FarmVille Known Issue: Cannot Post or Share Feeds on Facebook News Feed

Yet another problem is plaguing FarmVille today and this time it involves the inability to post or share Feeds on your Facebook News Feed.
Posting or sharing Feeds on Facebook is key to many aspects of FarmVille play. We need to do this to share items with our neighbors, complete quests, and ask for help.
This problem has become a FarmVille “Known Issue”. Zynga is aware of the problem and working on a fix. For this problem, there is a possible workaround that may help (see below).
FarmVille Known Issue: 1-4-2012 Cannot post or share feeds
Last Update: 1/04
Description: Since 1/04, players are reporting that they cannot post or share their feeds
Status: The FarmVille studio is aware of these reports and is investigating the issue.
Possible Workaround: Trying scroll down. Feeds may appear below the game.

Farmville every time I click to share the Game jumbs out and I have refresh , this happent about 5 times , then the game freezes , I can’t post requests for a long time .
Then every view minutes this popup comes on to you want the secure webpage , then the next popup is : the top it say’s WINDOW INTERNET EXPLORER
A script is on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly .
If it continues to run , your compputer might become unresponsive .
then it gives you a choice …….. yes or no , it don’t matter what you click it comes back . I have not found anything to contact Farmville again , a while back I did contact them and they replyed , THEY ARE WORKING ON IT and till this nothing works right . I like the Game but I don’t have all day to play it , now I can’t comptete tasks , since it wont post requests and on and on , tired to refresh the game and start over .

The last time this started to happen it was 5 weeks before it was fixed. I hope they are faster with the fix this time, Another problem that goes along with this one I can’t return gifts from “inbox” on farm page or request helpers for snowflakes from craftshop. This effects many things on games.

From a friend of a friend: FV NEIGHBORS: When you need to post, scroll down to the bottom of your page.
I found my posts close to the bottom. NOTE: This doesn’t work for everyone, especially if your screen freezes before the window comes up for you to publish.

So, how are we supposed to finish these quests without being able to post? Explains why all of a sudden I’m having a hard time getting friends to send me crap…

This Zynga company can’t seem to get ANY of their games working right!!!! You’d think an 8 BILLION dollar company could pull it’s head out of it’s A$$

I found that I can still post by scrolling down past the ads on the bottom to find my post box (this is on Google Chrome however – I don’t know if that works with Internet Explorer as I gave up trying to post requests on that !)

If you scroll to the bottom of the page,after clicking share,your post is there.

I have had this issue for over a month and a half. NONE of my feeds will post, can’t share most things, and I’ve not been able to complete any quests unless I happen to see a friend posting for parts. Consequently, I only finish half of them. Missed out on completing the 12 days of Xmas because of this issue. Have posted numerous times to Zynga about this… No response. QUIT sending out new quests and FIX THIS PROBLEM!

I’ve given up clicking on the quests because none of the posts go through. Just tonight I tried again and nothing..None of my farm friends know i need something, requesting and they cannot help me at all. This is not fair at all. To continue we must pay usually 30 FC to proceed to the next because of 1 more that was never posted…I give up..so i am just going to ignore the quests.

i havent been able to post or request items for quests since they came out with the winter wonderland on any of my farms, ive wrote so many letters but they still dont fix it so im ready to quit the game altogether and i sure am not gonna buy anymore farm cash. ive spent a lot of money and time on this game but i wont be no more cause they wont fix the problem.

I can’t post any FV feeds to my wall. I try posting a help request and i get an error. Then it locks out for reposting for hours! Unfair when you NEED friends help to complete these quests.

Posting is possible again when I use Google Chrome or Safari instead of Internet Explorer 8 or 9. Sorry Microsoft!

I can post to my wall but it is not seen in the FV news feed. It means my neighbors have to come to my page and scroll through to help or get what they need. This is getting old and another quest is started. Most of my neighbors are not playing because Zynga has not fixed this issue whether is being not able to post or posting only to wall. You think we have all the time in the world. It took over 2 hours to go through 10 neighbors basically out of 120 that are still playing to get the items. I had to go down to 20 hours on their wall. There is nothing posting to the feed except on the the wall.
This needs to be fixed. I feel awful asking the same ten neighbors for help. But I have no choice. I can quit the quest. I can just quit Farmville. And soon others will follow.

Morning, I cannot post quest requests, however I can post items to share….Been a problem for months. It has worked sometimes but for the most part, it doesn’t work. Like others I am about ready to give up. Too bad it can be great game. Have a nice weekend.

Can’t post requests for quests, cna’t gift to friend with names starting with a-b, can’t use request links to have items sent. If we are not able to get this fixed so we can gather the beautiful items we want like everyone else, FV should give them to us since we were not able to participate in the quest or the countdown for Valentines! It is not our fault we can’t get the items and I work hard on my farm to help neighbors all the time and send gifts and requests. I should not be penalized because Zynga Farmville isn’t working. Thank you!

Some of us farmvile players are having trouble with askng for goal help. There is no share page after we click ask. It will not post to my wall/homepage. Some players have stopped playing fv. Without good quality and serice you will continue to loose the respect of farmville players and will meet your own demise.

I have not been able to post any of the quest and get help from friends to finish them so I have missed out on alot of the stuff that you get. I just finish the new quest first stage but cannot start on the second one because I cannot post the feeds for help

I can’t post anything from facebook on my farms. I have to go to farmville.com and I can post. However, the only thing I post that doesn’t expire within seconds is the Valentine quest (top right of page). Then only five people can click on it, then it expires. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. Seven of my friends are also having the same problem. IT”S FRUSTRATING!!! I love the game, but not the problems. If it doesn’t get fixed soon, I don’t think my friends or I will play anymore. Can’t finish any quest unless it appears on home page from someone else. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!

can’t share or post feeds, going on three weeks now. Am frustrated, some of my friends have deleted FarmVille.m thinking of doing the same.

Neighbours cant see my post on their facebook it happens most of the time when farmville post my feed automatically , but sometime it allows me to post my feed manually and when this happens everything works fine.

Iam facing problem from last two weeks i cant share anything nor i cant post either, i cant complete my quests because i cant ask anything from my neighbours and my crops also getting witthered does anybody know whats the problem going on. Thanks

My experience with this issue is that when i try and post something from Farm Ville on my walls the prompt comes up but the “Share” button is not lit up and is not click-able.
