FarmVille Cheery Realty

It’s time to put up those Christmas lights and deck the halls…in FarmVille. Even if you haven’t decorated your home for the holidays, sheesh Thanksgiving was early this year, you can create and decorate your perfect Cheery Realty house in FarmVille.

This feature works similar to the previous My FarmVille Dream Home in that you will be able to design your own holiday house to place on your Mistletoe Lane farm.

How FarmVille Cheery Reality Works

Collect parts to create your own building with cheery decorations that you pick out

The number of items that you will need to gather varies and depends upon what type of building that design your choose and how many decorations you add.

There are four types of items you will need to gather to build your Haunted House:

• FarmVille Pinewood
• FarmVille Snow
• FarmVille Lights
• FarmVille Decorator

How to Collect Supplies

Pinewood, Snow, & Lights:

• Send a request directly to your friends asking for them to send these items
• Purchase  items  directly with Farm Cash

Hiring Decorators

In addition to gathering items for your Cheery Realty, you will also need to recruit the help of your FarmVille friends by hiring crews of Decorations.

How to Hire Decorators:

• Ask your friends to help you by posting a request to your Facebook News Feed
• Use Farm Cash to bire decorators for 8 Farm Cash ach

Unlocking New Blueprints

There are three types of FarmVille Cheery Realty buildings, or Blueprints. that you can design and build:

• FarmVille Cheery Cottage
• FarmVille Gingerbread House
• FarmVille Cheery Mansion

FarmVille Cheery Realty Blueprints

More on Blueprints:

• Once you complete one Blueprint, you unlock the next one.
• You must complete one building  at a time, before you can unlock the next Blueprint. However, you can sell or store your buildings once you create them if you don’t want to have them all out on your farm at one time!
• Each level also unlocks different design elements to go with the new building.
• There is no limit to the number of buildings for each Blueprint that you can design and place.

Designing Your Cheery Realty Building

After you’ve selected a Blueprint, it’s time to design your house! There are three tabs of customizable options for your building:

• Houses: Select one of the Blueprints.
• Deco: Choose exterior decorations.
• Garnish: Add extra-cheery flair such as wreaths and lights.

Placing Your Cheery Realty Building

After you have finished designing your building the way you want it and have acquired all the parts necessary to complete it, the “Build” button will turn green. Simply click the button, to place your building on your FarmVille farm. If you don’t want to place your building at that time, your Cheery building will be placed in your FarmVille Gift Box for safekeeping.

In the FarmVille Market you will find a new Limited Edition Glass Rose crop!

The Glass Rose is a Limited Edition crop part of the FarmVille everything Glass theme. It is a Farm Cash crop and its seeds can be purchased with a special Farm Cash permit that costs 5 Farm Cash. The permit is good for one week from the time of purchase. You will need to grow and master it during this time to earn its Crop Mastery.

Glass Rose yields 1 XP and 350 Farm Coins and is ready to harvest in 16 hours.

Glass Rose crop has a limited availability of 33 days in the FarmVille Market.
