From these unreleased images, it looks like FarmVille is treating us to another Halloween Basket event this year.
As with previous years, this collection event means that we will collect items, perhaps these candies shown above, and then trade them in for redeemable prizes.
Note, unreleased items have no official release date or guarantee that they will make it to FarmVille and are subject to change without prior notice.

Great article for Halloween, People were afraid of evil spirits, and I thought the only way to avoid them would be disguised as horrible creatures. This is the meaning of Halloween costumes of the ancient world. This tradition was then mixed with the Roman and Christian tradition for Halloween we know today.

I was hoping it would be released Oct 1!! I’m ready to start trick or treating NAO! Also, the Valentine Cow thing is just a placeholder, they’re not revealing the actual prizes here (they might not even know what they are yet themselves)
