A new batch of FarmVille Limited Edition Southern Comfort animals were introduced to the FarmVille Market tonight! The new animals include a Chincoteague Pony, Southern Belle Duck, Sambar Deer, Fox Squirrel, and Catfish.

The Chincoteague Pony can produce a similar type foal when placed into your FarmVille Horse Paddock. The Fox Squirrel has a Farm Coin option (in addition to its Farm Cash price) and the Catfish is a water only animal as it needs water to live.

Check out each of these animals during their limited market stay of just 13 days before they are set to retire.

Chincoteague Pony, eh? Anyone want to bet it will look like ‘Misty’ from the book ‘Misty of Chincoteague?’

If you’ve never read it and you love horses, you missed a treat.

Chincoteague pony was my suggestion from over a year ago (or 2) when they asked for suggestions! Yeah. Doesn’t really look like Misty, her foal , Sea Star or any of the ones I saw when I visited, but at least they finally got to it.
