they must still be working on some of the bugs, same here. I’m already a fan but the expansion is still locked. simmer down those who are in the same boat… it will be working for us soon i’m sure.
I really like the sauna, but other than that its the only thing that caught my eye in the yukon series.

I’m having the same problem as Monika. I’ve been a Farmville Fan for quite some time now. And sadly, As it says is “Coming Soon”. I know it’s still early in the release of the expansion but is anyone else having the same issue? Maybe Namie is right about the time difference. Guess just wait and see…

I am having the same issue. I have been a fan for a long time. I have 60+ neighbors and enough FV or coins and it still says coming soon. That’s kinda crappy. I waited up to be disappointed.

I have been a fan for a loong time, way before there was this many players–I got super berries for gosh sakes, not many I were around for super berries and I was a fan then and still no expansion for me??? lol. guess I’ll have to wait. I even tired removing from fans to become a fan again but it wouldn’t let me!

One thing i’ve noticed is the farmville fan page is coming up with errors. I too have been a fan and thought i would have no problem (HA!!!!). waiting for this upgrade for months.

Kathie my friend has the same prob with u error it says….. and Maria good for your son. I guess we aren’t lucky at all to expand right away we need to wait more time hahaha shoot!…. i have been a fan ever since i played this game and i am already level 70 but still my 24×24 are still locked!…

Ok, here’s what you do.
Click on the 24×24 box on the left side where you usually see “gift/whoever fertilized you”. Click through. Become a fan, even if you already are. Come back to the game, go to the market and upgrade. Bam. There it is.

As some of you have already discovered, due to the release of the 24×24 Land Expansion, our fan page has been somewhat overloaded with requests. As a result, some users that have already been fans may not be able to get access to the expansion right away.
Our developers are aware of this problem and are currently working on implementing a fix for it as soon as possible. In the meantime, we ask for your continuing patience as we get things sorted. We hope to have everything working properly with the expansion very soon

It gave me my 24×24 option on my farm and when I clicked on it to buy it, it said there as an error you must be a fan so click here to be a fan, so I did and NO FARM UPGRADE! They told us a week ago that it will be available to “fans” first so make sure you become a fan..click on the left side of this page. Well I can handel that and sure enough I have been a fan since the start. you cant sign up now because they closed it to remind you that you should have done it before the cut off date. Well I look and the fan box and my picture is sitting right in there and it says Im a fan. I am a fan with no farm upgrade! The ONLY PROBLEM IS ZYNGA NOT GETTING THIER DUCKS IN A ROW BEFORE THEY RELEASE THESE THINGS ,THAT MILLIONS OF PLAYERS are going to pounce on all at the same time iI started playing all day every day and I realy liked it and I pay fv dollars when I want but Im too pissed tonight.when I wake up in the morning I am CERTAIN I will walk right past the computer and clean my house instead, I will reverse the roll now and see how much dust accumullates on the computer. Im done getting agrivated over A DUMB GAME

Got the 24 by 24 expansion…no problem..love it. But noe any time I open a mystery gift…it takes me back to gift page…and ALSO..every time I try to share penguin or gold egg or baby calf….the post box says “Invalid API Key” What the heck does that mean.

I have struggled to get to 20 neighbours to get the 22×22 expansion. I think this is a step too far for me and it’s not the sort of ‘exclusive gift’ i was hoping for

@Maia: Don’t complain that there still isn’t room for your stuff. With this upgrade you can make your farm 4x bigger than it was when you first started on Farmville. And when it says 24×24 what exactly were you expecting? There’s actually room for 92 extra crops to be planted now which is a lot of extra room. Even if you don’t want the extra space for crops and you want it to buy stupid decorations its still a lot of room. Don’t be so ungrateful. And maybe it’s time to get rid of some of the pointless junk you have lying around.
I am glad they have finally released the expansion. I’ve already purchased it and planted tons of extra crops.

This is ridiculous…its just like the stupid New Year’s Eve ball glitch. They should really tes these before making them available. I still have not gotten my reward to level up as soon as I clicked the ball it counted down, dropped, gave me my new level and BAM!!!! went into a sync problem and took my points and level away. It’s frustrating when you put so much time into this silly game and then these glitches ruin the fun of it. But I will be patient and hope this gets fixed soon. I stilll want my level from New Year’s Eve!!!!! :O :O

It’s not hard to earn the coins, plant peas, morning glory or hot peppers they make money fast plus good xp’s . Getting neighbors is easy as pie, LOL. But now that I know I don’t need more neighbors I’ll add new ones might be more selective of who they are.
Question for all what did you all think it’d be big, we all know after each upgrade in land it’s been tiny and the cost goes up. It’s enough I can make a town, water feature that I made myself and my mega house plus plenty of crops and my barns, animals and such.
May I suggest not keeping everything you get from gifting it’s what makes your farms look cluttered and you really don’t need 100 elfs, chickens, cows and so forth. Just a thought that’d free up a ton of land LOL
anyhow farmville is fun no matter what people say I enjoy these upgrades and have fun chatting back and forth with neighbors and friends seeing what each of us have done to our farms from week to week.

Got the upgrade, love it. Farm still runs pretty much at the same speed, have 19% more space for crops than I did yesterday, going to get mastery signs all that much faster. I have 566 of 576 squares used for crops, animals and trees along the end. Paid the 500,000 coins, still have over 4 million coins left. No complaints here. Maybe we’ll be lucky and get a 26 x 26 eventually, but for now this is more than adequate. Overall, very pleased.

my husband got the land expansion when it was released (early this morning about 12:15 a.m.)but all he has had is nothing but trouble with it. he cann’t get on it keeps saying out of sync and we have been reporting it to them and nothing has happen yet. and i am having trouble also with getting on my farm but his is the worst. who can help. it is making us not want to play anymore. i know there will be bugs in new stuff that they are doing but it souldnt take this long to fix it.

Brenda, I have more than 30 neighbors, so I got it for 500,000 coins. I have one friend who only has 27 neighbors, so she only has the 60 FV$ option right now, she is going out to get three more neighbors so she can spend the 500,000 coins to get it. You will definitely need 30 neighbors if you want to get it for coins.

Rob thanks so much for answering…I only have 17 nieghbors…..but just wanted to make sure my computer was working proper before I used FV…I have a few people I could add but not over 10 so I will buy more FV to expand…I will need to spend $10…and That will give me enough plus extra. I look at it this way , I enjoy the game that is mostly free…I would have spent $10.00 had I gone out tonight. It is worth it to me. I think I paid for my last expansion too. Can’t get much for 10.00 today! Thanks for your help!!!!

This upgrade has made my farm so slow now. It takes a good 5 minutes for it to completely load all my crops and animals. I shouldn’t have gotten it if it was going to be this slow.

Did not realize it was gonna be released and bought my estate instead now I have 136,000 coins and am like a week away from getting the expansion even tho it is open to me -taunting me. Can’t see my way to buying farm $-although it is not much different than buying a computer game for my cell phone or buying one at the store and bringing it home. The mystery gift boxes a bit of a disappointment- I got a chicken inside 1 of them. Like I didn’t have enough. Of those by now lol. What I really wanted was a jackalope and they took those crates away already.

I am so disappointed with the upgrade in expanding my farm. Ever since that I have been unable to get back onto my farm because it says it is having out of sync issues. Expanded my farm was a bad idea. I am about to totally give up on the game!! Is anyone else having these issues???

I got the expansion and have not be to able to stay in my farm for 24 hours now, The game goes out of sync after a few seconds and won’t save any changes. Have triedd to contact Zynga but no answer yet. Anyone got any solutions. Note: This happens with my game no matter what computer I am on./ My sister can access her farm just fine but I can’t on the same computer

I have since gotten it. It took me 45 mins to harvest all my crops this morning because i was continually getting sync errors. I had to harvest a few crops then exit the game to save it. I can’t touch the expanded area without it throwing a sync error and booting me out. What a mess!!!

Thankyou,Thankyou,Thankyou. Was so excited when I turned on my computer and the invitation to buy more Farmville land appeared. I did not hesitate I expanded right away. Now my animals have more room to move around on and I can plant more crops. But, But …and there is always a butt we need more chicken coops. Two of my Farmville neighbours have several..How could this be..Where did they come from..??????. as I have 20 very priviledged chooks and the others are out in the cold and literally when my farm was covered in snow.. Unlock more chicken coops …..Pretty Please..Sucky, Sucky, Sucky……lol…hahahha…Thanks guy’s your the bomb.

I have one option 20*20 for 75,000(i think its reasonable)
another 22*22 for 250,000 ( i think its little too expensive), and can anyone out there suggest me, how many extra plots there between these 2? (20*20 vs 22*22)
and for now i dont want to spend every single penny and become a popper by buying the 24*24, its not for now.

After the 24×24 expansion my farm needs more than 5 minutes to load properly. 2 minutes already and all I can see is a bench, some animals and a couple of trees. I’m level 70, but I never faced such problems before.

There are 84 more plots on the 22×22…
And I’m not sure if you knew this, but you need to buy the previous expansions, before you buy the largest ones…I tried to, and it didn’t work…so you’ll have to shovel out 325,000 BEFORE you can buy the 24×24.

I also got the expansion and have not be to able to harvest my farm for 3 days now. The game goes out of sync after a few seconds and won’t save any changes. I’ve also contacted Zynga but no answer yet. I’m at level 70 and never had any farm problems and I know it’s not my computer since my daughters farm loads perfectly as well CafeWorld. It’s a farmville glitch and it’s so frustrating :0(

Thanks for your reply dragonfyre, yes, I found that out when I tried to buy that, and I eventually ended up buying both for 325,000 coins. I am happy now with 22*22.

Farmville is a programming joke. Don’t you folks at Zynga test your applications before you unleash crap on the world? Maybe you should hire very talented U.S. developers and testers who have lost their jobs to the clowns who develop your apps in Romania. Same **** happened in IBM and those applications were crap also. Nothing personal against Romanians, but your developers SUCK!!

I got the pop-up — Fans its your lucky day and 24*24 expansion is available to you. I checked it in the market and the ezpansion was unlocked and purchase cost is 500,000 also you should have 30 neighbors. I have both the things but whenver I click on purchase i got a message that your game is out of sync please refresh. and I am not able to expand my farm

I have been saving up for a while to get the 24×24 expansion. Over the last 2 days, i have been trying to purchase it (Note: i do have over 30 neighbors and i am a fan of Farmville) and when i click it, my game just goes out of sync and i do not get the upgrade. My farm coins remain, and it’s done this over the past 2 days. Trying it on different computers or Farmville.com doesn’t work either. Any suggestions?

I’ve been a fan for months, I debated with myself for a while before finally deciding to actually spend real money to upgrade, since I’ll never get 30 neighbors. Luckily I went to double check how much FV$ it would take. The upgrade was available to me, now it isn’t. I would have been super mad if I had spent the real money and couldn’t get the upgrade. Does anyone know what is going on and when it might be corrected?

My mom has 56 neighbors, has been a fan forever, had the option to buy but was about 70,00o short. so she spent 6 days planting like crazy, went this am to by it and it was locked again. what is going on??? Is there a level you must attain?? there was no time limit placed and now she is so upset she is talking about quitting because she has no room!!

When I found the expansion was unlocked for me (been a fan for weeks) I started earning the coins like crazy. But now when I’m really close to having the coins to expand I find the 24×24 is locked again! I see some other people have had this… but what I’m worried about is whether or not it will be unlocked for us again? Does Farmville know about this problem and are they “onto it”?

I always wanted a bigger farm, but could not afford the other cash that they offer so i tried to expand a couple of times and was sucessful but now i cannot get it so this wouls be great for me, if i can get this it will make my day.

I think they will do it but it might have to require 2 things now having X amount of friends which is no problem for me. Because before it was like 30 friends this time probably 60 or 90 friends and you have to be at level 70 in order to get it. That is just my guess for the 26X26 and you could either pay for it for 75 FV cash or 750,000 coins. But if they do that then they would have to lower down the mansion from 5 mill to 2 mill 500,000 coins then if they raise the price in the expansion. Because 5 mill for the mansion is not that reasonable since some people may not have it like me since we spend it on other things like crops or whatever.
