Even though I expanded my English Countryside Farm when I grow harvest hops I get no bushels. I will be abandoning it because you cannot do anything in there if you don’t get a bounty when you harvest.

By reading most of the comments, most people have the same opinion as i do.. i love the fact that the new English farm is a chance to start again with different buldings, animals etc.. But there are 2 things that i dislike about the new English farm .. How you cannot transfer the items you have in your normal farm to the new farm and how everything you want to make (e.g Nursey Barn ,Pond etc..) you have to either be sent the equipment or buy it for FV cash.. and i am never going to put real money on to do so!!.. i’m not bothered at all about the pause beacuse you dont have to pause it as there is a option!

The PAUSE feature would be fine if we could choose it. Then it would be the best of both ‘worlds’. Concentrate on one or work both. If a problem arises and you can’t harvest then whisk yourself away to the other farm and pause your crop so you want lose it. Make it an option please.

Why tout “faster mastery” for weeks and weeks if that is the opposite of the truth. With a smaller farm, many less plots to grow on, pausing my main farm is definitely NOT leading to faster mastery of anything. Will not be playing EC until pause is removed.

FarmVille has sucked when they started the Co-Op with the cartoons. The menu sucks now, the clothes option sucks, and. he best i thought this was cool, until I realized you pause one of your farms. I do not play anymore, and I am trying to play back, but it just sucks. What happened to early 2010. That was the best. And the first winter event was awesome, with gifts, the 2010 Winter was garbage. I miss the Yukon event, that was the best, and the mystery box.

I would like to play EC but i wont due to the Pause feature. I just think Zynga should at least tell people what their intentions are so we can all go about our business. If they have NO intention of changing the pause it would be nice to know i can not worry about those bottles or love potions. As it is I have been keeping the ones people send me, just in case they change the pause feature. As of right now i completed the quest to get an english farm but i dont visit. It is still the exact same way i found it.

As I stated above I just think it would be nice to know if they have any intentions of changing it or not. My gift box would be relieved!

Okay, after a previous post on not wanting an English farm before I even got one, FV Goddess asked us all to reserve judgment and give it a try. I am a 111 level FV user, have been growing my farm practically since it came out. I have also been known to go down the slippery slope of buying FV dollars. I have given the English farm a try, have done a bunch of the tricks, grew a few designer sheep, etc., but have returned to my main farm and at first was disappointed with the lack of growth. However, ultimately what this has done for me is made me realize that FV growth or lack thereof is not the end of the world and has made me less of an avid and anxious user. Free at last. I wonder if anyone else feels this way and if so, bad move Zynga.

Was excited…sadly disappointed. Need surveys from friends to expand the small farm…need postcards from friends to pass first quest. Need…need …need. It reminds me of Frontierville which was so frustrating, constantly having to beg my friends for things to pass the next mission and then there was just another mission where you had to beg for more. I sold the airship and got $2500 so that was pretty cool. I don’t plan to ever return. (plus why would I spend time farming on a small plot of land when I have a large farm already…and my large farm gets paused when I tend to the mini one…no sense at all)
