If anyone was to purchase the Unwither Ring, they would need to spend $40 for 240 farmcash with already having atleast 10 famcash already. There is currently a special to get 310 farmcash as well for $50 if you don’t have enough to send the ring. This would come very hand to people who can’t play often when it comes to 4 or 6 hour crops. Others may feel different, but I think that it is worth it as long as you have the money for it.

I opened several more and got a bunch of junk. Got a love birdbath, which has two birds kissing on the bath, cute but not worth my money. Then I got the love chest, which is just a bigger version of the toy chest, that’s been recolored. Then I got the fancy carriage, which isn’t bad but I’d never buy it off the market, given the chance. Then I got what I wanted in the first place the White Stallion. Guess I can have him and my Pinto pull the fancy carriage…

so i opened a fricken gold egg, and i got fricken farmville flag. it sucks so much i want a golden chicken. So i sold that farmville flag and only got a fricken 25 coins. WTF. and yeah i wish i had all the money in the world to buy every single thing in farmville. but that is just too much

Too expensive and kind of defeats the point of playing the game in the first place… and keep in mind it is sendable only; I couldn’t buy myself one even if I wanted to. Not that this game isn’t easy enough to begin with– it’s literally impossible to fail. Even if you’re just starting out and you run out of money & let everything wither, all you have to do is click on peoples’ bonuses to get money to plow & buy seeds & you’re back in business. I like FV precisely because it is low pressure & has neat themes & decorations, but lets face it– this game is one step above that old pong game we used to play on the first home PCs back in the 80s in complexity. Cheers to anyone who gets the ring, but this is the same kind of charlatanism I see in these stupid FV guides that are for sale all over the place. Also jeers to Zynga for making it sendable only– makes me wonder what else we’ll have to work out trades for in the future. Much more of this nonsense and I will quit Facebook and FV completely. I’m sick of the format changes on FB and I have a feeling this stupid ring is only the beginning of a bunch of “Farmville Secrets”-type crap from Zynga that is going to suck the fun right out of it.

I was helping my neighbors out like I do everyday, and I got a message on one of my neighbors long dead farms that said “he had been away long enough how about applying a free unwither” I clicked accept and behold everything came back to life again..when did this become available? and is this going to be a once a day thing or what?

Reminds me of the ring in the original Nintendo 8-bit “Legend of Zelda”. WAY over priced. But at least in Zelda is was actually WORTH something. First of all, if your crops wither, then you’re not a good player. Period. Secondly, if they wither big deal, just replant them. You get the XP when you plant, not when you harvest so all you’re losing is coins.

I think this is pretty much going to be used by people who want to use their fully grown crops as part of the design of their farm. Kind of like what people do now with hay bales. There are plenty of people out there with lots of time and lots of money who will find this worthwhile. Personally, I have no need for it as I am all about turning my crops over as soon as possible, so the chance of any of my crops withering are slim to none, bar some unexpected emergency in my life. But I definitely see how some people will get good use out of this, and it seems to be reasonably priced given it is a lifetime thing – unless the dopes accidentally sell it, wouldn’t that be a riot?

The mystery boxes are a rip off… now this RING is the best item I have seen so far… and NO I don’t need to it avoid my crops dying… I want it so I can plant stuff that never dies as a decoration! LOVING IT!
I’ve seen people spend almost 250 on mystery boxes just to get 1 item… because they are obsessed with collecting animals or whatever… this ring is well worth it… it is not that much money and it lasts forever!

Wow, just Wow…FV is a money racket now…Don’t think so, just go look at the market Valentine items, only two can be bought with coins. This game is getting SAD. I didn’t mind spending a tad here and there to support the game, but now EVERYTHING that is worth having cost real money. 1-2 items and the mystery box should be all that they have that cost FV cash every month or special occasion and they should have the rest of the items for coins. It isn’t fair that you can’t buy anything for coins anymore. When they started with the FVC items there were just a few every now and again that cost FVC and that is how it should still be. Honestly I think the mystery box should generate them enough money and the other items should be able to be bought with coins. They are getting way too greedy and I think it’s gonna kill the game b/c the ones that can’t afford the FVC items and want to get Valentine (or other holiday) items for their game are gonna be at a huge disadvantage. On top of that, they keep putting out tons of items with no place to store them (100 spaces in storage is not enough, it wouldn’t even hold all my Christmas items), the storage should be unlimited, pretty soon no one will be buying their FVC items b/c they have no where to put them.

I Got a Ring…i got a ring…..cant wait to open it.
Ok..expensive but….very cheap birthday present…
All you saying buy real stuff with the money….K….like rent videos…or go out to dinner…or a movie???? Spend that much on Pizza….ok….so I make homemade pizza and save 40bucks….Now….if I don’t get home from the game on time….no problem….no worries….no dead stuff. And withered crops DO cost you xp points if neighbors fertilized….and mastery points…..which give XP bonus.
Also when we have all these cute crops only available for a while….I can plant a plot of them and have them until I get tired of them. I would love to have had the Forget me nots….hording 15 in my shed now for one spot they look perfect in. My farm is about pretty…..not level up fast. I love the morning glories around the waterfall but they only last for a few hours once ready….now those four plots won’t run my life…..yippeeeeeeee! I think its worth every penny…b ut I do wish it would let me restore neighbors too….even like one or two a week…..Those cost 10 FVcash each….use my ring 25 times and it is gravy from then on.
Yes…my cute critters and flowers are just useless blips on a screen…..but so is a movie or a music download….I spend alot more time on farmville than I do watching TV….but spend 100 real dollars a month for it. I guess its all in how you look at it.
anyway…..soooooo happy and excited……
For me…..the ring just made the game 1000 times more fun…..I am planning a rose garden that never dies….the vampire rose garden of undead things…hehehehe!

I would love to have and would gladly pay for this ring! It would give me the opportunity to decorate better with different plant colors.
Unfortunatly, I do not see any way to gift this to myself. So:
If this were purely a greed motive from the game’s creators, why not enable self gifting? More money would be made and many players would be happier.
I am not happy that I cannot buy this for myself.

the unwither ring is a pretty cool concept. itd be more awesome if they released other features along with the ring, such as faster crop growth rates, higher coin yield, the perfect bunches never get droopy, seeds become free.
also i second the fact that its sad that you cant buy it for yourself. but then again its a valentines day gift. and its isnt really romantic if you have to buy rings for yourself.

The unwither ring should be available to buy to anyone who wants it, i know it was available to buy for a short time, but when i did go to buy one they were not available to buy anymore, only to send, why couldnt it have been a unwither duck or unwither cat, making it a ring was a good idea for valentines day, but what about the rest of us who really want one for themselves, now we cant get one, i know farmville is only a game and people will say, Get A Life, but maybe those people spend their spare time doing something i would see as pointless, i say it takes all kinds, and just live and let live, please make unwither ring available to buy again, sometimes life gets in the way of harvesting, and its a shame to let all that work go to waste.
