The FarmVille Market updated with lots of new Limited Edition English Countryside decorations including a Castle Bridge that will look great with the English Castle, an English Forest, Sword Statue- Sword In The Stone anyone? , a Royal Table, and several Moat pieces (there are 7 total) for you to use in constructing a Moat around your Castle. Very cool!

Very disaapointed with Farmville NOT releasing anything for Easter this year. Starting to lose interest with this game.

5 FVC for the English Forest? Hmmm. Looks like half a dozen generic trees placed closely together. And that’s it. Heck, I can do that with the trees I have scattered about the farm. The other items are lovely but this confuses me. Trees. No flora or fauna. Just…trees. lol Farm cash? Really? For what exactly? I appreciate it that Zynga is making an attempt to offer items that we can decorate the farm with but this item in particular escapes me.
The moat is AWESOME.

Oh, I guess there is some flora. It’s so minuscule that I didn’t notice it initially. I could duplicate the same effect and it wouldn’t cost me a dime.

I think this is just flat out wrong!!! They are going to let us buy the moat in Farmville with coins but not the castle or the castle bridge, that we have to pay FV cash for!!! And what’s the use in having a moat if you don’t have the castle or the castle bridge! Looks like I am not buying the moat!

Yeah, do you expect them to bring out an amazing castle and a bridge for said castle for coins just so you can have the moat? Good luck with that, just be glad you don’t have to pay 1 FV$ or something like that for every single moat piece you buy and stop moaning about how “wrong” this is.
I don’t mean to be impolite but people who cry about this kind of stuff… Ah well.
The Gatehouse’s price could be tuned down, on the other hand. I think somewhere around 15 would be more fitting.
Great items all together! Probably going to buy the castle, Excalibur and Robin Duck. ^_^

Bought Excalibur for my fairytale section… Looks very nice.
The rest… Not impressed, the castle looks nice, but way too expensive. And for the moats, I simply haven’t enough space to use these anywhere.

I’ve used it with my Shamrock castle from last year, it was part of the St Patrick’s day stuff in 2010, cost 200 pieces of gold. So now on my home farm I’ve got a lovely moated castle that didn’t cost me any FV$! I’ve just used those two ‘end’ type pieces to make a ‘grass’ bridge

I saw the words moat and I freaked out, hoping I could finally replace my blue haybales with actual water, but then I saw how much water is shown in the moat and now I’m sticking with the haybales

Love the moat! Glad I can buy w/ coins and use on either farm! I will probably buy moat pieces for both farms… I have castles tucked away in storage on me home farm and was HIGHLY disappointed I could not ship them to my EC farm so I could have lots of castles there. Oh well, maybe Zynga FV creators will listen up and change it so we can use more items from home farms on EC.

Funny, the moat pieces are all coin, but the castle and bridge that go with it will cost you 47 farmcash total. Thankfully there are castles from the past that were either free or were available for coins.

yey moats
goes nice with mine mini a la Stonehenge. and Excalibur will do to 
and some white animals, and rare trees, so it would have mystique mood 
so, when we get bigger EC ?

i wish the broken down castle was still in the market. it does little good in my storage (on the wrong farm) i would use the moat if i had it but won’t buy the castle.

The straight moat piece is rotatable but the corners are not. The one thing I didnt like about these is although the straight piece is the same length as a plot of land(4 units), the width is smaller(3 units). Also the corners are smaller(3 units) than a plot of land. This creates alot of problems when trying to lay it out with your plots.

Love reading all comments here on how people whining bout cash items n expensive moats LOL! it came to my mind to brad a bit wth pic from my english farm… so enjoy LOL!
