These trees are gay

i am so fascinated with those limited trees..i want the giant ones…:)
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 12:11 am
(Most of) the giant trees are way too large for the farm and just dont fit in. I wish fv would get a little creative with their mastery instead of just large-sizing their trees.

Shamrock plants would have been an idea. Not into the giant trees. Some fun things are OK, but this is a farm. Would like to see homes for my goats and rabbits. And, a way to harvest all the orchards at one time.

…and the giant “LUCKY” cookies do what???
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 12:31 am
I wish they would stop coming out with limited trees for dollers I cant keep up!!!!!!
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 12:33 am
I got one from a seedling that someone posted on their wall! I love the specialty trees!

More trees??? I’ve spent all my cash on trees already. Every week it’s a new pair of trees for cash. I haven’t even mastered half of the trees put out and my farm is filling up with orchards. I’m sorry, the new trees are nice and all but I’m tired of all the new trees all the time and for cash only.

The Giant Tree’s aren’t that giant. I do wish they would let you put more than 20 tree’s into an orchard though. That would make it so we could fit more tree’s onto our farm. Now the Giant Pink Bubblegums and Candy Heart Tree’s are way to large for our farms. They did a test run with those and obviously they didn’t pan out that well for the farms over running items so you can’t see them. I have 5 orchards full of each of the two and they are at the top of my farm so nothing will be obscured by them. The only problem I have with the tree’s now is when you fill your orchard with them the tops turn white and glitch on you. They need to fix that problem. It makes my farm unattractive. I like the new rare tree’s they are coming out with and look forward to a new tree a week. That is around the time I master the tree’s so new ones are always welcome on my farm. Anyways Happy Farming

No. I will NOT be putting these on my farm. I keep my farm as realistic as I can. It’s bad enough to have those caramel apple and golden apples that I use for Fall color.

I love all these new trees, there are plenty in the seedlings for those who wish not to spend cash, as for them being giant, they are only slightly bigger with the exception of giant bubblegum and giant candy. I delightfully look forward to these trees every week, I really love the surprise of finding them before they are released to the market. I hope Zynga keeps bringing us these awesome trees its the only reason i still play

hey MATthew,think before you comment..1 tree=1 square
1 orchard = 20 square,so is it logic when 40 tree(40 square)
fit into 1 orchard(20 square)..
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 12:51 am
Yes it is logic. I am a tree enthusiast. I collect tree’s and have 250 orchards. I would need less orchards on my farm to fit all my tree’s in them. If more tree’s fit in an orchard I won’t have to delete all the extra tree’s I create that don’t fit into an orchard with 20 in them already. I like to share tree’s with my friends on Facebook and I hate deleting tree’s that I just wasted 8 waters on so Rozana you need to think b4 you comment. LOL

I LOVE ALL THE RARE TREES I JUST GOT THREE OF THE NEW ST. PATTY’S TREES AND I ALSO HAVE TO DELETE EXTRA BECAUSE I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO KEEP GETTING MORE ORCHARDS

ohhhh gonna have to get more cash for this (I’m a sucker!!)
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 2:04 am
LOVE them! And like BOred, I’m a sucker for the trees. Bought two. Can’t wait to share them!
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 3:05 am
As a tree breeder, I need this tree of course.
Gonna nurture lots of feed seedlings today, I am lucky hopefully…
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 4:34 am
I’ve mastered most of the trees, and only run 20 orchards now, maxed at 40 at one point.
When a tree is mastered all of that type are sold except one or perhaps two kept for farm decoration.
Can’t wait to master those giant pink monsters and get rid of them.
I only ever water seedlings from trees where I know I want the tree to add to the ones still being mastered.
Can’t see the point in keeping loads of trees already mastered.

Farmville is now taking advantage of its users. At one point they were the most played game on facebook and even though at one time they were losing a million players a month, they still remain number one. First off, let me say that I love playing and meeting people who play. It sometimes is the only constant and in an inconsistent world. With that said, I must display my disgust for the release of these masterable FV$ trees. It is becoming a chore to spend the money to get them, especially since you are made to feel that you MUST buy every tree and master it. I have no problems spending a little FV$ here and there, but for a “free” game it is getting rather expensive. I am a level 100+ player and therefore no longer get 1FV$ for leveling up (so whats the incentive to play, it also takes two weeks to level up, but thats a different story). So any time I want a tree I have to spend my hard earned cash. I have suggested to Zynga that they make these trees that we spend money on harvestable for FV$. They have not responded on the matter, but it seems like it would be the ultimate compromise. I am not talking about 10FV$ every day, but maybe 1 per tree every 5 days, or something. Release a FV$ orchard that you can put all your FV$ trees (which is all but 7 now) in and you can harvest it every 5 days for 1-5 FV$, limit one of these special orchards per farm. That way no one could fully support their habit and bank a lot of dough, but enough to keep going. Just a thought, as money grows tight for all players!!

I dont buy these trees anymore. I get them for free from the mystery seedlings! No need in having two identical trees, only just two different sizes. Ill stay with getting them for free!
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 6:59 am
you guys are crazy if you are buying these trees with fvc – just wait for a FREE one – grow up some mystery seedlings from the feed and stop wasting your money – its FREE!!! they mastery sign is exactly the same – the trees are SLIGHTLY bigger – don’t be a sucker!
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 7:31 am
Not buying these trees, to many non-coin trees. I am not boycotting all Farmcash trees until more coin trees are available.
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 7:38 am
Woo hoo just got the giant Cookie Tree from a mystery seedling!! It looks great!
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 8:28 am
They just released the mac and cheese trees for coins.
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 9:15 am
I haven’t been lucky enough to get any of the cool ones for free from the feed…
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 9:25 am
@#19
Correction, I am boycotting all Farmcash trees until more coin trees are available.
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 9:31 am
LMAO…yea, growing strawberries in 4 hours is SO realistic! If I want real I get off the net, and stop playing virtual games.
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 11:05 am
Not likely.
I’ve spent down my farmville bucks to 3, and am above level 100, so no more for me.
I will not spend money on virtual, well, anything — especially with one glitch, and it all disappears.

why cant these limited edition trees be bought for coins aswell?
not everyones got like 3273 fv cash!!

rozana Says: “hey MATthew, think before you comment..1 tree=1 square
1 orchard = 20 square,so is it logic when 40 tree(40 square)

Rozana, the stable has a smaller footprint than 40 horses, the dairies have a smaller footprint than 40 cows, the coop has a smaller footprint than 100 chickens, and I could go on. It would not be unreasonable for the orchards to fit more trees than what their footprint would otherwise accommodate. That’s one of the advantages of many of the buildings, is that they help to conserve space.

Lucky cookie tree? Lame.
Giant lucky cookie tree? Giant lame.
Why did they take away the Daikon crop? I was just getting ready to plant it and it’s gone. Hey zynga, crisis there isn’t over! Bring it back. Or at least give us a countdown to let us know it’s going away.

Hei, does anyone have a problem with removing Snow&Lights from trees? This option stopped working for me this morning, and I have half of my farm with snow&lights on…
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 3:01 pm
already mastered level 3 in 2 hours.
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 9:07 pm
Farcas @36 – I’d be interested to know how. You would need 225 trees for each mastery – 2,250 FVC for the large and 1,125 for the small – and 110 orchards for each plus 1 for the spares. Also all those orchards would need to be ready to harvest. If you enjoy the game enough to spend that much money on it good for you.
On the other hand perhaps you found another way …
Doug@34 – The Daikon crop has not gone. It’s in my market. In fact if I go to ‘seeds – all’ its the first item.
Posted on March 17th, 2011 at 9:57 pm
@Matthew Matthew…..I’m not sure how Zynga is making you feel like you HAVE to buy anything, but I certainly don’t feel that way. Maybe it’s time to take a break from the game.
I think maybe the reason they’re doing the larger version of the level 1 tree now, as a level 2 tree, is so that people don’t feel like they have to buy every tree, because they can eventually get some of the larger version from the feed, and complete at least one of the masteries for that tree.
There is no way you can get a money tree, or a Sitka spruce (for example) of any size, without spending $FV. But now, with the new trees they introduce, you can get at least one size of it without spending the $FV.

@#37 – It’s possible Cindy. I’ve done it too. The trick is to NOT fill your orchard with trees. Since I have master everything else but the cookie and level one rainbow it isn’t difficult. All you need is one tree as a “time holder”. Once you grow a level 2 tree put it in an orchard ready to harvest. I’ve mastered this giant cookie tree in 2 hours and at this point have only 11 of them……but I have 76 orchards with only one tree in each (time holder).

Lori – using the same kind of techniques used to produce multiple stuff from stables then.
Not for me, seems like a lot of hassle and not much fun. Rather do it the ‘nomral’ if slower way,

Up – Down – Up
When I up, down, touch the ground it puts me in the mood
Up, down, touch the ground in the mood for food
I am stout, round and I have found speaking poundage-wise
I improve my appetite when I exercise
Oh, yes, I’m rumbly in my tumbly
Time for something sweet
I am short, fat, and proud of that and so with all my might
I up, down, up-down to my appetite’s delight
While I up, down, touch the ground I think of things to chew
With a hefty, happy appetite I’m a hefty, happy Pooh
With a hefty, happy appetite he’s a hefty, happy Pooh
