Posted on April 27th, 2011 at 11:50 pm
I sure hope by joining another person’s co-op and helping, we are able to complete our own cornflower part of the quest.
Posted on April 27th, 2011 at 11:51 pm
Anita means to let us put anything from one farm to the other…….the storages should be joint…
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 12:04 am

Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 12:07 am
Can you join other co-ops or does it have to be your own co-op?
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 12:07 am
This one definately gets the award for the most Boring Award!
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 12:14 am
So can we help someone do the cornflower job or do we all have to do it our own and try to get people who are on a lower level than us help us
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 12:21 am
lol oh finally found it !! yay and how pathetic….. hedges. oh gee..
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 12:27 am
A friend and I just helped each other using a combination of Rio instant grow and our bi-planes and we didn’t get credit for it. Looks like this co-op is a solo effort
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 1:43 am
So, I began my own co-op figuring that was what I was expected to do. Start the job. I’ve hit a major snag. All of my friends have started their own co-ops as well! I’m going to be forced to do this alone. 1200 Cornflowers. 16 hour crop. 2 days. I’m not hopeful. I may need to frantically rearrange things and use all available space for additional plots. I’m trippin’. I don’t think Zynga thought this one through.
I have several friends that don’t participate in the quests but they haven’t made the trip to England either and are therefore unable to grow Cornflowers. I’ve got one friend who has an English farm and is about halfway through the second round of quests but when she tries to join my co-op the Cornflower jobs are not an option. Does she have to be current on the quests in order to join? Seriously? Maybe I’m overreacting. Maybe I’m missing something. But my friends, like me, started their own jobs and they too are struggling to find someone, anyone, who can help. And the real kicker? All this drama for 100 XP’s, 2500 coins and 4 lousy hedges! I’m so mad I could spit.
Thanks for nothing Zynga.

Okay, maybe I overreacted. I had to end my own co-op and join a friend’s. I had my Rio Insta-grow and immediately harvested what I had planted and re-planted. I was surprised to discover that those crops were credited toward my friends job even though they’d been planted prior to my joining her co-op. I really hope we get credit for completing the co-op even though we didn’t initiate it.
Sorry, Folks, I have a tendency to get all worked up and stop thinking.
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 3:03 am
@Wow about the hedges
You CAN have storage on both farms… One of the ec quests is to place a storage cellars for petes sake. lol
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 9:10 am
Are ya’ll kidding me? CO-OP…..means you do it as a group…DUH!!
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 9:37 am
I started my co-op only to find that there is a problem one of my friends tried to join myne and it says the job can’t be found PLease!!!! so frustrating!!! I will never get the quest done without help!
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 9:48 am
Brenda make sure your friend is also your neighbor…there’s 2 ways to get to the co-op, you can either post the request for help or they can go to the co-op page and find it.
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 9:55 am
Why are u sad about some hedges? They are for free, omg. And if you don’t want them just sell them and shut up. Poor kids -.-
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 11:35 am
FV People: For the new Quest you do not have to do the coop yourself…If you join someone else’s coop and it is completed you will get the credit in your progress bar…
Many thanks to Pam for allowing me to leech onto her coop to test this theory out…I owe you big time…
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 11:53 am
I completed all of the requirements , and it still says not completed WTF!!!
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 1:03 pm
so glad we r moving on with the missions, but come on, what r we gonna do with 4 hedges, we will only have 2 buy more
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 2:02 pm
i think this coop quest is the most NOT thought out one yet!! everyone is starting one – more info about joining and still getting the quest done WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE !!!!!!!
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 5:27 pm
Sell the stuff you don’t want people!! Quit complaining or leave the game!!!!
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 7:16 pm
I hate it when people complain about the people complaining!!
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 8:29 pm
I discovered that you can’t join a cornflower co-op if you are on your home farm. It will say this job not found. You have to be on your English farm and then it works. I joined a friends, I think it will count. I sure hope so.
Posted on April 28th, 2011 at 9:57 pm
I joined my boyfriend’s co-op and completed it with a gold. I got credit for the job but doing his didn’t count towards the quest. I think YOU have to personally start the job for it to count.
Posted on April 29th, 2011 at 3:35 am
I have completed the job with cornflowers at silver and it sais that i didn’t do it!!! Must be made at gold? I’m waiting for a reply to know what to do!
Posted on April 29th, 2011 at 4:14 am
This co-op is SO glitched.
I joined someone elses and we got silver. Didn’t get the quest to complete.
Now, some of my neighbors are saying theirs DID complete at silver.
UGH!
Posted on April 29th, 2011 at 5:13 am
“I completed all of the requirements , and it still says not completed WTF!!!”
Same, whats going on ? And i completed with Gold of course, not like some here wondering why they can not go on with silver, ha ha.
Posted on April 29th, 2011 at 8:38 am
I also finished in gold, and it didn’t count either. So I guess the quest is flawed, and I hope Zynga will fix it soon. Happy farming, and people, stop complaining about the prizes, it’s just a game.

Posted on April 29th, 2011 at 8:14 pm
I started a co-op, 3 friends joined me. I ended up the MVP with 57 % of the crops, and I was NOT credited. My neighbors that helped were.
Blah! I’m not doing this over. This was the last straw.

RE: cornflower co op – this is the exact reason i came to fv freak page tonight. i must say i’m relieved to see that several other players are experiencing the same thing as i am – so aggravating to have the cornflower pot prize on my farm, and yet have no credit shown. i have completed the other 2 goals – 100 each roses and foxglove – but i can’t move on to the next quest because of this. if it’s this common i’m sure it will be addressed by zynga. thanks for posting…
RE: whiners – shut your pie holes PLEASE
Posted on April 29th, 2011 at 9:32 pm
I sent a message to Zynga Customer support about completing the co-op under someone else and not getting credit for the quest. They fixed the problem and gave me credit for the task less than an hour later! I assume they’re going to fix the glitch, but if you’re in a hurry to move on I suggest dropping them a line.
Good luck!

Whining about the whiners makes you a whiner. Heed your own advice, shut your pie hole and stop reading the comments if it bothers you so much.

??? Question ???
Well I joinned a friends coop and we finished it..But it didn’t give me creait on the quest.. Do I have to start it myself to finish the quest?
Thanks in advance
Posted on April 30th, 2011 at 2:31 pm
Although i finished my cornflower job in 1 day 18 hrs my new goal list is still showing it as pending
Posted on April 30th, 2011 at 5:55 pm
WARNING: There seems to be a problem with the Cornflower Job, which I just learned about from the FV Forum.
As of now, Saturday, April 30th at 7 PM EST, ppl are saying that even when they finish the job it is not registering as finished.
I was actually considering buying completion of this job with FV cash, but I was warned by The Forum that even ppl buying the job, do not get credited with completing the job.

I did the quest, got a bronze award, but it still asked me to do it again. Is that right? Do you have to get a certain award to go forward? I’m confused here. So I’ve started again… its frustrating!
Posted on May 1st, 2011 at 6:27 am
Just a note. Yesterday morning I should have completed this quest. WhenI got into FV. I was told I did not complete the cornflower op-op in time, but in reality I still had time on the clock, So I don’t think I am going to do these quests. Because I really think that it is crazy. How can you do a coop when everyone is doing the same one????

FROM FARMVILLE FOURM
“Finishing Co-Ops Are Not Being Credited for Quest Objectives
Description:
If a co-op is completed while the player is not actively on the English farm, it will not count towards the quest objectives (regarding the completion of a particular co-op).
Status:
This issue is currently under investigation.
Workaround:
You must be on your English Countryside farm when the co-op is completed.
If you find your issue in this section, please refrain from creating additional threads unless otherwise specified in the description of the Bugs listed above.”
Seriously WTF?! How was anyone supposed to know this? Also how are you supposed to know when it is going to be completed if you have friends helping you?
Posted on May 2nd, 2011 at 1:05 am
Come on Zynga…Let’s have a a skip this quest button. This is not Frontierville.!!
Posted on May 2nd, 2011 at 3:52 am
I did the harvest chicken coop twice and harvest the horses twice.
the Chicken coop harvest didnt get counted towards the quest.
I should be on the next part by now.
But the quest coop counter is broken!
Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaj

My game is also stuck… I have finished the “delightful bouquet” but it’s not paying the reward or letting me move on. Frustrating, but hoping it is fixed soon.
Posted on May 4th, 2011 at 6:46 am
I joined a coop and planted cornflowers, both on my farm, and on my daughter’s which I was managing while she vacationed. We were both on the cornflower conspiracy quest. We were the last planters (her farm the last). We made 1200 plots and I harvested the ones giving us 1200. Now the credit shows on her farm and in the coop listing, but I haven’t gotten credited (despite my picture showing and the listing saying finished 100%– gold. HELP!!
Posted on May 4th, 2011 at 8:43 am
Same problem as Cecily above. One person on the co op, finished last week, still says not finished, yet when I click on participants in my co op, his photo is there and his name. When he clicks on job specifics on his page, it says “friend of Elizabeth’s”. Everyone else in the co op got credit (3 others)
Now I have problems with leveling up on my Lionhead energy drink to 15. I have leveled up, but it’s not checked off! Do I need to go past level 15?
Posted on May 5th, 2011 at 6:51 pm
OK, I’m a bone head. I leveled up the wrong recipe!! now I’m working on the right one. But even my cornflower co op gave me a silver when I finished it in 18 hours, so I should have gotten gold.
Posted on May 7th, 2011 at 12:14 pm
Ok I am so confused. I am in the middle of doing the cornflower part of the quest. I am on day 2. I click on the little bouquet to see my progress, but it isn’t showing the cornflower part up. It’s just showing that I need to plant the fox and the roses. What happened to me completing the mission?? Did FV take it off? Gah, I hope so.
Posted on May 9th, 2011 at 10:14 am
Face book removed the co-op portion of that quest it is now just about planting flowers
Posted on May 19th, 2011 at 9:09 pm
I seemed to be able to skip the cornflower part of this quest, I do remember having harvest foxglove and roses though. I thought that would be hard to complete anyways, I stopped trying on Co-op’s a long time ago. Maybe I just got lucky, but I am not going to complain
