FarmVille Known Issue: What happend to my Jade Falls Quests?!

One of the FarmVille FAQ (frequently asked questions) we’ve been receiving lately, is in regards to the “missing” or “disappearing” FarmVille Jade Falls Chapter 5 quest-line, that has vanished or never appeared for some farmers.
FarmVille FAQ: What happened to my Chapter 5 Jade Falls Quests? The quest icon is missing and I can no longer finish this series of quests?
We wanted to let you know that you aren’t the only one experiencing this problem, it’s a FarmVille Known Issue and that Zynga is aware of the problem. Unfortunately, there isn’t a current fix. Also, because quests do expire, it’s unlikely that you will be able to finish where you left off or start these quests over again, but who knows what the big Z will do! Even more sad news, some farmers are also experiencing disappearing Magical Ponies quest-line. Yikes!

Status: The FarmVille studio knows about the issue and is currently working on a fix.

Thats me .. Also with the Ponies i have to keep harvesting chickpeas, the last 3 wont count … :\

That’s me as well. It started ok, finished part 1, then it never opened part 2. There isn’t a quick fix? Seriously you could open the picnic, open another quest, start new leader boards ect…but you couldn’t fix the one that some had start. FV should start fixing issues before adding more junk (like the picnic, more buildings, ect). I haven’t been receiving all my gifts in over 3 months, can’t use my mystery eggs or certain parts because “my gift box is full”, constantly refreshing, freezing and I could on and on with issues. Exactly why I never spend 1 cent on this game, but others do and that’s why they don’t care. They keep raking in the dough, so don’t care if they have “issues”.

THROUGH TRIAL AND ERROR, AFTER LOSING QUESTS I WANTED TO REDO, I HAVE ONE SUGGESTION….NEVER LEAVE THE REQUEST PART OF YOUR QUEST AS THE LAST THING THAT YOU DO. LEAVE ONE OF THE OTHER 2 REQUIREMENTS TO DO AFTER YOU HAVE YOUR FULL QUOTA OF REQUESTS COMPLETED. THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT WHEN DOING THE LAST QUEST OF THE QUESTS. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING TO HAVE ALL THE CROP ITEMS REPLANTED AND READY TO HARVEST AND THEN THE QUESTS ICON DISAPPEARS.

Yes, my ponies quests have disappeared in the middle of level seven! Hope they come back…

Also, my Jade Falls Fireworks quests disappeared after stage one, BUT level two miraculously reappeared at the moment that I completed the Master Lu’s challenge (collecting pickaxes, hiking boots, etc.). It was as if completing that challenge triggered my farm’s “memory”… Hope others might get their quests back before it’s too late!!

This happened to me. I did find that if I visited someones farm and came back to my own the quests were back.

lolz… thanks to my pony quest disappearing, i went on chat and they added the rewads twice woooooooooo

I didn’t have the Jade quest 5 vanish, it just showed up very late with 2 days left.
I tried to get to at least the Jade Fireworks tree, which I wanted, but somehow being shy of needing the second harvest of the previous reward chicken I just missed it. (though I’m not sure how because I should have been able to harvest that chicken and finish in time yet the quest icon was gone from my farm earlier than expected.) Oh well. It’s always something on FV

Finished Jade Falls Chapter 6 quest 3 earlier, when I logged back in to FB, the quest icon had completely disappeared. Frustrating, because this is a quest that actually had rewards that I wanted
Hope it reappears, but not counting on it.
