Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 9:36 pm
I’m really mad!! There are no 7-11 gas stations where I am, the closest one is 6 1/2 hours away where my in-laws live ironically.
Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 9:46 pm
I live in Turkey. What am I supposed to do when these items release ? There is no 7/11 stations in my country ???
Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 9:56 pm
yeah… no stores near me!!
Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 9:56 pm
Quite angry that these 7-11 cards are only available in the States, Canada has 7-11′s in every town and city.. !!
Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 9:57 pm
Does Canada have this promotion too? I don’t want to go to the states because of this though….
Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 9:59 pm
The closest one is over an hour away. SIGH
Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 10:01 pm
Maybe the codes are generic (as opposed to unique one time only codes) where anyone can use a code once to get the special item for their farm.
Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 10:03 pm
I’m saddened every time a company decides to release special promo digital codes through some restaurant or store. I see this type of thing all the time. Then some nice person tries to make a trade by receiving funds to go buy an item so they could contribute the code to fans. That usually works until the company shuts down the operation.
After the promo ends, I just get reminded of the item I could have gotten if they would have done it a different way. Oh well. Not much I can do about it.
Now if there is a universal code or some magic code generator that would allow us all to just cheat our way into getting the item without buying anything, then I’m all in!

i have 3 7-11′s within 5 mins from my house! yayyyyyy!
Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 10:25 pm

Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 10:42 pm
My local 7/11 is 450 miles away… it’ll be one hell of a pilgrimage to get a slurpee and a farmville item.
Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 10:49 pm
does the picture mean that one day we will get piglets?
Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 11:04 pm
NOPE, I GUESS I’LL BE LEFT OUT, THERE ARE NO 7-11′S HERE IN FL WHERE I LIVE. *SO SAD…BUT STILL SMILING*
Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 11:10 pm
There are soooo many 7-11′s near me I’ll be as happy as a pig in…
FARMVILLE!
Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 11:46 pm
Okay we don’t have ANY 7-11′s in my state, nor do we have any in the surrounding few states. This is insane…If they wanted to cross advertise with a store they should of picked one that almost everyone has, like a Wal-Mart for example or even I would think a BP station would be more likely for everyone to have around them.
Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 11:47 pm
Not fair on those who arent in America and have a 7-11 store near them we live in the Uk so wont ever get them Not fair !!!

That’s a nice idea, but I betcha it is a US only deal… in the UK 7/11s barely exist any more… in fact I can’t remember the last time I saw on.
With a worldwide game, Zynga needs to make their offers open to everyone – not just a minority.
Posted on May 3rd, 2010 at 11:55 pm
Am I the ONLY one that noticed— BABY PIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????????!?!!?!!!!?!?!?!?!? EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEH!!!!!!!!!
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 12:10 am
Guess this excludes most players unless you live in certain areas in the US
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 12:33 am
7-eleven left (or was bought out of) the greater Houston area back in the late ’80s, I miss the Slurpee, but I ain’t driving 50+ miles for one, nor this promo.
(Wish I could design software which is in a constant BETA state, but still able to make big money from such partnerships, just sayin’.)
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 1:01 am
the piglet is soooooooooooo adoooooooorable!!!!!!!!!!!!! =)
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 1:15 am
I am surprised that Zynga chose 7-11. There seems to be a lack of access to 7-11′s all over the country, my great state of Alaska included, non exist in the largest state. I wonder how many “farmer’s” are not going to be able to take advantage of this? How many live in other countries? seems less than fair. Let’s make this enjoyable for all next time Zynga!!!
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 2:13 am
While there are 7-11 stores in Australia, I get the feeling this promo thing will only be for US stores. Hope Farmville has considered a way that there non US players can obtain the codes.
As much as I love Farmville and obtain a lot of the items as they come out, I’m not about to jump on a plane and fly to the US for a special item!!! (though if I was wealthy and didn’t work, I wouldn’t rule that out entirely!!! lol)
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 2:54 am
No FV available this moment. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 3:18 am
Another game that only caters to americans, figures.
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 3:23 am
No 7-11 in the UK.
I too would appreciate an international alternative.
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 3:34 am
@ Nichole… south australias a little behind the 8 ball with seven elevens and don’t have any… however we have drive thru smokemarts… go figure. but yes indeed i bet this is for the usa only… shame though.
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 5:03 am
What about the rest of the world? I’m in the UK too and please, please, please equal opportunities for everyone!
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 5:20 am
This promotion is not available to most US players, there are very few states with 7-11′s located in them. So not only does it alienate players in other countries it alienates most of the US also.
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 5:44 am
no 7-11 where i live in arkansas, bummer
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 7:16 am
This is going to be so awesome, I always stop to 7-eleven before work.
Now I have something to actually look forward to
I can’t wait!!
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 7:35 am
what do you do if you live somewhere there are no 7-11′s
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 7:42 am
No 7-11 neraby? Dont worry – I’m sure you will be able to buy this worthless stuff with FV cash…
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 8:07 am
farmville bring things out that people in the uk cannot get. or will they give us help to get things ???? and can you please tell us about the new cow that was about over the weekend (the chocalate one)i have seen it on other peoples farms thanks
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 8:20 am
Thanks for responding to my sighting
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 8:29 am
No 7-Eleven by me either
which is okay with me don’t need corporate America invading my farm
that would just make my farm A commercial
and if that’s their intention they should pay me
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 8:59 am
I wouldn’t put the garbage on my farm anyway. Who has a real farm or pretend one with a 7-11 tower? C’mon, that’ll look stupid! Anyway, we don’t have any 7-11′s any where near where I live although I really miss slurpees. I might drive 200 miles for a brain freeze, but not some stupid code to put up a tower that I would just sell anyway.
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 9:28 am
bad ! i just have a 7-Eleven at 7 hour of my town dam not fair … im from Quebec in Canada and they still didn’t put farmville card in our best-buy … but they have it in state and in the rest of the canada i think … so bad isn’t fair every player must have an egal chance to get them !
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 10:04 am
No 7-11′s in Louisiana
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 10:15 am
To all of you above saying Zynga is favoring the US and a minority just so you know
7-11′s barely exist in America anymore either, maybe that’s what the promo is all about getting people into these store to create a cash flow so they can re-open all of the store they close in the mid to late 90′s. Most of the 7-11′s you see around are not even actual 7-11′s they are Habib stores that “adopted” the old sign and just changed the business name, so stop freaking out this is not available to everyone in the US. In my opinion yall are jerks for even saying they are singling you out because of where you live….hello who chose to live there?
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 11:10 am
11 stores within 5 miles, 3 within 2 miles. Don’t think I’ve ever visited one of them, though. About the only time I ever go in a convenience store is if I buy gas at a Circle K or Chevron.
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 11:15 am
to the super jerk above this post, they are only available to U.S. 7-11′s. So yes that is favouring U.S. stores, and not making it available to their international stores as well. And people are born in certain in the world not choice, as you were born in the U.S. not by choice.
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 11:30 am
This is very unfair to those who like to collect items and live outside the US or canada.
They should be made available to every one.
Must be some money in it somewhere for zynga!!
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 11:35 am
i have 8 stores here in my city. anybody want me to buy them a cup? i wonder if we will see people selling the codes on ebay?
i can’t imagine zynga actually adding another element to the game where we need to put in codes to unlock stuff, it would make it crash even more than it currently does. and with them, they would never get it off without a hitch. by the time they got it running smoothly, the promotion at 7-11 would be over. it will probably just be out of game stuff like collect points to get a hat or t-shirt with their logo on it.
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 11:37 am
Well, no 7-11 where I live, but piglet!!!!! I want one!!!
)
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 12:21 pm
I checked the store locator and my nearest store is only 3,092 miles away…….
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 12:39 pm
no 711 near me ,closest is 3 hours away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 1:35 pm
I hope this is not the start of things to come. I have played so many games which get spoiled with USA only promotions which mean so many miss out on the fun.
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 2:31 pm
Well if there is less then 5000 7-11′s in Seattle I would be surprised. But I don’t understand what you get? Is it a cup with a 7-11 logo on it? I know you get a code but what are the prizes the code unlocks?
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 3:22 pm
Just checked, no 7-11′s in North Dakota or Minnesota either. Oh well…..
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 3:58 pm
We have NO 7-11′s around here, so it doesn’t seem very fair to me!
I live near the Capitol city of Illinois (pop. approx. 120,00) and my town has over 20,000 population.
We have Circle K’s all over, but NO 7-11′s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our other convenience store chains around here are Huck’s, Casey’s and lots of others, but NO 7-11s.
I feel left out. Wah! LOL seriously though, I DO feel left out…I DON’T like this idea.
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 4:02 pm
Anybody know what the prizes are? I don’t think it’ll be a big deal to those that don’t have 7-11…I’m sure that non-farmville 7-11 freaks will be glad to sell you a code…free shipping… (: Farmville Ice Cream…should be interesting…
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 4:32 pm
Does anyone know if this will take place in Canada too?
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 4:32 pm
WOW…I always thought 7-11 was nationwide like Walmart. Sorry!!!!!
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 5:06 pm
I knew that 7-11′s weren’t a nation-wide as they once were, but I didn’t realize they were so “hit and miss” depending on the state. I have a store only 300 yards from where I work so I can make trips easily. Maybe I can set up a system where I can trade a code to someone without access to a 7-11 in exchange for a coin- or farmcash-giftable item. 5 codes for a 16FV$ Mystery Box or something like that.
Maybe everyone will just get a code for the 7-11 Water Tower
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 6:37 pm
I have a 7-11 that I can see from work. I will have to check it out and see what the hype is about. Who knows if it will be out of game collectibles or in game codes. I will try to keep an eye on this. May be able to trade things as the other poster stated. Let me see what it’s about first, then I’ll let you know.
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 8:15 pm
Hay people I just looked up the 7-11 close to my crib and they are in so , if Canada wasn’t going to be included it would have not given the location to the 7-11 ,I would have gotten SORRY THIS IS ONLY FOR THE AMERICA’S! right so all you Canadian’s don’t worry if we dont get we will boycott Zynga .
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 8:22 pm
Well,I guess we are also left out.I am in North Pole ,Alaska and the closest 7-11 is In British Columbia….942 miles away.
Posted on May 4th, 2010 at 8:23 pm
SEA BREEZE SOME ONES GOING TO TURN YOU INTO A SEA GULE ,careful what you wish 4!
Posted on May 6th, 2010 at 7:32 pm
To all of you whining about no 7-11′s in your area, so what ? 7-11 was one of the first stores to help promote the FVcash cards and since FV has gained so much popularity they both decided to push this as a promotion to help 7-11 recover lost business due to the US’s economy. Did Circle K, Casey’s or any other convenience chain do this ? Nope, and btw, 7-11′s are International, not just US. There are 7-11′s in Japan as well.
As a 7-11 employee I will say, we got a shipment in of potato chips last night, and they had peel off labels on them. The front says : ENTER YOUR CODE AT : buyearnplay.com then has zyngas name on the bottom with the dog shiloette on the bottom. I went to the page and goes to the one shown above. Code is on the back of the peel off sticker. It’s not just Farmville they are pushing, but other games as well. I have another truck coming Sat night, anything new, I’ll post it up as I get it.
Posted on May 9th, 2010 at 7:26 am
WE DO NOT HAVE ANY IN WISCONSIN, OR MONTANA (WHERE i AM FROM) OR IN MARYLAND WHERE MY DAUGHTER LIVES THE ONLY ONES ARE ABOUT 3 HOURS FROM WHERE SHE LIVES. IT REALLY SUCKS!!!
Posted on May 12th, 2010 at 9:31 am
That’s right! not even major cities in the US have 7-11s so not everyone in the US will have an opportunity to participate
Posted on May 14th, 2010 at 2:15 pm
Find a FV friend who lives in a place where there are 7-11 stores, then offer to gift them something if they’ll go to 7-11 and buy a Slurpee or something with a code and send the code to you. “It’s not what you know, it’s WHO you know!”
Posted on May 17th, 2010 at 7:07 pm
You cant redeem the codes until June 1st now =(
Posted on May 25th, 2010 at 12:17 pm
having difficulties redeeming the coffee cup codes…i can not tell the difference between letter O number 0 and letter D. Very hard to distinguish and then 3 cups had the same code. I got the cow pool which is very large but cute. I tried to redeem a slurpee code but it sent me to slurpee .com and awarded me 5 points but there is no farmville items to redeem…bummer. I will keep trying…
