Update (08/23/2012): Please note, Zynga has made some significant changes to this series of quests as they went live mostly by increasing the number of crops we need to harvest, but there’s also a few other changes such as the task of creating Fertilize Alls in Quest 6. The changes in the guide now reflect the current quest requirements.
This series of FarmVille Quests arrived on Thursday, August 23rd 2012.
Use this FarmVille Freak Guide to speed through your questing by planning accordingly. Remember, be a good neighbor and share this guide with your farmin’ friends! FarmVille Circus Train Quest 1: That’s not a Bicycle!
Requirements: Get 6 Unicycles, Harvest 100 Wheat & Harvest the Sunshine Dog House 1 Time
Rewards: 125 XP, Unicycle Bear & 2,500 Farm Coins
FarmVille Circus Train Quest 2: Step Right Up!
Requirements: Get 7 Platforms, Harvest 125 Rice & Harvest Unicycle Bear 2 Times
Rewards: 150 XP, Mystery Game Dart & 3,000 Farm Coins
FarmVille Circus Train Quest 3: Quit Clowning Around!
Requirements: Get 8 Clown Wigs, Harvest 150 Eggplant & Craft Shovels 2 Times
Rewards: 175 XP, Chicken Clown Car & 3,500 Farm Coins
FarmVille Circus Train Quest 4: Juggling Flaming Pins is Tricky
Requirements: Get 9 Juggling Pins, Harvest 175 Soybeans & Master Unicycle Bear to 1-Star

“Harvest the Sunshine Dog House”? Another quest I won’t be doing! Now all they have to do is put “harvest the unicorn island” into stage one of the next JF quest and I’ll have a completely quest-free week….

Thank you Zynga / FarmVille. You make my life so much easier when you require a STUPID buildable as part of a quest. I don’t have to worry about planting crops that I don’t need and have mastered ages ago and can concentrate on plain old farming!

Yay a sheep, well that gives me a reason to do this. But harvest the dog house? Darn I haven’t finished that blasted thing.
I wish Zynga would stop forcing us to build all these stupid buildings by putting them into quest

So far, the first two parts of the quest have actually required double the amount of crops listed in the guide.
Waiting to see how many more times that happens.

Hello, FarmVille Freaks!
We have updated this guide to reflect all the current changes made by Zynga as this series of quests went live.
Unfortunately, the number of crops required to harvest for each task have been increased (the crops stayed the same, but we will need to harvest more) as well as a few other changes.
Thank you for everyone that commented and let us know of the changes.

shame on you farmville freak, I got ready for this quest last night or so I thought, only to find the first part to read 100 wheat instead of 50, now I have to either wait and grow another 50 or waste an instagrow.

Sorry Chris, we can’t help it when Zynga changes it at the last minute. We can only report what is in the code at the time and everything is accurate at time of publishing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.We can’t control the game, only report on it.

i will try to comp. but if they don’t work then how can i…..then you have animals that take two days to harvest… or upset mad when they don’t work…

You should locate the nearest large bag of dog crap, make sure its mostly fresh. And then Eat it, until you are full. Then proceed to eat some more. Only then will you be as full of crap as you are now.

I also planted short, but who cares? Plant another 50 now and be a day behind… It isn’t as if you can’t finish the quest in plenty of time..

I think from now on, I will be doubling whatever FVF reports. What a load of baloney! I too, readied some crops last night. What a load of bull. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now, where things have been changed.

Sharon, stick your animals in the proper animal pens when they (the pens) are ready for harvest. Then wait an hour to harvest, take out and put in another animal pen that is ready to harvest……..rinse and repeat. You can harvest animals MUUUUUUCH faster that way.

In my couple years of playing, I have learned that any new building or special pen they give you, you need to complete at least 2 of just for this reason. It’s a game people, being hard is part of the challenge! I always finish with at least 4 days to spare with the help of farmvillefreak! Any quest can be completed with pen and farm rotations. These people complaining of 2 day harvest animals need to look into shipping licenses!

I built the Sunshine doghouse (I don’t know why!) even though it seemed pretty lame. But what’s with harvesting 225 cabbages and crafting so many things?! These quests are getting tougher and the prizes somehow don’t seem to be worth it! I doubt I’ll be able to finish them.

And Quest 2 doesn’t give a mystery dart! Just another unwither. I have so many of them lying in my giftbox. They could give us insta-grows; would be MUCH better!

I am so sick of quests, I just want to farm, be able to visit neighbour’s farms and relax. This is becoming nothing but a begging game. Sick of it! I am not doing the Jade Farm. Had to load it bu then I have ignored it other than clicking on things for friends. I am now going to skip even more quests and get my life back. Thanks for letting me vent.

I agree with some of the comments here about way too many crops to be grown….
I think more of the rewards should be Instagrow!! With having more and more 2 day crops in these quests, and having to master animals….these quests do not give much time to finish and try and replay.
I agree, way too many quests, not to mention all the new buildings which require lots of parts, leaves no time to organize our farms.

I consider this mission was a real failure for my neighbors and me. There was no attention to FARMERS AND WE DO NOT BELIEVE IN ANY LONGER BECAUSE THERE WAS ANY LINK TELL THE TRUTH. LYING IF LOST CONFIDENCE AND THIS IS REALLY SAD AND THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTMENT FOR US AS MANY OF MY NEIGHBORS. I CALL YOU OUT OF ZYNGA TO LEAVE GAME FOREVER. Also my daughter and I’ll leave, we were a family group very nice but of the 20 patients now only are 2 and these two people are seriously DETERMINED TO ALSO SAY GOODBYE FOREVER….Other members of the family disappointed with these INCONCINIENCES HAVE BEEN OCCURING AND THEY HAD TO SAY GOODBYE FOREVER….we are playing FARMVILLE since this game began but……EVERYTHING HAS END….
EVERYTHING HAS A FINAL FOR THIS WE BELIEVE THAT ALSO CAME TO US ……..BYE FARMERS …..BYE NEIGHBORS BYE ZYNGA AND BYE BYE FARMS….GOODBYE

I can’t craft the shovels because I don’t have any seeds to make the Double Wheat special crop that you have to make in the greenhouse. I go to the greenhouse, set it up to grow, and it will grow a few in three days. Which doesn’t guarantee me enough bushels to make 2 (I’d need 6 bushels) shovels. This is ridiculous.

I think it really stinks that we need to make animal feed. I missed out on english countryside so I cant grow the barley I need. Nice work Zynga.
