (which gives you double mastery for a week) and click on your avatar after you have visited their site and you will receive 2 costumes for free

I did not get a notice of the Visigoth statue and did not receive it. I did get the costurme, however. I tried getting to the Capital one fan page for Visigoth, but here is where I ended up. Oh well, can’t go pillaging this week I guess. If they can’t deliver the statue, why would I trust they would deliver the credit?????

I’ve had my statue for a while now. I just placed it on my farm & it says I have 6 days and 23 hrs left. Stop being in such a rush to get everything. You’ll have less problems that way.

Well I’ve used my statue for days now, and I had 1 day and 10 hours left, and it suddenly disappeared.!!!

I had to go away for a couple of days and didn’t realise the statue started from the time you get the statue in your gift box. It’s not worked like that in the past.
I’ve completely wasted mine now and then it disappeared.

The 7 day Double Mastery was all most too much to use at
maximum efficiency…But it was the most FUN!!! I’ve had on F.V. in the 2 Years I’ve Played!!!!! Free costumes also nice touch…still best Promo so far!!!!!,,,to me
