FarmVille Pick Up Truck
FarmVille announced via their official FaceBook Fan Page that the FarmVille Pick Up Truck Seeder would be coming soon to farms near you!
You may remember that earlier this month FarmVille polled farmers via the official FarmVille Forum and asked us to vote on what the next vehicle released should be.
We conducted the same poll at FarmVille Freak, and FarmVille Freaks also chose the Pick Up Truck as the next FarmVille Seeder with the most votes. Farmers have been requesting a Pick Up Truck for a long time now, as many feel that no real farm is complete without a Pick Up Truck.
Some of the other choices included in the poll were Fire Truck (second choice on FarmVille Freak), Trolley, and Dump Truck.

I hope this will be associated with a new co-op job as they stated earlier this month too, I want one, after using the school bus tractor, seeding and harvesting is so slow.

Love it! Only wish the vehicles and the wagons could be rotated too. Also that it will be affordable to everyone. I do miss the good ol farmville days.

If I recall correctly, this item will allow people to plot 3×3, like the school bus. I also thought they were going to include another harvester vehicle.
I am concerned on how and when you will obtain these items. Co-Op might be reasonable. We will probably see it when they have the garage ready.

Nice… but it would be REALLY nice if it was a 3×3 that we could earn by co-oping, like we did with the school bus plow. And now that I’m finished writing that, I see Patrice had the same idea… I wonder if they will be so good to us???

AS I HAVE ALL THE VEHICLES TO DO 9×9 IF THIS ISN’T SELLING FOR DOLLARS AND NOT FC I MAY JUST GET ONE, PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT CAN’T COMPETE WITH WHAT I WON MAKES NO SENSE IF IT’S FC,BUT IT IS WHAT I WANTED LOL

I would like to see the mail truck used as a 3×3 harvester, as it is it just sits there and dose nothing but take up space. how about it? It is perfect for a harvester. The truck is great if it is a 3×3 seeder.

answer to number 8 it will probably be the same as the hot rod tractors we might have to pay 5o thousand coin or 55 farm cash, but holy finally something to add to my collection, man if i could only get the school bus plow i,ve been trying to get it for weeks

i have the one that plows 9×9 and also i can seed and tractor a 9×9 as well. would be a waste of time to get this. a garage would be nice though

No farm should be without a “pickup”…hope we can get it, like we got the School Bus Plow..by working a co-op.

I have a building suggestion. fence in a plot and add a feeder and water trough , add mud and you have a pig pen

Yes, I am glad that there are alot of smart people who voted for the pickup. I can not understand the reasoning behind a fire truck, semi truck, cement truck, trolley, or minivan. I personally favored the dump truck because it went well with the plow…but the pickup is a fine choice.
Speaking of co-ops, my group has completed all of them. It is time for some new crops (not the limited kind) and some new co-ops jobs. I believe that the introduction of the beehive and crafting buildings shows that Zynga has lost focus. I am glad that I did not use my beehive because it seems like a lot of trouble for very little payback.
Yes, a garage would be nice to store my farm vehicles…..but I bet we have to use farm cash to get one

if its for farmcash im not buying it and if its a co op prize im not doin it cos i only got one neighbor who plays and in previos ones we have only just got bronze if its for coins i will probably buy it even if its for something like 3 million (ill have tosave up 1st i only have about 1.5 i would have more but i bought 2 fan sheep)

Most farmers keep their machinery in barns or machine sheds, not garages. If this is a farm truck to use in the field, that’s what kind of building we need. If they get passenger vehicles at a later date, a garage might be appropriate.

Be nice if we could JUST buy it. I for one and several of my friends have quit the co-op thing! Too many “dead beats” So to be fair it should be available to every one the same way!
Always a catch to everything. Why not just make life simple for us poor farmers!!

Honestly, no matter how “cool” it will be/look, I would have wished for something entirely different. Several, in fact.
1. As several other posters point out, it would be nice to have a place like a garage to store our farm machines.
2. How about a “Going Green” plow tractor, specifically powered by our cows! It would be great for everyone that is constantly LOW on gas, and it’s cow powered. Of course, it each cow might be limited on their endurance, but with up to 40 cows in maxed out cow barn, it would add more incentive for collecting cows and expanding the cow barn space.
(These other two are a little off topic…)
3. I want to STORE my old event items, like the christmas tree, the Easter basket, and other stuff. At the moment, Ive got them hidden – but I really wish I could store them.
4. Why is the Nursery only for cows and horses? What about lambs and baby piglets? And why can’t we breed pigs and sheep, like we can do with cows and horses?
5. A woolery! It would be awesome to add a wool making crafting shop to the game! I love sheep (I also collect sheep stuff) and it would be a COOL crafting element.
Anyways, sorry this is too long and a little off topic, but those are my wishes for the game.

PS: I though I had read that all buildings were supposed to become “rotatable”. As far as I can tell, I’ve only got one item that rotates (hat was also the only house I bought after the announcement). Am I wrong that all buildings are supposed to be rotatable now? Or do I just have a bug or something…
