hey are these quests getting longer and longer.! love the prizes but im a slave to my farms!
Posted on January 5th, 2012 at 9:24 pm
Wonderful – have to get to quest 9 now for the second tree. I dread the day that trees start being “quest 12″ prizes – I simply don’t have the time or money to rush to get that far!
Posted on January 6th, 2012 at 4:06 am
3 parallel quests. Again. Dakota: 9 part, WW chapter 4, 12 part, and now this 12 part too. 4 farm, buildables, limited crops, etc. This is too much. I bet that Zynga’s game improvers don’t play their own game. This is insane…

Can they slow down on these stupid quest. maybe everyone should stop playing for one week and what zygna thinks about that. maybe they would get a hint to slow down and stop charging cash for everything.

Better change from FarmVille to….QuestVille
too much stupid quest, it’s getting more boring. Most of my friends left their farm because of these quests
Posted on January 7th, 2012 at 11:37 pm
Im not doing this one, way too long, not enough xp, the prizes are boring. I am thankful for a boring quest once in a while that I can skip, gives me time to work on crop mastery and finishing buildings. Glad for the break, and looking forward to the next one maybe it will be better and hopefully shorter!

allot of people quit already ha ha ha
Posted on January 8th, 2012 at 3:16 am
What do they mean by “craft the ice pig sculpture”? [I'm still on stage 2]

I have no clue what ZYNGA is trying to prove, but all these dam quest are ANNOYING !!!!!!!! Enough is enough already. By having to do these assinine, moronic, stupid, childish, imbecillic, worthless quest, ZYNGA is preventing us from Mastering crops that we have not completed yet.
People are tired of “BEGGING” for items and this latest quest where it had 12 steps was about as useless as T__s on a Bull.
I don’t know what ZYNGA is thinking, but I know of MANY players who have STOPPED PLAYING FARMVILLE because of all these quest. You do not have time anymore to go and tend to neighbors farms and ZYNGA has taken the “socialbility” factor out of this game totally.
I suggest that ZYNGA STOP throwing out quest and concentrate more on getting all the dam glitches out of their system.
ZYNGA gets paid by Advertisers and that revenue is based on how many people are playing their games. If people start leaving “en masse”, ZYNGA is going to feel it in the accounting department as advertisers will be negotiating smaller contracts or worse yet———-none at all!
Time to wake up ZYNGA and smell the coffee, roses or whatever will open your eyes!!!!!!!!

FOR HANNAH————-POSTING NUMBER 8
You have to Craft the Pig and the Horse in the CRAFTSHOP. I believe that was part of the English Countryside Farm.
Posted on January 8th, 2012 at 6:55 pm
OK, where does the Ice Pig Sculptor come from? It appears I don’t have it.
Posted on January 8th, 2012 at 10:51 pm
To Posting #11——PAUL………….If you had read the previous post I sent to HANNAH, you would have seen where to craft the Pug and Horse. You need to do so from the CRAFTSHOP that was part of the English Countryside Farm
Posted on January 8th, 2012 at 10:55 pm
ONE MORE TIME:
When it comes time to craft The ICE SCULPTURE PIG and THE ICE SCULPTURE HORSE, you will need to CRAFT those items in the CRAFTSHOP which is part of the English Countryside Farm.

Aside from the ice-related things, the prizes seem to be a random assortment of unrelated and unattractive items. Judge cow? Architect goat? really? Creativity star for Zynga…..not.

Harvest 3-400 of 8-10-12-16 hour crops mastered long time ago? Why? And why so much? I hate this when I have to harvest 100 of them, but now it’s insane. On WW i have 195 plows, try to master the crops, but have to harvest, 08, 90, 100, 110, then 120 of unuseful crops. Great.
Most of my neighbors don’t do the quests, and won’t play too. It takes 2-3 days to collect 6-8 items I have to beg for, because no one plays from my 200 neighbors. Congratulations Zynga!
Posted on January 9th, 2012 at 10:04 pm
i would like to see some items from the quest be a better prizes that are FVC prizes :p.. some of them are a wee bit lame :/ and…….. I think FV needs slow a wee bit down. >.>
Posted on January 10th, 2012 at 4:11 am
I was ill during the quest 2. Now I need the Whittled Tree and unfortunately I don’t have it. Pleas can you send very quick the tree to me? And give it to me in my giftbox? Thank you very much………… conny
Posted on January 10th, 2012 at 10:32 am
i have finally finished all the existing quests today:) i feel like i am taking a break from a heavy job since i will be away from all the tediuos tasks for a few days till new ones begin….
Posted on January 10th, 2012 at 9:23 pm
i just wish zynga gives us 25 days per quest so
people can build buildings or master crops i bet they dont even play the games
i just do quests that give me animals when there are no more i just stop and finish mastering crops or play another game.59 of my friends who played farmville stoped because of this stupid quests.LIKE
Posted on January 11th, 2012 at 9:16 am
If you guys don’t want to play the quests, don’t. FFS… a bunch of babies!
Posted on January 11th, 2012 at 10:36 am
There is something wrong with the quests. For the last 24 hours people are answering my requists for items (Ice Block & penguin Helmet) repeatedly, but nothing comes my way. It is stuck at 7/8 and 5/8. I have responded my self to the requists from different facebook pages, but nothing.
Any thoughts? The harvesting and other things are OK.
Posted on January 11th, 2012 at 10:38 am
Hi For some reason the link to request quest items is not working. When I click on single part nothing happens.
Posted on January 12th, 2012 at 12:36 am
Ya I need to know how to get an ice pig, I did not get one so can not proceed with my level s quest. Please help me. Thank You
Posted on January 12th, 2012 at 1:14 am
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY WHEN I FINISHED MY QUEST, I DID NOT RECEIVE MY WHITTLED TREE TO HARVEST. NOW I CAN’T FINISH THE QUEST WITHOUT THE TREE TO HARVEST…..NOW WHAT?????????
Posted on January 12th, 2012 at 4:43 am
Yvonne,
You will find the ice pig in the craft shop. Materials aren’t unrealistic, but it does take longer than the normal wait period.
Posted on January 12th, 2012 at 5:23 am
where do i find the ice horse sculpture can anyone help
Posted on January 12th, 2012 at 9:48 am
More BS crap from Zynga….my game is stuck on the 10th mission. I’ve complete level 1 of ice pig mastery, but it wont credit me with it.
Unless you pay for customer service, thats completely useless (and even then it’s not a guarantee).
I think this is the final straw. I’m done with Farmville. I don’t keep buggy things that dont work or do their job around in my normal life, why would I on the internet. Oh well its been fun bye for now FV

I have already been in touch with the NY Times about doing a story on the crass commercialsim and stupidity of ZYNGA.
And there is a reporter assigned and doing research.
I spoke to their tech editor in San Francisco and I explained to him how a comp-any that plans to be on the NY Stock Exchange in the next few months won;t have stock worht a whole hell of a lot if they lose their client base .
And they are losing us ,day by day , because of the total madness of the quests; they want you either to work like an insane hamster on a wheel or to think you can never manage to finish the quest in time(to earn the next uglier duck) ,and therefore you will give in and buy more farm cash with real money to keep up with it.
Everytime they steal my farm cash or items from my farm, I bitch to them at Zynga customer service.
I have more than one farm, and I can’t get into half of them for weeks.
Zynga sucks but believe me, I won’t quit this game until I am done with them; they won’t outhink me, outquestme or make me cave to their brainwashing and manipulating …andf that is precisely what it is; they have created a game to pyschologically addict you s surely as if you were playing poker.
They want us to spend more and more money on farm cash and farm coins.
what was it I noticed the other day??@ million in farm coin for a husky dog.
DUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH>>It would take at least a month to save that much.
Bitch to them whenever something is wrong on your farm……don’t let up.
I intend to write to the CEO for Zynga, and to get a letter to the editor of thte NY TImes to publicize as much as I can.
And please remember what i remind them every now and then………..ther is alwasy free MONOPOLY to play online still!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reading a few of the posts I’m surprised at how many FV players don’t get how these quests work. Specifically – to Conny/CountyHighwayStomper: If you’d completed Ice Sculpture Quests, 2nd quest, Whittle Whittle Wow, you (should have) rec’d 2500 coins/200XP AND the whittled tree. Remove the whittled tree from your giftbox, place on one of your farms (your choice) or in an orchard. Yvonne asked that someone send her ice pig so she can do quest – I’m confused. If you’re doing quest (#7 Cold judging) you’d have to have completed quest 6 to get to quest 7. ANd quest 6 was “craft ice pig sculpture recipe”. If there’s some trick to skipping quests, doing out of order, I’d like to know how to do it.
As far as multiple comments saying certain items had to be crafted, I’m not aware that items have to be crafted on a specific farm. I have craft shop on Home farm and England farm – so can craft items on both farms. (e.g. not limited to making a certain item from a specific farm.)
I actually am just returning after months long haitus – and FV is worse now (if that’s possible.) The ‘super crops’; the requirements (quests) that crops completed long ago be grown again; AND all these different bldgs that need to be built – and now 4 different farms – it’s too complex now. ANY game one plays you want to feel like you’ve either made progress or ‘won’ – and when you cann’t get anything finished it becomes just overwhelming…and frustrating. And…it’s clear Zynga is more commitd than ever to almost forcing players to use (e.g. buy) FC.

Thanks for posting this! Now I know that this is another group of quests that I can quit because the prizes stink. I too am getting tired of the quests and the begging for stuff and want to just get back to crop mastery and decorating my farm.
Posted on January 14th, 2012 at 1:50 am
How do you get a whittled tree, I missed one quest because it was too short for the ice sheep to be harvested, which was not fair at all. so now I won’t be able to finnish any of the frock quests. I guess it is time to quit farmville all together.
Posted on January 14th, 2012 at 6:49 am
ok first of all I finised all the quest except the new one. If you all dont like the quest DONT DO THEM there not making you do them, do they have a gun to your head and saying do it or else.
You have to time the crops so when you finish 1 part of the quest the crop for the 2nd part is finished and you harvest it.
Posted on January 15th, 2012 at 11:09 am
I’m missing the ice pig from level 6 to go on to level 8-i;m stuck on 7 with no ice pig to harvest?????
Posted on January 15th, 2012 at 3:05 pm
on ice pig – one of the completions did not post to the mastery – have to have 4 of the completions. They take 2 days each. any suggestions?
Posted on January 18th, 2012 at 4:40 pm

Posted on March 21st, 2012 at 12:28 pm
