What happened to Shutterbug Ribbon?!
The Shutterbug Ribbon has been deleted by the Farmville gods!
For those of you that have already earned the Shutterbug ribbon, you will find that it has disappeared from your ribbon collection in Farmville.
The Shutterbug Blue Ribbon required you to take 50 photos of unique farms, meaning you had to have visited 50 different farms.
I wonder why the developers took this ribbon away, especially after some of us already earned it. Ideas? Also, does it mean that they will be adding new ribbons for us to earn? That empty space where the Shutterbug Ribbons used to be just looks sad.

idk but i earned it, and had my last page completed all the way (blue ribbon in each) then they took it away it looks so cheap now.

My thought was that it was exploitable so you could just do the same neighbors farm over and over til it added up. They wanted people to have the number of friends that the farm photos required. It’s good advertising for the game itself, I think they will probably re-add it when they can make sure people aren’t exploiting it for easy ribbons.

They probably removed it because a lot of people (including me) were experiencing difficulty with it. When ever I would take a picture, it would not count it. The counter had stopped at 13, even though I had taken a picture of 20+ individual farms. I saw many people complaining abou this. So I suppose they go sick of hearing it, so they just removed the whole thing. Thats my guess.

my guess on why they took the ribbon away is that it was just basically two ribbons for the same thing.
e.g. you have 50 neighbors, you get the local celebrity blue for the fact that you have them, and you can also get the shutterbug all the additional job it required was that you take photos of their farms.
easy ribbon, easy money, easy xp.
shutterbug blue was by far easier than say, crop whisperer blue.

I really never liked this ribbon so I’m glad they took it out. I had the red ribbon for it and going for the blue but I must admit it was a pain and like someone mentioned the counter for it had too many problems. I had 15 pics at one point and it took 5 out the next day and so on. annoying, glad its gone.

thanks for opening up the garden shed to more members. My farmville friends and I are glad that we can decorate our gardens. Can we please have more variety of flowers and fruits. It would be nice to have some new items (plants, gifts for each level eg. after level 37, something for farmers to look forward too. thanks.
