Halloween in FarmVille
Can “trick” your neighbors by covering their fences, barns, or trees in cobwebs or by turning their animals into ghosts.
5 times on each of your neighbors famers

Orchards are coming soon
Orchards will be a constructible buildings
You can place up to 20 trees in each Orchard and you can have more than one.
The appearance of your Orchard depends on the trees you put inside.
Orchards can be harvested once per day for coins.
Harvesting your Orchard yields the possibility of receiving a Mystery seed.
Mystery Seeds can grow into any type of tree in your Orchard and must be planted and watered before they mature into a fully grown version of their parent tree.
Enhanced trees will be part of the Tree Mastery.
You can progress as you harvest Orchard or individual trees.
There will be 3 levels of mastery with rewards for each level.
There will also be mastery signs given after mastery is complete.
Gifted Limited Edition Seeds
You will be able to gift your neighbors packets of 20 seeds.
Once you accept a gifted seed it can be found in the market.
You can then plant the seeds on your farm and will also be able to master!
The seeds will also be available for farm cash.
The Black Rose Crop coming soon!
-For Halloween as the first giftable Limited Edition seed crop.

Eagerly waiting to see what orchard is. But why do we need to make/grow to same tree we have? I thought it will be some new trees.

Boy oh Boy that guy talks quick…. I want another expansion… load time? why not have something so we can turn off animations for slow computer or like wait till everything loads…. or better yet a program we install that keeps these common things in cache on our computer to make load times faster…. Just expand the farm and make the storage barn bigger… plus organize the storage bin and give us the ability to sell items and select how many we want to sell at one time… or items we want to pull from storage and put in the gift box maybe?

Ya know, I like new stuff as much as the next guy but there are so many things that I would rather see them address. Like the fact that I simply can not work on my farm without getting an out of sync error. It happens whenever someone helps on my farm or buys from my winery. Am I the only one?
And I am so with Peter on organizing the storage. It needs to be far easier to navigate. After removing something, it should take you back to the same place and we should be able to sell or gift all. If I want to sell 15 fences & they happen to be on the last page, it takes forever to scroll through more than 10 pages to sell one piece of fencing.
They have a Suggestion forum on the official message board & I would encourage anyone with suggestions to post there. The more voices, the more likely to be heard.

Not sure I am too excited about this Tree mastery and the black rose masteries.
Giftable seeds in packs of 20? Meaning you can only plant 20 crops? That’s a VERY small amount for ANY mastery. Essentially, we’re going to have to sit and beg like dogs for our neighbors to send them, eh?

It’s not the 20 seeds I’m concerned about, Lvnn, it’s the fact that the Orchard only houses 20 trees. I personally have no trees on my farm (already got the ribbon, now they’re a waste of space) But I have tons of neighbors with hundreds of trees on their farm. Only 20 per orchard is way too small.

I didn’t listen to the podcast, just read the overview, but I’m so excited to have something happening w/ the trees! They’re one of my favorite parts of my farm; so colorful and textured, and I already have a little maple tree orchard made. I have a ton of trees though, and they take up a ton of space. I don’t want them all off the land, so 20 per orchard works great for me! Hooray!

Must be someone from the development team doing the podcasts — rushing through things so fast that it is done half-assed and doesn’t make sense — like a lot of the stuff in Farmville.

I hope the orchard isn’t too much bigger than the tiny space 20 trees occupies. I have enough big buildings on my farm (including my sadly useless pig pen that takes up more space than the pigs in it).

That video/podcast gets an F— The guy was talking waaay too fast, the music was turned up too loud which made it harder to hear him, and the video cut out which made this video poor quality.
The whole time I was trying to hear him, I kept asking myself, Is this why Farmville keeps getting more f**ked up is cuz of him or guys like him?
And furthermore why do I need a tree orchard??? Trees make plenty of money, & I dont need to be taxed on them. Trees are an excellent source of cash and Decoration, so Why would I want to change that? Just another frustrating/non-useful addon. F-

I just listened to the podcast and was disappointed. The music was way too loud and the guy doing the talking was speaking so fast I couldn’t follow or understand what he was saying. What was his big rush anyway, maybe someone should have listened to it before you put it on the air. Thanks for listening
