FarmVille Freak Jake’s Pink Ribbon Farm!
FarmVille Freak Jake shared with us his Pink Ribbon for Breast Cancer Awareness farm. Jake created this farm in honor of his Mom who will be undergoing Breast Cancer surgery next week. Thank you for sharing your farm with us Jake and for bringing awareness to a special cause.
The FarmVille Freak team loves your idea for support and wishes a speedy recovery for your Mom!
Hello, my name is Jake and my entire family loves FarmVille, today, my mom found out that she has breast cancer, she uses the site all the time and i want to surprise her by letting her know i do care by designing my farm to the Breast Cancer ribbon. If you don’t put it up on the site it’ll be fine. I just wanted to show her that the Farmville Freak community and I all hope her surgery goes well next week.
FYI – It says “ILU mom” “I love you mom” The design in pink is the breast cancer ribbon.
Thanks,
- Farmville Freak Jake

This is a really great idea..I also have a cancer ribbon on my farm.. I made it in honor of my 4 year old baby girl who is batteling a form of childhood cancer called neuroblastoma.. She was diagnosed this past August and only 8 months later she is now in remission! Just remember anything is possible! Cancer is an awful disease and NO one should have to go through it.. I will keep your mother in my prayers and I hope everything turns out ok!

Thank you Nadia.. and I agree.. I hate to hear about children suffering this horrible disease.. but I also hate to hear about adults going through it as well.. I think children do somewhat better in a since.. Because they do not fully understand what cancer is.. where adults do.. It’s horrible for anyone.. I am SO glad to hear about your nephew and how well he is doing! It is such an inspiration to hear of others who have beat this awful disease as well! And to Jake.. Once again.. I want to let you know me and my family will be praying for you mom to have a full and speedy recovery!

Jake, You did good ………you’re such a wonderful son and grandson we
love you very very much and we all are praying for your mom (my daughter – my baby) my God and my Jesus will take care of that mean old cancer in her body. Whatever this world sends our way HE and his SON can fight it for us…….Love Nana
Posted on April 4th, 2010 at 11:14 pm
Jake as my mom would say just tell your mom to visualize the cancer leaving her body.
my own mother this year will be 23 year survivor. and 21 for her second bout.
just tell her to visualize it leaving her body.
and tell her
“she has the cancer it does not have her.” i will definately keep her in my thoughts. and prayers.

Yours is a beautiful farm!! I love it!! I’m sure I speak for the entire Farmville Family when I say that we all hope your Mom does well with her surgery and care. She certainly can be proud that she has a caring and sensitive son. Sometimes love does more than medicine ever could.
