The megagrow grows your crops instantly. I used it to finish mastering artichokes & start on potatoes – and planted berries afterwards and ran out of fuel. I don’t understand those people who complain that they have too much fuel – from where?

Hannah you can collect fuel from your neighbours farms when you visit – also neighbours when they visit your farm will find some and post for you to collect.
You can also get fuel by buying items from your neighbours markets ( spa, bakery, winery) and exchanged for fuel – this mounts up

@ Hannah : Mostly from the crafting stuff, from friend’s feed, from collectibles, from fertilizing neighbors,.. I hv 1200 fuel n increase everyday, too too much I don’t like it :p

I think this is pretty cool, can’t complain if its free. I like the megamind plane, I put it on my farm last night then my farm timed out…came back and plane was gone and not in my gift box

This was a nice surprise to wake up to this morning. I LOVE megaminds barn and the blue trees!! I refuse to complain when FV gives us something for nothing (grow your crops instantly). So TY FV and Zynga and of coarse Megamind lol

Ha! Went to the farm, spent five minutes watching it not load, went back to my farm and had nothing. I shouldn’t be surprised though, I couldn’t access my farm for over a month. They JUST got it fixed, so I missed out on the whole Halloween thing.

@ Hannah, you have to buy goods from your neighbors. Once you do this you will find you have more fuel than you know what to do with. I have over +1600 fuel and I don’t get goods every day. I go about once every other day and buy from all my neighbors. Not only does it help you with fuel, but it helps them level up their goods. Also visiting others and fertilizing their crops help and you get some while you’re planting on your own farm.

I buy goods from friends every single day, and I still constantly am running out of fuel. I don’t get it. Do you people with 1000 fuel have like 200 neighbors or something?

Didn’t know what megagrow did last night so I used it on a two day crop. Kicking myself now. Best bet is to plant a 4 day crop so it’s not a waste. If you have a big farm like mine (640 plots) a good idea is to plant watermelons and yellow melons as it only takes 900 for each (with bushels, you can knock both down to 450). You’ll master all of one and some of the other in one shot.

I think the promotion is worthwhile if for no other reason, the insta-grow. Mega Grow, whatever it is called. On my second farm in less than 5 minutes I will be able to finish mastering red wheat and almost finish potatoes. Hooray!

I was so excited when I found this new promo this morning and immediately ran right over to Megamind’s farm to earn my goodies… when I got back to my farm, both the Mega Grow and Contraption were in my gift box, but when I logged back in 20 mins later, the Contraption was gone, only leaving the Mega Grow! =0

did you notice there was two types of blue trees?
there were the ones that looked like a blue plum tree (and if you looked they were different sizes), and there was one tree that looked like a big blue maple that was half way behind the “metromind’s secret lair” building (the one that looks like the farmville school).

Jo, it is just like the bi-plane that grows your crops instantly but it is free.. you can only use it one time… if you have a 3 or 4 day crop you can grow it instantly.
As for the strange noise when the sound is turned off.. this happened last year too and it is the sheep tombstone that does it. Many people complained about that last year.
Hanes – anyone can get a second farm you just have to use a different email address and register as a new person. Then become friends with your first farm and you can send yourself gifts and you can get fv cash pretty fast in the beginning by leveling up and then dowload the toolbar for 10 more and then there’s the stimulus (link for it is still here at fvfreak) and that is good for 3 or 4 I don’t remember and you can use the cash to send yourself cash stuff too.

@Joe (#49) it is a one time use instant grow. that means that when you use it it makes all the crops on your farm fully grown. you can only use it once, then you loose it.
