Farmville Sweet Seeds for Haiti Extended
Farmville’s developer Zynga is now offering an extension of their Sweet Seeds for Haiti campaign.
This time Sweet Corn seeds can be purchased for 25 FV$ and will give you a one week license to plant and harvest the seeds that are ready in 6 hours.The Sweet Corn crop will also never wither.
Zynga promises a special gift item with the purchase of Sweet Corn seeds.The special item is a flag designating that you were a donor for this campaign. Also, if you purchase the Sweet Corn Seeds, you can send a GIFTABLE flag to your Farmville neighbors, otherwise it will be locked for everyone else.
Zynga will be donating 50% of the proceeds to feed impoverished children and their families in Haiti.

How long will they run this? Being a 6 hour crop I would love to wait about 6-9 days to be able to plant this one while having Thanksgiving time off to get full benefit?

I love this idea – I participated in the sweet potato promotion, love that they’re donating money to people in need, and the crop was brilliant. I can’t wait to get started with the sweet corn! Villa here I come!

There are now three of these flags available. The one with the green background from the sweet potato, a blue background one if you get the sweet corn package. And someone can send you the cream background one if they bought sweet corn. Hope this helps you update this!

Can anyone help me, on my friends page it says they donated to the sweet seeds thing and on the bottom u can get the flag. I can’t get it it keeps going to a link with the cows saying I lost some bits. HELP!! I want the flag!!!

My Sweet Corn seems to harvest a lot quicker than 6 hours. Have yet to watch the clock when I plant it but it seems to be taking only 4 hours, not the 6 quoted. Anyone else noticing this?

On my facebook profile, it says ‘Emily has donated to a sweet cause on Farmville.’
When you click the link, it says error at the bottom and opens a blank page.
I have not bought anything from farmville, and as far as it tells me there are no bank account details on my facebook account or farmville account.
The only place i have used my bank things on this laptop is ebay and topshop.com
Is it a hoax, or mix up, or has some one somehow hacked into my bank? D;

This morning I noticed a snowflake on the Sweet Corn panel in the market. The first time I went to the market, the hand holding the corn was in the panel. I clicked on the word special on the left side of the market and when I came back to Seeds, there was a snowflake over the hand holding the corn. My wife tried it and the same thing happened for her. Has anyone else seen this ?
