A new Limited Edition crop, Glass Rose, arrived in FarmVille as part of the Fairy Tale theme and unfortunately it does require a Farm Cash permit. A permit to grow Glass Roses can be purchased for 5 Farm Cash.
You can grow Glass Roses on your FarmVille farm starting tonight and work your way towards its Crop Mastery. Glass Rose seeds costs 60 Farm Coins per plot. Similar to other previous Limited Edition Farm Cash crops, Glass Roses will not wither or die and can be harvested at their every maturity time or at your own leisure.
We love seeing new crops in FarmVille and this one reminds us of that Enchanted Rose from Beauty & The Beast.

Nothing says 4th of July like American pie! So it’s time to celebrate the fourth and grow the new Limited Edition July Pie on your FarmVille farm!
The July Pie crop requires the purchase of a permit before you can start growing it on your farm. The cost of the permit is 7 Farm Cash. Once purchased, you can grow and harvest as much July Pie as you want during the permit’s active time frame. Since July Pie is a Farm Cash Limited Edition crop it will never wither or die, so you can harvest it at your leisure or at its every maturity time. Crop Mastery is also available.

New crop alert! A new Limited Edition Farm Cash crop, Red Carnation, hit the FarmVille Market tonight as part of FarmVille’s Nature theme.
The new crop can be planted on your farm for a limited amount of time after your purchase a permit that will allow you to plant unlimited amounts of Red Carnations on your farm during the 7 day permit. Similar to other Farm Cash crops, Red Carnations will not wither or die once planted so you can harvest them when ready or at your leisure.
FarmVille Limited Edition Nature Crop (Released: May 6, 2012)
FarmVille introduced a new Limited Edition Nagaimo crop tonight as part of the Japanese Garden theme!
The Limited Edition Nagaimo seeds can be purchased with Farm Coins. There is no permit required to plant this crop on your farm, but it will not be in the market forever so make sure to work on its Crop Mastery during its market stay.
FarmVille Limited Edition Japanese Garden Crop (Released: April 18th 2012)
A Farm Cash permit required Purple Tulips debuted in the FarmVille Market tonight!
Before you can start plowing away, this Limited Edition crop requires that you purchase a permit or license to grow for 5 Farm Cash. Once purchased, your Purple Tulip permit will be good for one week or 7 days from time of purchase. Crop Mastery is available, but you will have to master it during the permit allowed time.
Similar to other FarmVille Limited Edition Farm Cash crops, Purple Tulips will never wither which means that you can harvest them at your leisure or every time they are ripe. They also have particularly good Farm Coin returns and XP yield.
New crop alert! New theme, new crop. FarmVille kicks off the Limited Edition Prehistoric theme with lots of new market items as well as a new Lava Flower crop.
Lava Flower does have Crop Mastery available and can be purchased via the FarmVille Market for a limited amount of time. You will need to complete your mastery while the seeds are still available.

Two new new Limited Edition Hawaiian Paradise crops debuted in the FarmVille Market tonight.
These new Limited Edition crops include a Farm Cash crop which is Shave Ice and Lokelani whose seeds can be purchased with Farm Coins. Both crops have Crop Mastery available.
Shave Ice is a Farm Cash crop that requires you to first purchase a permit to grow the crop on your farm using Farm Cash. The cost is 5 Farm Cash. Once you purchase the permit, you can start growing Shave Ice on your farm and will have to master it before you permit expires. Similar to other Farm Cash crops, Shave Ice will never wither or die so you can plant and harvest at your leisure or on time.
The Lokelani crop is a Limited Edition Farm Coin crop who does not require a permit to grow.
Check each of these crops out via the FarmVille Market for a limited amount of time.

It hasn’t been that long at all since FarmVille introduced its Hawaiian Paradise (early access) and there are already Limited Edition Hawaiian Paradise crops!
Bamboo Orchid is a Limited Edition crop that requires you to purchase a license for 5 Farm Cash in order to plant it on your farm. Once you purchase the license, you will have exactly 7 days to plant and grow unlimited amounts of Bamboo Orchid on your farm and also achieve its Crop Mastery. Bamboo Orchid can be planted on any of your farms. It will be available in the FarmVille Market during the next 27 days only.
Similar to other Limited Edition crops, Bamboo Orchid has pretty good return on your investment. It is an 8 hour crop that can be harvested every 8 hours for 155 Farm Coins (or 51 Coconuts in Hawaiian Paradise) and 2 XP.
