The haystack and hayroll are two more giftable Fall-themed decorations.
The only way to receive them is as a gift from one of your Farmville neighbors, as they are not available for purchase in the Farmville Market.

Yes, also having an issue accepting gifts and putting them on my farm!!! Does anyone know what is going on???? UGH!!
