OMG did it again!!!! This past quest last week asked for Ambrosia which is level 4 fairy kitchen and had been locked out of that one because of it. I JUST completed getting to level four and fricken BAM now the new set requirements in quest 3 is BOG STEW……..#$$&^*(*(%##$@…………….That damn thing is level 5………&^$%*&*&!!!!! Its not like I wasn’t working on this kitchen its just trying get bushels and maybe even SLEEP that makes it a bit of work to get there. So now I am forced out of another one thank you (z) world……^%#$#%&^*&*.

The end prize of ‘Goblin Unicorn’ looks awfully similar to the Goblicorn that I already have… from a troll/treasure, I think?

I have to agree with Marv on this one. I didn’t think I was going to be able to do last weeks quest because of the crafting requirement, but thanks to some sales and crafting, I was able to make whatever that Level 4 recipe was. Now they want a Level 5 recipe!!!! I still need around 30 more upgrades, some of which would require 5 (or more) times to upgrade. That may just be too much.
I’ve been farming for over 3 years and I think there were maybe 2 quests that I wasn’t able to complete…and both of those were those month long Hawaiian ones, and that was because of some high craft levels required. This one may make 3 quests….
These quests almost make you think that you are penalized if you didn’t buy early access for Enchanted Glen????

I did buy early access, and I still have 23 more goods to level up to get to level 5. I have been farming since the first week of FV. I am over level 300 in the regular game. I find this level 5 ridiculous. If I’m not there, then hardly anyone else is either. GOOOOOOODDDDDD GRRRIIIIEEEEEEFFFFF!

It’s all part of $ynga’s more determined strategy to squeeze as much money out of us mugs (others, not me
).
I used to do all the quests if I knew I had a chance at completing them and like others, the only ones I have missed have been the month long, return to {insert farm name here} quests.
Now that there’s no chance for me completing them except by forking out money to $ynga, it’s like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I’m no longer as manic to complete these quests as I used to be.

I totally concur. I’ve never missed completing a quest (on time or ahead of time) since this ‘quest’ feature rolled out.
So for the first time, I sat out on the anti-Valentine quest since I am avoiding the dairy build for a reason. Forcing me to have one seems a bit much unless there are very compelling prizes.
I bought early access for all the new farms after EC and stopped at Enchanted Glen. It’s a lot of farms to maintain regulary NO LONGER daily. Zynga is well-aware of the majority of players are not at level 5 so in essence, if you want to complete the quest, hand over the FV cash. That’s the whole point, force a hand to make us pay. I couldn’t complete chapter 7 because not enough of my neighbors were working on this quest.
If I had to pay FV cash to complete my quest, I’d just buy from the market and skip the agony of playing catch-up.

Bog Stew. You need to be level 5 which I think no person would have reached and I have to level up 31 more recipes, so now I know I will not continue with this quest.

Oh not again!Last time i lost the quest because of the ambrosia . now needs 5 kitchen level .It’s impossible to level up 35 recipes to get the level 5 kitchen! They must change it otherwise we will not plasy anymore

What is with no longer having advance information on up and coming quests?
Who cares about unreleased animal and other crap. Without the up and coming quest info you site is becoming pretty pointless.

i started the quest, but as usual Zynga wants to be greedy and either make people pay for expanding their building to level 5 or else…its total bs..you cant get decent decorations from the market because of the price of things, now we are being limited to the quest rewards we are able to collect as well…ZYNGA u are suckin more and more…

worked my butt off, but i got my kitchen to level 5! These posts are super helpful (I know I’m just repeating myself) but since I got a heads up, i was able to get my kitchen up-to-speed so thanks again!!!

It is possible to get to level 5, but your friends have to buy your goods. Or you spend all your time raising crops to level up the restaurant instead of the crops for the quests. And why not another quest in EG for those of us who are not buying early access? If Atlantis didn’t look so darned gorgeous I would be stopping Farmville this minute.
