I already have it from last year so why would i spend 42 farm cash to buy it again.. what farmville should do is make a feature that allows us to send our neighbors buildings, animals or trees that we no longer want or that a newer farmer didnt have the chance to get.

As far as buildings go this is a bit of a must have for this time of the year. Got mine last year & it’s on farm all year round in it’s own dedicated spooky corner. Beautifully designed & animated. Goes well with Mr & Mrs Frankenstein gnomes, tomestones, spooky trees & the spiky fence/gargoyle gate… and that sheep with the bride of Frankenstein hairdoo.
