FarmVille Greenhouse Adds Leaderboard Feature
FarmVille Greenhouse Leaderboard
FarmVille has updated the Greenhouse with a new leaderboard feature.
Now you can monitor your own progress and the progress of all your FarmVille neighbors to see who has harvested the most Greenhouse crops.
To access the Greenhouse leaderboard, simply click on your FarmVille Greenhouse and select the “Look Inside” button. The Leaderboard Menu is located on the far right.

They add this after I’ve already mastered 3 of the greenhouse crops, and nearly 3 others, and it does not give credit for what’s already been done.
So it’s meaningless. And stupid.

i really don’t care about who’s ahead or behind me. what i’m wondering is, when all the crops are mastered, is this just going to be another useless building on the farm?? I would rather they add more crops for us to master

I only have the long onions and whisky pheat left to master so I will not be on anyones leaderboard. LOL

I don’t “ENJOY” competing with my neighbors. I enjoy playing the game WITH them. Making everything into a competition takes the fun away from the game.

Why do they have to turn everything into a contest pitting neighbor against neighbor??? Why can’t we just do the quests, collections and greenhouses because we want to without bragging about it??

why cant u start something where we can earn fv cash …..instead of all these mastereies.. or when u reach a certain amount of masteries get fv cash and we need higher levels not that it stops at 100

Considering, I’ve already produced or collected enough seeds to master all of these hybrid crops, my score is going to stay ZERO. This whole leaderboard is too late and just a waste.

The greenhouse feature bores me to tears. I resent the space it’s taking up on my farm. I’m thinking of deleting it and my spa.

I enjoy the competition…but it would be even better if FV did not have my crops @ a big fat zero and I just harvested 450 this morning…what the heck FV!!!!!…Always something with this game…dang!

This new “feature” in my eyes is BS… Farmville is not a competitive game other than ones own goals and the lack of pressure I believe is what has made it a successful game.. Zynga FV is NOT Vampires.

It would be nice to have some new co-ops using the new seeds with new rewards….. get the hint , we want something New! no more giant trees

yah, this is dumb. why do they always think we want to ‘compete’, who are these people? don’t they even play their own game? I compete….against THEM! they are constantly trying to derail me with this stupid stuff that does nothing. It’s a chore to separate the stuff I want to do from the crap they constantly throw at us! Pretty soon the annoyance factor will hit overload and they will find themselves with no players! Zynga, fix your releases so they don’t constantly eff up everyone’s game, THAT will make us a lot happier than these dumb distractions!

You know how many times I check the leaderboards? Once, to see what it looks like. I don’t have the motivation to keep harvesting from this greenhouse and I certainly don’t care what position I am at with my friends.

I honestly don’t understand what these greenhouses are for?? I’ve mixed all the seeds…so what?!? I’ve planted all the seeds…I can’t use them in my winery….what’s the point?!?!?

It’s stupid, I am on 2nd Mastery stars on all my Green House crops, yet, it shows 0 Crops Harvested!

In other buildings, like the castle or the harvest table, the leaderboard is useful because it let me know which neighbour has more than 500 items so I can ask him for the special price. But in this building I still couldn’t find a useful meaning for the leaderboard.

No..i dont enjoy competing with my neighbors..i enjoy working with them and helping out..thats wht i started this game..please dont change it and turn it into a competition!!!

I think its scoring leaderboard points when you PLANT hybrid seeds, not when you harvest them.
Oh, and I agree – why show the leaderboard feature AFTER half of my hybrid plants have been mastered?? That means this feature has favored the procrastinators who haven’t built their greenhouses until after the leaderboard feature showed up.
