FarmVille Gemstone Collection Gifting Links
Yesterday, some FarmVille players reported seeing a new Collection function, Lightning Collectibles. This feature is not yet live for all players, but from what we gather Collections sets like the Unreleased Gem Stone Collection will be limited release and available for purchase with $FV. So players will have the option to purchase Gemstone Collectibles and also have a chance to find them when preforming various activities while farming (exactly how Collections function now).

On the other note, I guess since our comments are being monitored for the time being before it got posted (where it says “awaiting moderation”) I think there should be a moderator that will immediately disapprove spammers where it says: “first” then “thought I’m the first poster”; then “awww, second” and so forth. Since they put these on farmville, I’m losing all my gifts. Be careful excepting gifts, they might not show up in your giftbox.

tired off everything needing fv cash. If they do that they need to find ways to give it away besides leveling up, cw and other games make it easy to find cash for their games. FV group seem to be to arrogant to do the same.

you can for now anyways 25 free fv cash for facebook credits (facebook credits can be used to pay for fv cash)
you can get 15 facebook credits free everyday by taking survers thu facebooks own games ect happy pets (tho your limited do one surver aday)
so you could get 25 farm cash for free every 4 days if you really wanted to
there might also be other ways to earn facebook credits im not sure

you can gift the frist 3 (atm tho only thu the links on here since zanga hasnt fully update gifting links yet) *maybe they with add a gifting opt for the last 3 i dunno yet*
you can also find them atm randomly when seeding

I spotted these before. I completed the Butterfly Collection and went on to the collection page. At the top, there are now two tabs: Permanent and Lightning. You need 10 of each common, and I can’t remember about the rest. Unfortunately the Lightning tab disappeared as soon as I refreshed.
Guessing the prize for completion is the Gem Trophy.

you dont need 10 of each its like the collections there are already
you can hold 10 of each at one time
you only need one of each to turn them in
(i dont know this for sure just more them likely thatsthe case)

and also it can not be you need 10 of each to turn them in cos you can only get 3 max diamonds 7 mas for the uncommon two types

I got a Topaz in my gift box…when I clicked on it they implied I had a collectible but when looking in the collections box there was nothing to do with the gem. I wonder if and when they get it up and running will my Topaz be credited to me?

@Jaymes – I have opposite problem – too many checkered and no blue pearl or white flower. I can gift the checkered button most always – you can friend me if you’d like. Isabelle Rininger, pic is me and my cat.

go in to the game happy pets and in the top middle centre of the game window there is a button that says get credits (click that) you will get a pop up, go to earn credit thu offers, lots of offers that you can do to earn facebook credits most are thu buying something or other tho, the one that you can do surveys with is ampario

if you click on a colletion items pop up window as it is being added,
you will say a lighting button at to top of the colletion screen that pops up then (where the topaz you added earlyer will be,
i know you cant veiw the lighting tab from the normal colletion screen yet (my guess they working on adding it atm hanse the problems loading ect)

you will get 15 facebook credits a day doing those surveys a maxium of 1 survey a day counts,
when you have 50 facebook credits total (tho 4 days x 15 = 60 but ohwell), you can go to buy farmville cashes tab and at the bottom there is a choice to pay with facebook credits click that and buy 25 fv (50 facebook credit = 5$)
i think you should be able to work it out from this if not try youtube and looking for happy pets facebook credit/farmville cash
im sure theres at less one video about it on there

@jaymes: hmm, checkered button is the one you can gift, which makes it the easiest button to get if you ask me. but in every one of the other collection i always miss one: twine, cowbell, beetle, dapple plume, swallow tale..

try to eamil zanya and cliam you didnt know that you didnt need them all see if they can do something about it (since that would be quite a bit to buy 10 of each)
and also it seems you cant trade full sets of them in atm as less i cant (again probly being worked on atm hanse the loading issues)

This is all well and good, except the other collection sets are almost non-exsistant. You can’t even find the COMMON ones and posts on FB for them are just a trickle. I haven’t even finished a button collection since they started them. I fertilize daily neighbors farms and get nothing.

After clicking on the ampario selection….the very first thing I was prompted to do was enter my year of birth, country of residence, zip code, and email address. After that point I wasn’t good enough for them, lol.

I received an amethyst in my gift box today and didnt know what the heck it was.. when I clicked on it there was some message about it going towards the new collections but this has not been added to my collection box yet.
As for the buttons.. I have several of all except the darn brass one.. have never even seen it. Was there a new mystery box today?
And to the first poster… I have been on fv through facebook all day and no problems so maybe it is on your end cause it isn’t down.

Farmville is a game that is put out for free. No one has to pay to play the game, you only if youwant those extra special items. When you think of the hours that the developers put into getting this stuff available for around 80 million people they are doing a terrific job. We may feel frustrated with some of the problems that arise but does anyone think to send a thank you for the pleasure they are bringing to a lot of people!

My husband was able to get the amethyst yesterday when it went live briefly. So I went to my farm and checked it out for myself. As noted above you can either find them on your farm or they cost FV $’s. I saw them range from 1 FV $ – 3 FV $’s. The only way to find them on the farm was by seeding. It’s gone now, as we all know, but I have to wonder if he will still have the amethyst when it’s back up and running again.

Yeah, the tab for the lightning and the 2 other “coming soon” special collections disappeared for me too.
I know farmville freak is for supporting farmville and having fun, but I’d like to see them collect ALL the buggy things we’ve been given that have never been fixed even though they said they’d fix them and have them back.

My daughter recieved a gemstone topaz a few hours ago in her gift box. Now he farm wont load. I am level 73. I don’t care to lose more untill they get the bugs worked out. again. Why is it, and i am not trying to cause problems, but day after day things get worse and they keep adding more stuff? when i go to gift box i now get a popup to send gifts all the time. except it dont work and it’s a blank white screen 87% of the time. Can’t recieve gifts. blank page 90% of the time. perhaps more like 99%. Facebook credits seem nice. anybody actually tried to redeam them? i did. nothing. I am sick of my screen going dark every three seconds when i fertilize others farms. we had no issues in our group that required screens to get dark first. The extra time required for the screen to get dark, then the popup to arrive. then click what i need to. Then screen lighten back up so i can fertilize another spot. Oh look another popup to deal with. you found a faucet. + the time for the screen to darken and lighten. Now post what you did. Screen dark again. Now we are into 7+ minutes waiting to get to the chicken coop. Oh look here. screen darkens again. There was nothing there. If there was nothing why darken the screen slow me down to tell me so. just send me back to the link i came from. normally my desktop. The lag time between doing anything has caused our group to lose 27 people this week alone.
Please Farmville Staff. Fix the issues. ask us what works and what dont. dont give us more issues to deal with with every thing that you guys do. When i was building at DragonStone we had an offline game running right along with online. We test drove everything that came out. Quality control. Please dont thing we are screaming for new stuff. we are asking only for a smooth running game, less issues which equal happy players, happy players are more willing to spend money.

I agree with John. It always takes a hell of a long time to load. I only play on my laptop i could never play on other peoples computers because the fact it takes 20 mins just to load. On mine things go alot faster if i make it full size screen. I dont know if that works for you guys…. but the only problem is when stuff pops up to share it goes back to normal size an that sometimes takes a minute so i end up skipping it an not sharing.
I hardly fertilize other peoples farm just because of the time it takes, wayy to long.
Also I wish they had more things for coins

Collected the gemstones sent to me but when I checked my Collections box, they weren’t there & neither was the new Gemstone Collectibles section. Are they gone or will I get them back when this new category has been added to my collections box?
No, I will not pay farm cash to buy gemstones. That’s just plain ridiculous!

Dont panic, guys! You r not losing ur gems! Look, i can only see my “lighting collections tab” when i click on the gems from my gift box and accept them. Then, the “You found a gem” pop-up shows on the left down corner, just like any ordinary collectible that u accept. When u click on it, the “lightning collection tab” opens, and shows how many of each collectible u have. But if u try to open the collectibles page by the ordinary way it only shows the common page, without the lightning tab. And for those who r losing the gifts by getting an empty page insted of he gift page, all that u have to do is to select the gift adress (just click on the adress on the top, till it becomes full selected) and click “enter” over and over, till the page shows. Sometimes it works on the first try, sometimes it takes like 5 or more tries, but u wont lose the gift. DONT refresh the page, just select the adress and click enter. Hope that it helps, and sorry for any speeling mistake =)

Gems are there and the only way you can see them is if you click the X in the box as they are loading. BUT THEY ARE THERE. I have all 10 of the giftable ones.
As for buttons. The only ones me and my neighbors never see is the stupid checkered buttons. I trade collections regularly though so I have no idea what the problem is with the res of your farms and neighbors.
BE PATIENT!!! Even though I agree that this SWISS stuff is BS and they should be working on the collections and the COOP farming giving us 9 squsre harvesters and seederes…NOT these other trinkets.

I will also add. DO SOMETHING with the BEES like if we use them our crops come up faster. There are TOO MANY crops that take forever to be ready. We need more 4 and 6 hour crops and enough with LIMITED. We want to master a crop. Why does anyone bother with limited unmasterable crops is beyond me.

**YOU ALL CAN SEE THE LIGHTNING COLLECTIONS BOX IF YOU KNOW HOW TO LOOK!!**
Add a collectible of any type from your gift box. When the small pop up appears at the bottom, CLICK ON THE RED X. Opening your collectibles box normally will not allow you to see the Lightning collectibles. If you have trouble doing this, move your screen so that plots needing to be seeded, plowed etc are not behind the pop up when it shows.

I’m sure not that excited over them, just one more thing to try to collect, and not enough finds. Like the button collection… where the heck are all of the brass buttons ? I have only found one the whole time it’s been out !

This is cool. I got a bonus for completing the gemstone collection. Let’s just say that you will be pleasantly surprised when you look in your gift box. Having said I could have used the farm cash last week to “buy” my stallion.
