FarmVille Freak Winter Gold Mine/Cocoa Quest Master Guide

The Winter Gold Mine/Cocoa Quests are now live and are ready for you to start questing. This set of quests is not exclusive to Winter Wonderland and may be completed on Home Farm (and others).
Make your questing easy by following this guide and by using the Gifting Link (found below) to request each of the Task Items from this set of quests.

Requirements: Get 4 Mugs (Click to Request), Harvest 50 Vegetable Crops & Harvest 100 Blueberries
Rewards: 100 XP, Snow Angels & 1,000 Farm Coins

Requirements: Get 6 Cocoa Mix (Click to Request), Harvest 100 Fruit Crops & Harvest 100 Pumpkins
Rewards: 100 XP, Sugar Cookie Tree, & 1,000 Farm Coins

Requirements: Get 8 Cocoa Marshmallows (Click to Request), Harvest Sugar Cookie Tree & Harvest 250 Flowers

Need a minor correction on Quest 1 — Should be Harvest {50} Vegetable Crops instead of the Harvest {5} Vegetable Crops as listed.

Like the rewards for this one, but I’m so far behind on the other quests I’m sure I will be with this one too! I miss the days of good old farming!

You do to many quests at one time and we do not have time to play on the farm or do anything we are to busy trying to get everything done for quests do one quest let it finish then start a second not 2 and 3 going at one time

The rewards are better on this one than they have been, and the xp is nicer too. Think I will do this one. Just wish the quests werent so close together. I cant keep straight what Im asking for and cant keep up with all my friends request to me, you wouldnt beleive the amount of game requests on my page because my friends and I play more than just farmville. I think I may have to choose between some games in the near future, but farmville will definitly remain my favorite:)

need to seriously knock it off with so many quests. Gives no time to get anything done as far as crafting goes. really getting sick of the non stop quests…makes me not want to play anymore.

People, complain to Zynga about the quests, not here! So many people complain that “you have to many quests.” This website is helping us out letting us know what the quests will be, but they have no control over what Zynga puts out in the game!

If you, like me, hate the relentless pace at which Zynga is rolling out these quests, then do something about it. Go to

I would love it if they slowed them down and gave us more time to simply farm.

Won’t be doing this one either. Don’t care for any of the “prize’s”. Burnt out… Put some buildings or FV bucks as the prize for the hours we are loggin in on these silly quest…

I’ve discovered today that all the rewards I’ve garnered from past quests were “minor” in the Farmville hierarchy of animals or trees. The cartoony animals when put into an animal storage area register as as the lower value animals. The trees, so far, have been ones I’ve decided not to keep.
Realizing this has helped me decide not to participate in them anymore – they take ALL of your time, and leave none for doing the things I really want to do, like breed horses and trees, and decorate my farms.

I’m a major tree girl, but I’m not going to stress too much if I don’t get the trees in time, thanks to some of my neighbours’ seedlings, I managed to get the trees before they came out. Yay!

i think zynga should make another way for player to get the mugs and other(requirements) such as we can ask our farmville neighbours for the requirements… so we can ask to get the requirements from the people that play this game…

This missions are getting awful, first to many crops to plant then the animals and trees takes days to harvest then the quest ends before u have a chance to finish them please make them easier

This quest is driving me insane! I have been stuck for two full days now with only three “Everything Nice” even though at least 20 friends have clicked the link and I’ve requested them through the gifting links. Why does Farmville keep releasing things when they can’t even fix the glitches on the things that are already out??! Gah!

Does someone know how to start a quests again? I just finished this quest for the second time and the game asked me if I wanted to do it again and I accidentally said NO, but I would like to finish this quest for the third time. Please help.

Does anybody know how long it takes to harvest the snowpile sheep. at the rate it is going i wont be able to finish this quest in time.

I hate gnomes!!!! I really wanted these chocolate animals but the snowpile sheep just won’t get ready to harvest.I think the time will run out before I can get the animals.

52% for 36 hrs.. yep that makes it 3 days to harvest the snow pile sheep . Quest would have been over then …what luck have i got.

Sylvia, you can opt to use your FV cash to grow your snowpile sheep which i did. my sheep was at 52% growth and i i used up 3 FV cash for this (yep i feel like a sucker but i want the tree and the horse
).
Maria, i placed my cocoa tree in my orchards which were ready for harvest to grow it immediately. Try it.

there is not no time to finish these quest you all put out..slow down ,make them shorter do something better then this..we love to play ,but i know myself i have to work a real job everyday..and then when you get on the games therre no time to have fun on them..so please quit making sooooo many guest at a time for they are to to many an to to long…….remember this is a game to have fun on…
