This week’s FarmVille Mystery Game has been updated with all new Autumn themed prizes that you will not see available in the market.
You can purchase a chance at the Mystery Game for 16 FV$ farm cash per dart and as always playing is your own risk. You are never guaranteed to win all the prizes featured in the box, but have the option of purchasing them directly using farm cash if you are willing to pay higher prices.
The contents of this week’s game includes some great prizes like the highly anticipated FarmVille White Unicorn!

I got the unicorn with my first dart, which is cool because that never happens to me…I’m so happy! The balloon I popped was red and it was far left, third row, second red balloon in that row from the left. Not sure if that will help anyone, because I think the game is random for each different dart thrower, but I hope someone can get a unicorn that way too! Good luck! By the way, does anyone know if this will be breedable?

oh gawd… they are making so much more money doing it this way then buying the old mystery boxes. When I bought a box and opened it and didn’t get what I wanted I had to go back to the market to buy another one and I rarely did it right away and sometimes talk myself out of it but this way…. you don’t get what you want and …. try again?… it is so easy to just keep trying until you get what you want even when you end up with 5 bridges when you didn’t even want one and end up spending so much more then when they were boxes. I rarely got more than 2 or 3 boxes each time but now… holy cow, I’m embarrassed when I think of how many balloons I’ve popped for one game.

Yay! I got the unicorn! Was with my second dart. For me it was second from the left in the 4th row (a blue balloon). I got a skunk first, which is actually kind of cute.

@SuzieO, I threw about 16 or so darts to try to get that poolhouse and pool when those were in the mystery boxes and never got either one. That was when the potbellied pigs were part of the prizes, which was so lame. I agree, it is much harder to resist a balloon throw than to open a mystery box which may be part of Zynga’s plan to sell more darts….make it more “fun” or something. Thus I ended up with about 12 pigs, thinking, well, the next throw HAS to be the poolhouse, right? LOL….wrong. I feel better having gotten the unicorn first try this game but also want the bridge so am debating throwing a second dart. I sure don’t want any of the common prizes although the skunk is kind of cute.

I got a skunk .. 18 farmcash for a skunk doesn’t make me very happy. Farmcash is hard to come by I guess that’s because they expect you to go out and spend money on Farmville giftcards, which is crap lol. But the skunk cute, I tried to use @The Warrior Princess’s method but she’s right, they are at random was hoping for a unicorn. Skunk will have to do lol.

Sad! The unicorn doesn’t go in the stable. I also purchased some other gray horse for $20FVC but then when I went back it was gone from my farm. :/

I haven’t tried yet, was trying to find out if the unicorn was breedable or not. The game had a glitch and I bought a mustang for 20FVC but when I refreshed it was gone…I was so mad!!!

tossed four darts….not one rare item…and that fountain is the ugliest one they have EVER done!!!. If you could breed the unicorn I would keep trying…but I’m done. I have decided I am not playing this game anymore…even if the Pegasus ends up in it. It is just not worth ending up with all the crap. Congrats to those of you who got the Unicorn!!!

I was disappointed that the unicorn was only available as a game of chance which I never play. I clicked on it anyway to see if it would show what prizes were available. It told me that I had a free dart throw so I went for dead middle, blue. Got the unicorn for free after I waited and saved for it. That was very cool.

Hey guys I just heard from someone on the farmville nation discussion page that the unicorn WILL be able to be placed into the stable soon. So, not sure if this is just a rumor or if it is true, but this person said the unicorn may function as a stallion! Will let you know if I hear anything official….

@Fay, they took that option away to purchase them directly but I don’t know why. Some have speculated it’s because they knew people would throw a ton of darts trying to get the unicorn.

On my first try I got the unicorn!!! That NEVER happens to me!!! Mine was in the 4th column, 3rd row down green dart (just like a couple of other people who’ve posted on here– so thank you much for posting that!!). I’m an animal collector and totally tempted to play again for the skunk or hedgehog, but am going to try walk away now (don’t want to end up with a bunch of bridges and fountains!!!). Hope Farmville changes things and allows us to breed the unicorn! Baby unicorn foals would be super cute!

300 FV cash 6 fountains, Bridge, etc every thing but the unicorn lol – thanks for the info above but don’t copy coz they are all in different places as I didnt get one from the above instructions – go with your gut instint haha
**And the fountains are nasty — if you get more than 1 thing you should be able to sell it back for some Farm cash.

Used my free dart from a gamecard, and got unicorn first try with a random yellow balloon. Lucky me! I just hope she goes in the stables eventually for a foal.
I considered trying again for the skunk or porcupine but not for 18 FC. 16 I might’ve.

i got the unicorn on the red balloon last row last balloon.
i had a fountain in the middle [blue balloon]
and i got 2 more fountains [hate them
] 2 hedgehogs, 1 skunk & 1 fall bridge.
i hate the bird so its good that i didnt got that one, and i really dont like the fountain, but the hedgehog and skunk are very sweet! the hedgehog has an animation but i didnt saw one on the skunk yet.
i wouldnt have use the “buy it now” button but for some reason there was none this week. anyone else noticed this?

Just wanted to say thanks to the first few posters in this thread, because I got the unicorn on my 2nd try, and 1st try I got the bridge.
Both times I used spots mentioned here, which makes me think it’s really not random at all. Or I just got extremely lucky. 
Anyways, the bridge was in the 2nd row from the left, 4th balloon down (blue) and the unicorn was 2nd row from the right, 3rd balloon down (green). Good luck!

I tried 4 times and got the bridge, the skunk and 2 hedge hogs. Spend 72 cash total. Really wanted the Unicorn, hate the bridge, don’t need the second hedgehog but I turned my skunk facing my dragon and every time the dragon hisses fire the skunk hisses and the hedgehog hides when the skunk lifts his butt!

Luckily I got the unicorn with the first dart (lowest blue balloon on the right side of the screen if that means anything). I wish I’d come here first though because I thought it could be bred. No such luck. It’s basically useless. Should have saved the farmcash for the Gypsy Horse and the 28×28 expansion.

People its a game of chance – which means you might get what you want and you might not. If you don’t like the odds then don’t play.
If will be very odd if they do let the Unicorn go in the stables to breed. Its an amazing mythical animal, combination of goat, horse and lion and can only be tamed by a Virgin – not an animal to be condemned to anything as prosaic as a stable.

i am SO dopey!
I used my free dart and got the SKUNK!
lol its cute tho… then i wanted to use my other free dart, but i didnt know i had to go ALL THE WAY back to my gift box to use it!! stoooopid… so i threw 3 more, hedgehog, bridge, fountain, no unicorn
and i realized it didnt take my other free dart!
so i went and got the 2nd free one and Poof! Unicorn!
so technically i got it for free..lol after 4 18FV Cash throws

And then I went and bought the new cow… LOL cause well.. I had to. HAHA

After getting a hedgehog, five skunks(!), the bridge and two fountains, I finally got a unicorn. It’s the only thing I’ve ever REALLY desperately wanted and the first time I’ve played the mystery game, so to have spent all that time and money on it is pretty disappointing. I’m kind of disgusted with myself for doing it… I mean, “rare” is one thing but for some people it’s nearly impossible. That’s just money-grabbing, Zynga. Not fair

I gave in and spent $45 trying to get the unicorn and suprise suprise I didn’t, I got 2-4 of EVERYTHING else, this is so obviously what Zngya planned so I wont be falling into this one again, no matter what they release- even for the winged horse. I can understand making it a little difficult they need to make money but honestly, for $45 I got 4 skunks, 2 fountains, 2 hedgehogs, a fall bridge, 4 chaffinches and still NO unicorn? I’m a daily player and I’ll happily buy farmcash but this is the wrong way to make people buy it and it makes faithful players like me think again. I wonder why they are losing so many players, I’m thinking I’m going to be one of them very soon.

I spent over $50 (real money) to pop 19 balloons and on my last try before I was out of money – got the unicorn. I have 4 fall fountains, 2 bridges, 5 hedgehogs, 4 skunks, 3 caffinchs (sp?)…..and FINALLY, my unicorn. I don’t know whether I’m mad or amused…a little of both, I think.

Third Row Down, second in from the left, red balloon has a Unicorn. However I am thinking it is totally random seeing all the different positions & also colours of balloons that have won Unicorns. I got it on the second attempt which I was really happy with, However I only played to try to get the unicorn for my daughter & was not happy to find that I could not regift it to her! If we are paying good money to win these things we should be able to ift it if we wan to!
My method for winning this? I shut my eyes & randomly hit enter without looking to see where the dart was going to go lol

ok i played this today and my items are wrong i didnt get the unicorn i got 2 ocelots an eagle an monkey and a donkey yep totally diff items so i goes to zynga live chat had a moan got my fv cash back an apology and looking now i can see why i didnt get the unicorn as it was even in the game i am currently on
because the gifts are totally different very odd and yep got a donkey told zynga they must ne trying to make an ass out of me very upset now to know it wasnt available
