Yes, I received it YET wish I could re- gift some of the EXTRA items stored in my ‘Gift Box’. Community GAME we should always be able to SHARE = RE-Gift.
Also it would be wonderful if we could “SEND” to whom ever we wished to… these extra items as well -> Just WISHING

After FarmVille ripped me off for my remaining cash (which wasn’t much) four days ago, I’d think they’d put that in my gift box AND refund my cash after I’ve written in about it a few times, but no, nothing.

I emailed Zynga 2 days ago about animals in the quests getting harvested and then showing up as NOT harvested (red cat and ravens). So, perhaps I’ll get one. No big deal, it’s a huge game, there are bound to be problems. I get frustrated at times, but I still love playing.

I got the black wolf, but i would have rather have my 54 FV cash they ripped off of me on the quest that i didn’t agree to give… I’ve emailed them, and they have yet to acknowledge my email. What happened to they will answer you within 18 hours??? I want my cash back. You can have the wolf.

I know someone who got a wolf and their castle quest (it wasn’t a quest at that point, only a castle to build and ask parts for) was among the first early ones offered, like maybe two to three days ahead of everyone else’s, even before the items were available on the gift-giving page ! Maybe those are the few lucky ones who will get the wolf? Maybe they just gave them the castle early and some of them complained they could not add/build it ? I would like a wolf as well & didn’t get one !

I had lost fv cash for no reason about a week or so ago and complained to zynga. Yesterday they replenished the cash i lost and gave me the wolf.

Bizzare. I got one, but hadn’t had any construction issues with the castle. In fact, already had one finished, and another half started. Could be because I’d emailed Zynga about other issues recently?

I got the Dire Wolf but hadn’t noticed any particular (more than usual) nightmares with the castle.
I did have the thing with the red cat and harvesting but I just figured I didn’t see the statement about keeping him out of the run at first.
Did have 10FC vanish mysteriously but that re-appeared before I could make any complaints.

I got a wolf, but i had much troubles with the castle, by mistake the castle took all of my FV-cash. I think that’s why, some of us got the wolf, and others didn’t get it.

I’ve found my castle works really well but maybe I’m lucky! I hope I get my free wolf though as he is cool! As for Zynga support I’ve always found them very helpful.

Just wondering who I speak to about the posting problems I have been having over the past few weeks? I have not been able to finish quite a few missions, therefore missing out on all the rewards. Right now it seems to post when it wants to, which is less times rather than all the time.

No, this is not a hoax. I got one. Maybe you have to have your Duckula’s Castle fully expanded in order to get one. Just a thought. I didn’t have any troubles that I was aware of.

I was happy to get a free Dire Wolf but I didn’t have any technical difficulties with the Duckula’s Castle.
I think they may have sent the wolf to the wrong players as my neighbours that had problems never received a wolf!!!

I was horrified to notice that my precious little stack of farmcash had dwindled before I EVER used any at all (I am a fairly new player) I checked tech support for known issues and found something along the lines of oh, by the way if your money has disappeared that’s just because of this known glitch where asking for the parts through the castle drop down menu does cost money……….. No apologies, nothing! I and I would assume many other people wrote strongly worded emails threatening to stop playing and never spend a cent on farmcash
They certainly did make it right though! what a fantastic apology, I was honest about how much farmcash disappeared and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had added just a little bit more for my trouble

Also if you are having trouble finishing quests because your link won’t post to the feed, I have found (after missing out on my apple horsie due to not being able to post my links) that for me farmville.com (instead of the facebook app) works every time to post links but no so well for individual friend request Items…. I am now switching back and forth between the two every time I play depending on what I need to do, also good that you don’t need to log in or sign up or anything I have farmville.com bookmarked and my news feed open to click on those links
This game is working well for me that way now

No wolf yet and still having problems with harvesting the animals we win in the quests. Now the pumpkin chicken isn’t harvesting correctly. I always have to wait an extra day to finish these quests because of the animals. I emailed Zynga 3 days ago…nothing so far. I like the quests, but I don’t like having to redo stuff.

I received a wolf. I didn’t really notice and trouble with the castle but I did notice some of my FC had gone missing. But I have received some back. and I got the wolf. SO Maybe that’s why?

Well, after writing in about my missing FV cash and some of the many problems I’ve had and getting the same game advocate (because I kept using the same reply they’d sent back to me) then nothing happening, I lost my sense of humor over the situation and said I ought to charge them due to all of the hassles I’ve had, PLUS get a black dire wolf. Well, they decided to shut me up by giving me a lot of the FV cash that has disappeared over the past eleven months or so and the wolf. Then, I noticed a few million game coin was missing but since they seem to have converted game coin to cash, not going to gripe TOO loudly…. *grin* I always try to keep a sense of humor with them and most of them respond well to it.

i received a wolf, but i never had cash disappear and never contacted customer support. i have no idea why i received one as i did not have issues with the castle.
the only thing i can think of is that it would not allow me to store candy because i do not have a halloween basket. and i don’t know if i have a halloween basket now or if i can buy one since i lost interest.

I had no issue with Duckula’s Castle, in Fact I built 2 of them 3 day before the game gifted be a Black Dire wolf. So there is really no rationality behind it be gifted to players.

I heard that the wolf went to those of us who had $FV taken away during castle building – I got one, and I love it. But I would rather not have to take a screen shot every night so I can tell if my money s missing in the morning…..

Greetings: I am very sorry to contact U with this news. All my animals and decorations,Barns,Buildings are missing now for over a week. I have spent plenty monies so I could have a nice farm.
Please inform me when U think I will get them back.My Dracula castle also left me along with fairy castles I purchased/many more items. The only things left on the farms are the prints from everything .
