FarmVille: New Free Fuel Popup!
FarmVille Freak Eva16 and several others have reported receiving new fuel popups when fertilizing neighbors crops. When fertilizing farms players receive free fuel, but has not been a popup to share with others, the fuel is added to your overall amount.
When fertilizing a neighbors farm, players have now received popups asking them to share free fuel directly with the neighbor whose farm they were fertilizing.

After clicking the share option, a post goes directly to the farmers Facebook profile wall- not homefeed. The neighbor will be able to redeem one large can of fuel from clicking on the post.

Note there are now 6 ways to get fuel:
1. Buying fuel for $FV in the market- You can purchase fuel in the FarmVille Market, 1 Refill for 3$FV, 10 Refills for 25$FV, 20 Refills for 40$FV, 30 Refills for 55$FV and 50 Refills for 65$FV
2. Free Fuel from plowing- Farmers randomly receive popups to share free fuel when plowing their farms. You can collect 1 large can and 9 small cans from neighbors per day.
3. Fertilizing neighbors crops- You can find free fuel when fertilizing your neighbors crops, this is at random and will be added to your overall fuel amount.
4. Completed Collection redemption reward- When trading in a completed collection you receive 5 Refills of fuel as a reward.
5. Farmers Market- When a neighbor shops at your Farmers Market stall, you have the option to redeem 15 units of fuel (this is one of 3 options).
5. Mystery Egg Prize- When opening Mystery Eggs you can find various amounts of fuel depending on the color egg. The current prizes available are 1/5 Refill, 1 Refill, 10 Refill and 20 Refills.
*6. When a neighbor fertilizes your crops and directly shares with you, as mentioned above. This may be in limited release.

I have seen a load of these over the past few weeks.
Losing the amount of players that they are zynga is quickly realizing that they need to do things to keep us to stay.

The fuel you get from the farmers market never makes mine go up any I sent a message to zynga but I haven’t gotten a response as of yet.

We should not be limited to how much we can get a day from neighbors especially when you are low on fuel and have not enough or no farm cash to buy it.

Well, another thing, which is not working at the end. Same with the mustangs…. those emails also do not arrive most time…. I am kind of tired playing farmville since honest human clicking only leads to: this is over, all is claimed……from those who are using engines to grab from the wall

They really need to make collections easier to get, they have become ridiculously hard. Thus making fuel hard to get ahold of. Fuel should be able to be bought for coins, not cash. It’s not something special, almost everyone has vehicles to use it on but when you run out of gas, FV becomes a chore and not a game anymore. I have enough chores to do I dont need another one! Wake up Zygna, not everyone is going to fork out cash for obvious things, we want to play a game but if its impossible to play, people will start to quit!

#5 says 15 units of fuel but I have only rec’d 1/5 of a unit of fuel. I have never received 15. Is this a glitch? Glad to see we can get fuel one more way.

I agree with Isabelle, we should not be limited to gas that is “found” and being “shared” by neighbors. If we need it, we need it. I cannot tell you how my wrist hurts, from hand plowing, seeding and harvesting because I have been out of gas. I will not pay for the gas, I have to pay enough to fuel my car and will not do it for a game. It seems as though the eggs with 20 fuels is becoming less and less and we are getting more stuff like the arborist and farm hands, which most of do not need, nor want in a mystery egg. You say they are giving us more, but the gas you get from market, will cover maybe 3 plots of plowing. I have maxed out on the collectible items, except the ONE you need to finish the collectible and trade in. Also, since facebook has changed the privacy, more and more people are not sharing eggs and other rewards to ALL friends, they are sending to select people now. Maybe it’s time I get new neighbors, but the ones on the “ADD ME”, have too many neighbors and you can’t get that stuff either. Sorry for the complaints, but we need more 10 and 20 fuel refills in eggs.

I LOVE it! Thanks Zynga! Wasn’t that long ago people were complaining (instead of another word) they couldn’t get enough fuel. Can’t please us all.. I can never get enough fuel! Always harvesting, plowing, and planting away…

Sounds like some of you might be a bit confused on the fuel amounts. A “unit” of fuel is the amount needed to work one plot of ground vs a tank of fuel, which works many plots of ground. The units from the farmers market are working properly as far as I’ve seen but I agree it’s a rather small amount.

I have over 421 fuels… I’m pretty sure I’m good on fuel by now but yet they just KEEP giving it away huh? What am I supposed to use all this fuel on?

@janell, I think the 15 units is 1/5 of fuel. Unit=plots. So it is not much fuel

Hi Anil. If you are playing Farmville via Gamers Unite, please do not send me further gifts. I do not want to lose you as a neighbor, but Gamers Unite has an unfair advantage over all other neighbors who are playing by the F/V rules and I’m sorry, I will have to delete you from my neighbor list.

This has nothing to do with the topic but has anyone seen the popup saying that we don’t have more room for the market stall and it asks if we want to buy a new one for 50.000 coins or 20 some FC? It already appeared in my farm and in my girlfriend’s farm and we clicked to buy for 50.000 and it didn’t do anything… are they trying something new? Like the gas and perfumes buildings from before? Sorry for spelling mistakes and stuff like that…

@Lucio – no, there is no limit on the fuel.. I have over 2400 BUT I think what you might be experiencing is when you find a small tank (for instance) it takes 5 of those to move the number on your tank. So if you are at 199 but the yellow line is way down, you might have to add four more times to get it to go up to 200.
I have never bought fuel either but not everyone was here at Christmas when we got a whole bunch and some people even missed out on the more recent fuel week so this is a good thing.
@Ldsanjose – you do need new neighbors but try not to get people who have over 200. The people who post “add me” everywhere are using the link snag and they can’t have too many neighbors, you will get nothing from neighbors like that. The best way to get good new neighbors is to look at who leaves a comment under the links of neighbors that you like and send them a neighbor request. I have done this and now most of my neighbors show we have 38 + up friends in common… lol.. it makes for a nice big friendly FV family.
Oh and BTW, they fixed the collectibles so it works like it did in the old days… YAY!! It is so much more fun now that it works the way it used to.

I have 632 fuel. I’ve never bought it nor do I pick it up from news feeds. I don’t want another way to get fuel. I could use a way to sell or give mine away.

I’ve been getting these for awhile when fertilizing other farms. If you see these posts on your FB wall for other people (one neighbor to another), you can also collect fuel from them. Oddly, none of my neighbors are getting these though.

Sometimes when I run out of fuel and have to plow by hand, it says i found fuel, but when i look where the fuel is kept it still says click to buy fuel or w/e it says. Has this happened to anyone else?

Has anyone noticed, or do you know why it says when someone has taken some of your bushels that you receive 15 units of fuel, and only receiving 1 refill on the fuel bar? Has this happened to anyone else ? Today I had 3 people take peanuts from my market and I wanted fuel for the reward and was supposed to get 45 units, and it didn’t even fill up one line on my fuel bar?! Has this been happening to anyone else?

Raechele –> 45 units is not the same as 45 tanks. 45 units is amount you can seed, plow or harvest 45 plots with. Pretty sad, I know…

I clicked on the 15 FUEL as my prize for market sales but I NEVER GOT THE FUEL!!!!!!!!?!?!?!?!?! Does anyone have any ideas on HOW I can get the fuel that is due me?

Every day I try to get more fuel for my equipment, can not get over one or two cans everything after that is “coins” only. Can you tell me how to get more per dfay?
