What is the point of re-releasing crops that we mastered ages ago and just slapping the “club” in front of their names? They don’t even give much XP. Lame.

So what it is the point? They give minimal coins in return and in some cases you are paying to plant the crop for what? Case in point Club Cantaloupe plow – 15 – plant – 20 — total 35 F$ when you harvest you get 22. So it costs you 7 F coins per plot. To master this crop you will have to pay Zynga 120,400 in farm coins. This doesn’t even consider the cost of the fuel it takes to plow, plant and harvest. Even buying crafts from your neighbors in the optimal range of level 18-20 you add another 21 or 22 coins per plot. So each and everyone of these crops has a negative return.

Hmmmm, a new way for Zynga to attempt to get their players to pay them to play the game. NOT.
