FarmVille Winter Horse Paddock & Winter Pasture Arrives

Now your Winter Wonderland animals will have a warm place to go this Winter season as some new animal housing and breeding facilities debuted today in FarmVille.
There’s a a Winter Horse Paddock to store your horses and also a Winter Pasture to store your cows. Each of these animal housing can be used to store and breed your animals. The Winter Horse Paddock and Winter Pasture work the same as regular Horse Paddock and Pasture animal housing. You will be given the frames and then collect building supplies to finish their construction. The main difference is their physical appearance which has been upgraded to fit our Winter Wonderland farms.

Bull****, I already have a fully exspanded horse paddock on my WW, bug the crap ou of your neighbors for everything starting to not be fun….

The more things you have to build the more neighbors you need, especially since they’ve limited the help you can get & the help you can give to friends/neighbors by making you ask for parts individually from specific neighbors & knocking them off available for various periods for more help. & where I could help neighbors on posted requests a lot before after 1-3 (varies & I haven’t figured out — mainly because too much to do & I’m just about positive that the quantity of stuff they have us doing is to keep us from bugging them about the flaws & problems they’ve made. They want more customers so give us more to do & get. Just more zynga greed & irresponsible business practices.
Borders, if not falls within, totally unethical. They don’t care.
Just so, not illegal & a way in which the could be held accountable financially. Don’t get caught ethics.

Winter Horse pasture was on screen when I went to open & I was in my home farm. No place to put it there ~~ that is if it would work there anyway. I couldn’t place it. IT SHOULD HAVE GONE INTO MY GIFTBOX BUT DIDN’T. WHEN I WENT OFF & ON THE FARM AGAIN, I WAS IN WINTER WONDERLAND 2ND TIME ~~ THE COW PASTURE CAME UP IN PLACEMENT. HAD TO PLACE SINCE DIDN’T WANT TO LOSE IT OR SPEND TIME TRYING TO GET BACK. STILL NO HORSE 1. IT’S THE HORSE 1 THAT’S IMPORTANT.
TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT MEANT HERE BEFORE ON QUEST COMMENT “Master Frosty Mini Horse to Level 1 (Stable rotation should get it done in no time)s” Without having built a stable? & then to build a stable to meet quest requirement for a stupid small bonus didn’t seem worth it. BUT TO THEN GET ANOTHER BUILDING THRUST UPON IT IS ADDING INSULT TO INJURY.
So, I now have no place to aid in quest requirement & have a building on a farm that I have no animals for. & HAVE MY NOSE RUBBED IN THE INSULT.
They now do stuff & don’t give you the Rules of the Game ~~ like giving you an animal (penguin) quest that you need to harvest for the next step. Placement of animal isn’t limited or specified but dumped into your giftbox with those of like kind, If you put it on the wrong farm it doesn’t count, you can’t buy another in the market, or adopt, so you’re effectively screwed up for whole 2nd part of quests.
I just got thru planting for a co-op on WW where the crops could be planted but NOT counted towards the co-op. Since they’ve made me cynical about their game already — 1 problem or another almost continuously for last yr. & since crop was very short term that it was worth a shot not terribly disappoint on that 1.

Nope. Paddock already fully expanded on WW, nowhere near full, why on earth would I want to waste time an effort building another?
What was the point of having a normal paddock on WW to build in the first place?

stupid ****s at Z releasing either stuff before we got WW farm, so we couldnt place it on WW or weeks later so we have to do it all again…. pathetic….. zynga staff should be shot

I was able to use my SD boxes to build mine this morning…found a great use for them…able to expand mine to the fullest.

I really hope they let us exchange the paddock we already built for the winter version – it’s not our fault that they are late in bringing these out. I have friends who have already built everything on their winter farms – pet run, aviary, paddock, etc
& I’m sure that they will be furious. I only built 1 paddock & a chicken coop, & I’m angry too.

Farmville winter farm is not big enough to put all this stuff on!!!!! and the quest are terrible if you can only grown 60 at a time… mini frosty horse takes two days and the quest only goes for 3 days. Unless you buy FV dollars….

The Horse Paddock and the Cow Pasture can be purchased from the Market for ZERO coin.
The popups are the heads-up where you may place your animal since some players might be confused. Just close the popup and move on.

Yeah. Winter Wonderland quest really stink.
They’re back at it again with pushing. Maybe they just need to slow us down to buy time for more stuff. Fix the problems — like posting & gifting loss. Noticed something else (other than you have to ask individually for almost everything now that you had to ask individual friends for) that the were taking control of. Hard to track lost gift & requests answered in their new speedy super-duper giftbox. Does anyone know if when you send something & get a window on return gift if what you write gets to the person. It used to come up in the gifts/request box in fb apps. Now can’t cue in friends privately without going thru rigamarole of fb msg.

Don’t try to plant any crops for a co-op there. Doesn’t count them even tho the show up in Market & grow. Really bombed out some. Only luck that it was raspberries.
But I was in WW when co-op completed. & weird screen for it’s completion cam up with WW crops as a reward for early gold completion then flashed away. I couldn’t even bring up co-op any way & didn’t get any rewards. I had no co-op crops there @ the time. just happened to be there. Zynga hard working program developers need to be fixing their problems like gifts & posting instead of playing with themselves with absurd new farm & impossible quests. No the impossible to complete frustrates players enuf who no longer complain or band against them the way the did a yr. or more ago.
Anybody notice that they figured a way to get more money by letting us buy special animals now for outrageous prices & at same time offer expansions to overcrowded &/or tiny farms. Guess they began to get it that we weren’t spending FV$ which we HAD to pay for so they decided to have us go broke in coins, then we might buy either FV$ or Coins which they also sell. I’ve refused to buy anything & frustration making want to leave.

Guys. I have read the comments here and most of the comments are unjustifiable about Farmville or Zynga.
Firstly, people complaining about harvesting frosty horse for the quest. I finished the Winter set of quests last week, well before time. The best thing Zynga has done with all the Winter quests is that they have not blocked it to WWL farm. If you notice, the Winter quest icon is visible on all the 4 farms!!! Just planting the Winter crops is restricted to WWL but harvesting the animals received from the rewards can be done in any animal pen from any other farm. I received the frosty horse and placed it in my ready horse paddock on my home farm (as I didn’t had paddock on WWL). The horse paddock changed to 96% and then after 15-20mins, it was ready to be harvested and the frosty mini horse was harvested with it! It is that simple unlike the lighthouse cove quests where the quests stayed at lighthouse cove farm.
I appreciate the new additions to the game and have observed Zynga does improve from the feedback they receive from us.
I agree that they launched the WWL horse paddock and cow pasture late but its not a big deal to build these anymore. The reason that they have added its building materials in the special delivery box. With the farmville friends feature, we already receive 100s of special delivery daily. I had 200+ special delivery in my gift box which I utilized in finishing both these buildings on my WWL in few mins. I have also expanded the other breeding pens to the fullest on my other farms using special delivery boxes. We can’t still be addicted to it and still be all negative about the game. I love playing Farmville inspite of the few glitches and problems as I have more things to like in the game than to hate.

Brilliant – now you DO need to build that stupid winter edition as part of the “To Green or not to Green” quest.
But well, I hardly ever manage to finish those WW quests on time, because I refuse to waste Instant Grows for lousy rewards in return, so I guess I’ll simply ignore the whole series of that quest line.

The WW is pretty to say the least but hard to add everything to it without expanding. Unless you have 300 neighbors you cannot expand for coins. Since I had at one point 300, but many have left for a variety of reasons. So getting new neighbors is nearly impossible. Hate to crowd my WW farm with pastures, cow pens etc. Quests take too long and too many. Oh for the simpler days of farming and helping your neighbors farms. Now with all the quests, there is almost no time to be neighborly. ZYNGA great concepts with too many OOS issues. Please slow down and let us catch our breath. So I don’t think I can find room on my WW farm to a cow pasture. Will try and place it elsewhere and see if it works. To all who can expand, kudos. There is no more fun anymore. All you do is bug everyone for something all the time. Not a happy farmer right now and it is the Christmas season. So give us a Christmas present, like peace and joy in FV. Oh in my stocking, I would like to expand for less than 300 neighbors. I know that ain’t gonna fly, but I thought I try anyway. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL.
