Actually, it is masterable.
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 10:20 pm
In the market states masterable.
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 10:21 pm
If it’s masterable- I’ll be planting them!
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 10:24 pm
FV says that Hollyhocks are a masterable flower only available through August 12th. Hollyhocks take 18 hrs to mature, cost 210 coins, yield 350 and provide 2 XP.
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 10:27 pm
says its not masterable but thats not what the market says! whats up
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 10:27 pm
they take 18 hours to mature, cost 210 coins, yield 350 coins,, and provide 2xp and are masterable
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 10:28 pm
wow didnt take them long to update that!……how much for mastery
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 10:31 pm
Anyone got any numbers yet on how many it takes for each star/mastery?
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 10:32 pm
Hello everyone, the post was published before the correct information was “filled in”. There IS Limited Crop Mastery available for HollyHock seeds. Thank you!
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 10:33 pm
so we have two limited crops that are masterable and end on the same day… why isnt the hollyhocks sticking around a week longer than the tristand or whatever its called?
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 10:33 pm
watch out…. they may end it early like the flippin’ organic blueberries. Plant fast!!! (can you tell I am still upset that they pulled those early? I had 1 more harvest to master them! Grrrr….)
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 10:34 pm
500 is the first level.
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 10:47 pm
i might but thats alot of harvests for LE crop thats 18 hours
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 10:49 pm
I might have to try theses if only for the honey bees to feed on.
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 11:06 pm
This crop is limited to level 39 and above.
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 11:06 pm
WOW….Im still trying to master triticale! Wish they would make this crop longer than Aug 12th….
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 11:13 pm
Well, I was trying for triticale, but since I haven’t started it yet (still finished rye) I’m going to do this one instead because I’m sick to death of beige grain crops on my field and this sign will look nicer. =)
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 11:19 pm
Mastery levels @ 500, 1500, 3000
Posted on July 29th, 2010 at 11:24 pm
Can anyone tell about whats the mastery XP levels ?
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 12:05 am
Oh too bad. I just won’t have rye and triticale done in time to master this too. It’d be nice to master this but I wouldn’t be trying to master rye right now if it wasn’t for triticale so it doesn’t seem to make sense for me to not master triticale. :p
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 12:13 am
Micromutt you sure about those numbers? The rye and triticale crop increases, in each case, are the same as the first level.
They aren’t 500/1000/1500=3000?
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 12:37 am
*sigh*
I finally mastered Triticale last night and thought I could finally get back to the regular crops but noooo! Poo on you Zynga!
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 1:50 am
Toronto: Your right. Wasn’t thinking when I noted the numbers. Rechecked and you have the right ones. 500-1000-1500
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 2:39 am
Bushels??
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 2:41 am
No way I can master them.
I have 300 plots on my farm, that would take 10 harvests if the numbers are 500-1000-1500. So I’d be finished at 9th August. Then, only 3 additional days to master Triticale of which I have the 1st star and half of the 2nd? No thank you,I won’t drop Triticale mastery for which I had to master Rye first.
Maybe I’ll do it if I manage to master Triticale within the next 3 days, lol…
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 2:43 am
I have to master these after Tricticale! I hope I get a queen!!!!
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 2:45 am
Hangman, why do you have 300 plots? I have 576!
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 2:48 am
Ummm, Forget-Me-Nots are still better; they reward 160 coins/plot/18 hours (2xp) compared to 125 coins for this crop.
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 3:04 am
@Faraj: I have buildings, lots of chickens taking up space, yeah. I could easily get another 50-100 plots if I wanted, but I’m not sure how that would help me now. How does your farm look like? I can’t imagine how people get above 500 plots.
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 3:16 am
Today I’m gonna master level 2 of Triticale. Don’t know what the mastery for level 3 will take. After that, I’ll have a look at the new LE crop. Think it’s gonna be tight…
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 3:30 am
@Hangman: I’ve got 558 plots ATM and a whole lot of barns, stables, nurseries and every kind of junk you may imagine. Considering they usually make up the LE mastery numbers for an average of 500 plots, 300 won’t help you get them usually.
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 4:48 am
Does it have bushels?
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 5:45 am
i like limited masterable crops, but why so many at once? this, triticale and blueberries.. think i’m able to do them all, but it’s sort of stressful
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 6:01 am
Good thing I mastered Wheat and Rye as soon as I found out Triticale is masterable or I wouldn’t be able to master this… I am planning to work on both Triticale and this one in turns, growing Triticale during the day and Hollyhocks on nights.
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 6:33 am
Are there bushels?
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 6:52 am
Yes someone knows if are there bushel??
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 7:27 am
I farm for mastery signs, but this is WAY too many harvests for a sign for. I like to plan Farmville around my life, not planning my life around Farmville.
LE crop mastery should be a lot lower in harvests, especially since there is already another LE mastery crop.
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 8:04 am
@Geci: Hm,then you seem to use the space on your farm better than me,lol.
Ah,and 300 plots work fine,it’s just that there are two LE mastery crops at the same time which is pissing me off. I have 385 now anyway,so maybe I’ll have a better chance, but I still highly doubt it. Should I get up to 2.000.000 coins soon,I can get even more.
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 8:14 am
Depending on how anxious you are to master both tricale and hollyhocks, there is always the option of spending some FV cash and flying the airplane.
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 9:02 am
ook i had the mastery numbers wrong on both these crops.. the correct once are 500/1000/1500 for hollyhocks and 800/1600/2400 for triticale, right? i had them both doubled when calculating how long it would take.. it should be quite easy then
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 9:04 am
I have 620 plots.. and it will take me over 6 days to master this crop (assuming 5k mastery points). With me still working on the previous LE Crop, I don’t see how this is possible.
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 9:55 am
Oh blow. I’ve just finished Tricale in time before I go on holiday for 2 weeks and now this – whilst I’m on holiday.
The wife has made it clear than finding internet cafes for FarmVille whilst on hols is not acceptable.
Poo Poo Poo
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 10:58 am
Normally Limited Edition crops do not have bushels.
Planting some soon so we’ll find out.
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 12:52 pm
Just started on them, 666 plots, I’ll be done with them by end of next week (gonna throw some winery harvests in there too)…
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 12:56 pm
I have 610 plots and have already mastered trictale….so now I’m glad to get a nother mastery for hollyshocks..I’ll have it done in no time…shame about the 18 hour growing time. It’s kinda neither here nor there…coz if u plant at night they won’t be ready before you have to go work the next day…would have preffred it to be 12 hr but hey it’s only a sugesstion. I love crops with mastery…..I just hope that if I ever go for a holiday that they dont release any LE mastery crops then! I already missed out on organic blueberries coz I’m not in US and never got round to having supet pumkins
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 5:13 pm
I’m on holidays right now and staying up late to secretly connect to the internet in order to plant all these dang crops! I finally finished rye and am on my way to finishing triticale – now they introduce hollyschocks?!
One LE crop at a time please! I need space in-between to plant the normal crops. I have the largest farm and have a little over 300 plots. I want a realistic farm that looks nice – not just a crowded field.
Posted on July 30th, 2010 at 6:29 pm
Wow i cant believe theyve released another LE crop that ends the same time as Triticale and they are both longish ones. Im nearly done with mastering Rye so i can get Triticale planted, im gonna half and half with them i think. Wish we had longer to do it though
Posted on July 31st, 2010 at 12:15 am
Has anyone FOUND ANY BUSHELS YET??? I C alot of people asking about them but no one seems to know for sure. Id like to get this done quick if possible. Thank You for your time.
Posted on July 31st, 2010 at 4:20 am
LIMITED EDITION CROPS DO NOT PRODUCE BUSHELS, for all those asking
Posted on July 31st, 2010 at 6:48 am
thought the last star was 3000 so planted morning glory relized it was 1500…
Posted on July 31st, 2010 at 9:31 pm
I’ve just completed the first star – no bushels I’m afraid! Can confirm the second star is 1000.
Posted on August 2nd, 2010 at 8:37 am
For those who really want to master these crops fast, then devote more of your farm to plots. I’ve got 665. Why waste the space on your farm with all the worthless crap that does nothing for you but suck your money and FV cash. That’s how people get over 500 plots.
Posted on August 2nd, 2010 at 9:26 am
I have 650 plots, so hollyhocks only 4 full fields and 2/3s of a fifth so they should take no longer than five days to master for anyone with this number of plots.
Posted on August 3rd, 2010 at 10:55 am
Mastered Triticale today and decided to give it a try. With my additional 100 plots,I should be able to master it.
Posted on August 5th, 2010 at 6:18 am
sorry i kind of late, i wonder if i could finish mastery for this crop on time. I already have 608plot..
Posted on August 5th, 2010 at 9:17 pm
I have just over 300 plots and i need 2 more harvest to get the 3rd star been doing this constantly over the past week or so , glad its nearly over! not going to bother with the other as not enough time to start with the rye crop, Hopefully they will bring back back trisdale( think its called) at another time because if u think about Rye wasnt actually released that long ago so not all farmers will have it masterd!
Posted on August 5th, 2010 at 10:21 pm
I just got pollinated seeds from my beehive for the hollyhock… what’s the point of increasing my chance of getting a bushel on a crop that doesn’t even have bushels?!?
Posted on August 7th, 2010 at 1:09 pm
I just harvested, and my mastery bar says, I’ve got 1538/1500 for third mastery star, and mastery sign. Yet, I don’t have the mastery star or the mastery sign. SO, I’m assuming the third mastery is more than 1500. UGH. Anyone know what the third mastery is?
Posted on August 7th, 2010 at 4:08 pm
Hi I just mastered the hollyhocks but didnt get the sign or the popup saying mastered…Gosh what a waste!
Posted on August 7th, 2010 at 7:45 pm
I have grown 1525 hollyhocks out of 1500 but did not get mastery credit…What’s up?
Posted on August 7th, 2010 at 7:54 pm
never mind my previous question. Got the stars and mastery sign after I reopened Farmville. For some reason there was no pop up letting you know you mastered them. Level 3 is 1500 crops to master.
Posted on August 9th, 2010 at 4:55 pm
crossing my fingers to that they extend the deadline past the 12th!! ive been trying to make recipes and do hollyhocks at the same time…..o please o please o please:)
Posted on August 10th, 2010 at 12:45 am
HEY I mastered 1506 and am only to level 2 star…my post on my page even says I mastered level 2.
What the heck. I have grown 1506 crops and no third mastery. I just got a second mastery star after doing 1506. I am going to have to contact zynga ugh
Posted on August 10th, 2010 at 2:07 pm
Do you know until what time will Triticale and Hollyhocks be available exactly? If you have European time would be great (specify if British or German). I’m working around the clock to get them both (was on holiday last week so had to go with a 4 day crop). Thankfully I still had my free biplane flight which I used today but it still isn’t enough…
Posted on August 10th, 2010 at 7:24 pm
Damn! I´m not making the mastery
Not enough time! Need more time! 3000 plots at 18h each is a lot for only 2 weeks, and my farm has only 200 crops because I havent even had chance to upgrade to a 26 since they keep releasing stuff and I keep expending money so I dont loss them, boy… This is getting less funny…
Posted on August 10th, 2010 at 9:27 pm
R.I.P hollyhocks. Im trying to master you but it seems we have one last harvest short. What a waste. Really
Posted on August 11th, 2010 at 4:35 am
Will the crop be taken off the market at midnight California time between the 12th and the 13th of August ?
Posted on August 11th, 2010 at 2:09 pm
thats what im wondering too… i gotta plant it 2 more times and i have my free autogrow from the biplane i dont wanna use it if i dont have to though… does anyone know if its getting removed tonight at midnight or tomorrow at midnight?
Posted on August 11th, 2010 at 4:42 pm
Damo and Joe…need to know the same thing…..a whole day is a huge difference….I’m almost there, but will lose if they end it the 11th at midnight. Zynga is sooooooo damn frustrating! I mean to have more that one masterable specialty crop at once….what if someone is trying to collect then all. And the Cascade blueberries was just like the super pumpkins. It didn’t even show up for me and then they ended it early. ROAR!
Thanks for listening. lol
Posted on August 12th, 2010 at 5:02 am
Despite my recent harvest of 225 plots my mastery bar hasn’t budged a single bit! Is this crop really masterable with anything smaller than a 26 farm?
Posted on August 12th, 2010 at 4:52 pm
The numbers for this crop were way to high. I have the next to the biggest size farm, stored all my houses and big decorations so I could have more plots and still can’t reach it. Since the blueberries pulled early and now this I don’t think I will try the LE crops anymore.
