The Farmville – Mafia Wars Hot Rod Tractor surfaced in the “wild” again.
FarmVille Mafia War Tractor
The Hot Rod tractor will work as such:
If you play Mafia Wars and are at least a level 10 player, you will have access to buy the Hot Rod tractor in FarmVille using coins, rumored 45,000 coins. If you do not play Mafia Wars, then the Hot Rod Tractor is only purchasable with farm cash, rumored to be a whopping 55 FV$.
There is no release date as of yet. So if you really want the tractor, start playing Mafia Wars now and keep your level 10 on reserve.

Well I have level 10 on Mafia Wars weird I don’t think I have ever played it so I guess it was that easy to level up.

I know I want this item. I started Mafia Wars tonight…unfortunately. However, not knowing how to play the game at all I managed to get to level 6 in a matter of about 15 mins. Does not seem like a hard task to make it to level 10. Or at least I hope not! haha

Not a rumor. already have it on my market. got to level 6 in Mafia wars by just doing stupid jobs and only putting points on energy, took me about 10 minutes. level 10 should be ready in an hour or two when my energy goes back up.

I think this is a fake, what makes me suspicious is the “Get This” button underneath it. I don’t believe anything in the market says this, its always “Buy” But just to cover myself, I may be wrong on this point.

AWESOME im on level 5 on mafia wars i actully just started yesturday morning and im almost to level 6 its very easy leveling up i will be at level 10 by tonight no joke i will wait for my stamia on mafia wars get high up and i already have enough coins for the tractor btw what does the tractor do? does it plow? it should delete objects that would be nice cause i like deleting the plowed spots and plowing them again so i can level up easy cause im trying to get the animal mystery box.

I have logged in from home and from work and in both I can see the hot rod tractor both for “Get this” with MW and for buying with Farm cash.
I’m level 8 now in MW since this morning. Just choose “maniac” as your character type, spend every profile point they give you on energy, and do missions. you get to level 7 in one click session because every time you level up they fill your energy meter. Then it takes probably the rest of the day for energy to go up slowly enough to get to level 10. I’m expecting to get there by tonight and buy the hot rod tractor.
In any case, I’m not using it till they release the Gas Guzzler ribbon so all the gas I spend at least helps do something else.

For those complaining about Mafia Wars…would you rather spend the 55 bucks?!
I’m thankful that there is another option for getting this item, instead of just the usual “Just Farm Cash” option.
I play Mafia Wars (Myspace), so I added this game to my Facebook account. Within 10 minutes, I was at Level 7, and I’ll easily be at Level 10 in a few hours (Just waiting for my energy to recharge).
For those who are new to Mafia Wars, and are only playing it to reach Level 10, just put ALL points INTO ENERGY!
Don’t buy anything unless it’s needed for Jobs. Reaching Level 10 in Mafia Wars to unlock a 55 Farm Cash item is MUCH easier than doing those surveys that paid off maybe 1/20 times…
Farmville is the ONLY Zynga app that seems to be doing good in 2010. You want to see B.S.? Try YoVille. They have been dropping the ball a lot since 2010, and we’re only two weeks into the new year.

The tractor myth is real. It just showed up in my market today. The requirements to own it is – buy it for 55 FV or play MWars and level up to 10; then purchase it for 45000 coins. Down side- It is a Farmville glitch & 1 in 1100 may have the chance to get it!

I can’t believe I was selected as one of the ones for the test group for it. My husband was so mad because he actually plays MW already and I don’t. I played till I reached level 10 and it took about an hour for FV to recognize that I reached level 10 and unlock it for me. It is awesome, SO nice plowing 9 at a time! I don’t know if this will work, but here is a link to a photo of it on my farm. I hope the link works for you guys so that you all can get a better look at it and have some more faith. Hopefully they will make them available to everyone like they did the garden sheds.

the hotrod tractor has been on it’s way for awhile. I have a few neighbors that have been “choosen” for this “experiment.”
the “diseased” cow was part of mafia wars halloween bit where they took items from other zynga games.
For the record, maybe the llama isn’t real, but, I got the Alpaca which is the same thing.

I was one of the lucky ones, starting MW yesterday and Now have the hotrod tractor on my Farm!, agree, it took about an hour for the servers to update and recognise that i had the Mafia level 10. But other friends in Aust cannot even see the tractor in their market place. I guess there was a few selected test farmers……very lucky, makes a really cool groovy tractor sound – way better than the current one. v happy

I got my Hot Rod tractor yesterday. I had read about the marketing ploy to get people to use Mafia Wars. I started with Mafia Wars and in about an hour was at level 10. The following day I looked in the Vehicles section in the Marketplace and the Hot Rod Tractor was already waiting for me to purchase @ 45,000 coins. The tractor is nice … looks great … sounds great … but chews up fuel like there is no tomorrow.

Woohoo, played mafia wars last night and got to level 10 and then this morning the hot rod tractor is available in my market! $45,000 coins, not bad for a couple of hours clicking on mafia wars, miles better than spending my farmville dollars! What i dont understand is why it said it was limited to 21 days? does that mean that even though i have oassed level 10 i can only buy it for a certain amount of tim? not that it bothers me coz ive already bought it but i was just wondering!

Hi there
I started to play MW today and reached level 10 to get the hotrod tractor. I got a message saying i’m eligible for the tractor when i reached level 10.
This message had two options, 1: click button to go to farmville and get tractor or 2: continue playing MW.
I selected option 2 to continue playing MW, but when i went to farmville, it still does not allow me to buy the tractor, saying it’s locked.
Any help or ideas how i can get my tractor?

this is B*l**** i played mafia warsjust to get this tractor and got to lvl 10 and it says get this and eventually sends me to mafia wars where i am indeed lvl10 feel like ive been forced to play one of there games when i didnt want to to get something i didnt get and hell no would i pay 56fv notes or however much its a tractor with a little extra 50,000 coins is a fair price come on put it in the market ffs

Ok, so I just made it to level 10 in mafia wars and I tried to get the tractor and it still says that its locked.. Do I have to wait a couple hours or what? =P

Yes u have to wait for like 30min or something after reaching lvl 10 on MW so your fine

Do the hot rod tractors, seeders, and harvesters use up gas twice as fast? Or are they twice as fuel efficient?
